They have amazing employees. And like their service.

The place and people are nice, but food quality went down a lot, it just feels it is frozen chicken and factory chips, much worse than it used to be a few years ago.

There's always a problem with the delivery. It's either they forget an item or they deliver the wrong order altogether. And because there's no chat option to address this issue, i have to call the hotline which of course they'll not answer or when they find out that I speak English, just directly hang up

You can get your order here pretty quick but this particular spot has a tendency to serve chicken pieces a bit uncooked

Food was like normal but order went wrong and when I complained about order, I think the head of operations went angry and through wrong order in waste. I was surprised.

Everytime I place an order for the home delivery, there were different items missings. Today, there were 3 fries packages missing from my order. I am highly disappointed in this KFC branch. Because of this KFC branch, I have no trust in KFC services anymore.

As always. They mess my order and because of this I lost 30 mins and eat it cold. It taste as it should.

some time when I am in hurry it is easy stop KFC and place order in less than 30 minuti you will eat and go

Very bad experience again. I paid for classic bucket and zinger box. They gave me only classic. I stopped the car to check as it is not a first time so needed to come back to get what was missing. This is again complete dissapointment. No more KFC.
