Fantastic smash burgers that I would pay good money for again and again. I had the Paperbark. The beef is flavourful and moist. Cheese was beautifully melted on the beef patties. The pickle and sauce are to die for. Flavours are robust and blend well together. The first bite to the last was just one flavour explosion after another. The small serve fries were pretty big and minimally salted. Table self was provided to self-salt to my liking. Paper serviettes were provided. But it would help to have a sink available so I could wash my hands after eating. Service was fast and friendly. Nothing special, but nothing I could complain about either. I'll be back to try other things. Prices are decent and comparable to surrounding burger joints, but the flavour is seriously at another level. No regrets spending any money here at all. Update Nov 2023: still good! We took away 2 classic burgers. Man, these are seriously good burgers. Incredibly tasty, not oily, just the right amount of everything and BIG. Made our take away night.

This is the most amazing burgers I have tried in a very long time Their chicken was so fresh, I had the grilled chicken. Chips are great! get the large box instead of regular. However if you're 1 person regular is more than enough. Very welcoming staff, will definitely be back soon!

Lovely local burger joint with indoor and outdoor seats Secret menu available when you visit the instagram page. We had the fries with their special spices, and it was lovely. The classic burger was very classic and it came with a double juicy patty. The shroom burger was the vego option with truffle Mayo which was delightful just a little heavy on the sauce. And the BBQ special was full of smoky goodness We also tried the springroll Reuben which had meat fermented vegetables I can't spell the word The jalepeno poppers were amazing! We would definitely be back :)

Very good food, clean and tidy place and friendly staff. Glad to have found a good local burger joint south of the river. Will be coming back to try the other burgers.

Fantastic burgers at pretty good prices!! Service was good but the dine in experience was pretty average. It was a hot afternoon yet it was cooler outside than inside the restaurant. Obviously they don't bother as I never saw a single person walk in except for at least a dozen uber Eats drivers lol 😆 PaperBark is definitely used to people ordering to be delivered 🤣

Amazing smashburgers. Texture-wise: crispy on the edges and juicy in the centre. I like that they stick to the ‘classic’ style of burgers! Also, the waitstaff is super friendly. Highly recommend this place!

It’s so difficult to find tasty food in Perth. I am often so disappointed that I usually regret getting a takeaway or eating out at all and only do it nowadays due to social situations. But I must say these burgers are tasty!! Tried a beef and chicken burger, which were both succulent, and the seasoning on the chips is perfect!

Beef burger was burnt, but buns were soft and fresh. Chicken burger a bit dry and not much flavour in meat. Service was great and place were nice and clean. The stools not were sturdy and balance, kids may fall, be careful

We love the burgers from here. Hands down the best in the area. The chips are always soggy though. Still 5 stars for the burgers alone

Good, quality option for local smash burgers. The beef patty is good, I'm impressed by the amount of smashed crispiness around the edges of the patty. It's a bit too salty for my taste. Fries were super addictive, loved them. Super friendly service, the team were welcoming and kind to everyone.

Awesome smashed double patty burger with brioche buns. Personally I'd prefer less pickles and for them to be more sour (they kind of tasted like cucumbers to me) to cut through the rest of the burger. Tasty, crispy chips Great service and general ambience, would definitely dine here again.
