Cristallo Hotel

Nice hotel in Bormio, offering indoor spa facilities which are inlcuded in the price of rooms. Amazing after a day of skiing to find rest and relaxation within your hotel. Also, the bartender is very friendly and able to mix almost any cocktail. Great vacation, than you!

We had a good stay here. I love that they offer parking space for their guests, the room we got was very spacious and has a lot of storage space, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is just a few walks from the center. I love their breakfast spread Definitely recommend

Stayed at Hotel Cristallo in Bormio and it was spot on. The location is perfect – right in the heart of town, so everything is just a short walk away: restaurants and shops. Our room had an amazing view straight onto the mountains, which made waking up every morning feel special. The food is a real highlight. Breakfast was generous with fresh pastries, local cheeses and great coffee, and dinner in the restaurant was outstanding – proper Italian dishes, well cooked and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and helpful without being over the top.

Our room was lovely with a balcony so we could get air in the summer heat. There is no aircon or fan. Typical in the mountains. Undercover parking for Motorcycles. Close to town.

I stayed at Hotel Cristallo on Sunday night, expecting a quiet spa weekend. What I got instead was the worst hotel experiences of my entire 3-week trip through Italy. There was live karaoke blasting until midnight- loud, off-key, and completely inappropriate for a hotel that markets itself as a wellness spa destination. The overall atmosphere felt more like a seedy pub than a hotel, let alone a place meant for rest and relaxation. To make matters worse, there were children screaming and running up and down the corridors late at night, with absolutely no intervention from staff. I called reception to complain, and the response was completely nonchalant. No apology, no attempt to control the noise, and no offer to move rooms. As a result, I had one of the worst nights’ sleep of my trip, the exact opposite of what you expect when booking a spa weekend. This hotel is not a 4-star property by any stretch. The interiors are outdated, and the experience does not remotely match the rating or the price point. The spa offering is also misleading. Spa services were not included, unlike virtually every other spa hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy, which made the stay feel like a complete rip-off. To top it off, we were placed on Level 1, directly affected by the noise, despite the hotel clearly knowing karaoke was scheduled that night. This feels either careless or deliberately dismissive of guests seeking rest. If they insist on running karaoke nights into the future I strongly suggest listing it on all booking platforms. The only positive was that we had a lovely meal in the restaurant, which was genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, that was the sole highlight of the stay. We were here specifically for a QC spa weekend, and I deeply regret not paying €40 more to stay at QC Terme instead. This hotel does not deliver on what it promises and is entirely unsuitable for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, or a true spa experience. I would not return and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Outstanding customer attention. The entire team, in particular Claudia from reception, went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended for cyclists.
