Residence Fior d'Alpe

Nice budget place, close to ski slopes, although some room amenities are not 100% working (heating, half of the stoves) the view is great, the walls are thin, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped, bathrooms are small but well equipped

I would AVOID staying in this place. I stayed here for a week in Bilo 2/4 room (double bed + sofa bed). Temperature in the room was max 21 One day there was no hot water at all. Internet at the afternoon not working at all. The room was very noisy, you can hear your neighbour all the time. The sofa bed was super uncomfortable, after 2 days on it your back is done. I had to take the matrace and sleep on the floor. Standard double bed is good and bedding is comfortable. In kitchen only 2 out of 4 stoves works, fridge door was stuck so it was not possible to close fully. The place was clean and the local manager is super nice and there is nice restaurant downstairs. The only positive part was the cheap price but I would never stay here again.

Very cosy hotel, 8km from the hotsprings. The hotel has a good pizzeria just below (also run bu them). The rooms were very romantic and overlooking the valley. Loved it!

Good and well equipped apartments, nice location 10 min away by car from Bormio

The apartment of type "bilo 4" is in no way designed for a stay of 4 people, but only 2! The big problem is the foldable-sofa bed, which is very worn and squeaks every time you move at night. Thus, it is impossible to get a good night's sleep on it. Another problem is the very small space, e.g. you cannot put the clothes dryer anywhere when the sofa bed is unfolded. During the night, you have to turn off the fridge as it is very noisy.

Restaurant is the best, good food and helpful waiters, we did not stay in a room but went only for the restaurant for 2 evenings we were there

Stayed there for skiing trip and localisation was perfect. Bormio, Isolaccia and Sa nta Catarina were great for skiing both for adults and kids. Place itself is very convenient, with ski equipment storage and lovely pizzeria right underneath. Well organised facility, very helpful and kind owners, who you can contact anytime. I'm giving 4/5⭐️ to the rooms, because those were little and kitchen was missing a kettle (which I thought is everywhere at this point). But all in all, it was warm and clean space, which I recommend to stop by. Attached are views from the residence.
