It is a very good gym. The trainers are very nice by nature and are also very helpful. The nature of the gym is very acceptable anybody can join the gym without any doubt. After all it is the best gym of sector-7 karnal.

If want a good toned body go to planet jym.. Ask Pravesh bhai how to shape your body.. he will guide you at his best

Excellent gym across sectors in karnal and most important is the gym trainers who helps to guide members for boby building and fitness.

Gym Trainers are great but from the last few months equipments are getting worn off and damaged and not looked after properly. Few of them are replaced or even repaired. However one will find gym fees kind of expensive for those machines but still there fees structure is much less than following gym like Oxizone and others. One personal suggestion if someone is trying to sell you any body products don’t go for that they are providing it at cheaper rates Instead go to recommended sites like MyhealthKart etc.

First and foremost quality about the gym is that it is an affordable one i.e. the packages are not too costly compared to other gyms. Has a decent space and atmosphere. The only drawback is that it has less number of trainers. Person per trainer ratio is quite high which leads to less efficient gym training. Also air-conditioning is an issue of hot days. Apart from these things, it an adequate gym with helpful and understanding staff.

Great place to work out ! GREAT people. I visited this place cause i wanted to work out just for a day. The host (Gaurav and Viku) both heard me and i was greeted with big smiles and “aapka gym hai - kar lo workout”. It was a bit crowded however i was there at the peak hour. I really loved to see that people are putting their fitness first! Overall i would rate it at 5*s for the welcoming attitude of the staff and space/machines! Would certainly visit again whenever i am in the town - now that i know it’s my own gym!
