Friends’ recommendation so we went there for Sunday lunch. You need to choose from four different broths, thick or thin noodles, and add toppings. We both tried beef thick noodles ( other three choices being chicken, pork and veggie). They also have other nice combos like the one with warm sake and a three-dish set. Beef tender, noodles elastic! Scallions are a nice fresh add-on to balance out the rich soup. Great for a quick bite. Will be back for more!

Great restaurant! I had beef shoyu. The rich flavors and tender beef make it a standout dish. The broth is perfectly balanced, and the overall dining experience at Kinton Ramen is consistently delightful. Highly recommended for ramen enthusiasts!

I've been to 3 other locations of this ramen chain in Toronto. This one disappointed me. The noodle was undercooked. The meat slice had that unpleasant pork smell. The egg fell apart when picked up by chopsticks. Even the stainless steel water cup had a weird metal taste. The fried chicken was the saving grace to the whole meal. $35 (including tax and tip) for a bowl of ramen and 3 pieces of fried chicken. Shrinkflation!

Pork miso is good, nice and light while still being moderately flavourful, though nothing to write home about. Food also came to us pretty quickly (<10min) for off peak hours. The pork was also pretty plain, missing that smokiness like at other ramen chains/restaurants. Portion was also on the smaller side. Tried the pork spicy garlic and it was just downright bad. Way too garlicky (couldn't get the garlic taste out of my mouth) and the broth actually tasted watery, like when you drink hot chocolate with those hot chocolate powder packs + hot water instead of milk. Broth just tasted like garlic and spicyness. Also tried the takoyaki. Good tasting but they put the smallest piece of octopus they could find so I was mostly just eating the dough. Kinton is definitely the worst ramen chain in toronto at least.

Small and cozy restaurant and was really full so I thought it might be good but the food was quite average. They mostly have ramen bowls in the menu . We tried their gyozas and karaage chicken as well and it’s no where close to the authentic taste . Maybe someone who has never tried real Japanese cuisine will be okay with there food. Service was decent considering they were quite busy .

We sat down starving and our food only took a few minutes to get to us. I got the spicy garlic, which was delicious, and an egg. Our server was really friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend!

I stayed in Toronto for a few weeks and went here thrice. Any of their pork and beef spicy garlic ramen are all very good! Do not make the mistake though of getting the original ones. We also tried their karaage which were also good. If ever I am arpund Toronto, I would love to come back again!

It is a great place to eat intense and deeply flavoured ramen in a cozy environment. Chicken miso is one of the best ramen on the menu. The high-quality freshly cooked noodles complement deep savory flavour of miso broth, creating a delightful and satisfying experience with every slurp. Also, their in-house sake pairs harmoniously with ramen. The combination of the heartful ramen and the smooth sake creates a symphony of flavors that lingers long after you've left the restaurant.

Everything tasted delicious. The kimchi is super flavourful and coconut curry ramen had such a nice blend of spicy and sweet. The broth is great. I give it 4/5 because it is a bit expensive.

Best and hottest Ramen I've ever had. Super attentive and friendly staff. We had the vegetarian Gyozas as a starter (they are fried!) and then the special Ramen as well as the vegetarien garlic spicy Ramen (hell, yeah!). Super rich in flavour and really, really spicy. I loved the scent in the washroom area (what is it?!) and there is mouthwash. Impressive. I also liked the water you get in the metal cup. Matcha ice cream and the Japanese tea were good as well.

Great food, awesome service and a very neat restaurant! We had the Veg Spicy Garlic & Spicy Chicken Jalapeno ramen along with the Veg gyoza and Pop. The spicy ones are really spicy (in a nice way) and we really enjoyed our experience here. The restaurant is very neat including the restroom - which is pretty rare around Downtown. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a good Ramen experience.

I wish there was spicy garlic chicken in the menu. I had to order the veg spicy garlic with additional chicken. But the flavours are amazing. I also ordered the original karage. Too good. My waiter was kind enough to not judge when I asked for forks as I don’t know how to use chopsticks. 🥰 will definitely visit again.

Service is really good. The staff are very friendly. The broth was good but the noodles could’ve been better. Overall the taste of the ramen could’ve been better. Tasted a bit bland

Ordered Chicken spicy Jalapeno Ramen and was literally amazed with the quantity, spices, taste of the meal. They have also got options for Veg Ramen and it is equally delicious. Must try if you are in downtown for a trip

Friendly service and yummy ramen. I had the beef ramen with bamboo shoot. The broth was perfect...not salty at all. Would definitely come again. The decor at this location is nice too.

I was in town to see the NF concert and decided to stop by Kinton ramen and it did NOT disappoint 😋 Me and my dad got the kimchi and takoyaki as appetizers and they were amazing! Then not even 5 minutes later we got our ramen which was the miso chicken ramen and spicy pork garlic ramen! Absolutely amazing, staff was great and the atmosphere was exceptional! Definitely will be coming back when we’re in the area:)

Kinton Ramen was an excellent place to stop and have a delicious bowl of ramen. Spicy pork with thick noodles, extra egg, and seaweed - very tasty and left you with a pleasant spicy burn Pork shouyu with thin noodles - creamy and rich broth with delicious slices of pork Original beef with extra wood mushrooms - a rich broth with a good helping of mushrooms that pair well with the soup Coconut curry with extra seaweed - the right amount of spice with a creamy and delicious curry broth. The extra seaweed compliments this dish well Pork gyoza - served with a mild spicy sauce and is a good start to the meal When you are asked if you want your sake cold or hot, you know it will be good. It was smooth and delicate The beer was good, tasted similar to Molson Canadian. The bathrooms were very clean and offered toothpicks and mouth wash if needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Kinton Ramen to anyone looking for delicious soup.

They have the best public washrooms I’ve ever been in. Mint toothpicks, mouthwash, and a secluded washroom. Amazing poop experience if needed. The food was kinda bland though

We’ve tried Pork shoyu and Pork spicy garlic Ramen with thin noodles. Spicy garlic was the best in town we’ve had until now. Pomegranate summer drink was very refreshing, a must try non-alcoholic drink. Overall one of the best ramen franchise in toronto!

Very, very decent pork spicy garlic ramen, and wonderful service. Great place to slurp a warm, hearty bowl of noodles. Also, a safe space to learn how to use chopsticks. The toilets have mouthwash as well, which is a cool perk. Now you can enjoy garlic ramen in peace.

Their washrooms are great! LOL. I love coming here cause of the exceptional service. We always go for miso ramen and their pork spicy garlic ramen. Both are great with good portion sizes. I love the fact that they adjust the spice levels so well and always get it right. Overall a great experience coming here every time!

The broth was very rich and delicious. I was reminded of the ramen I had in Japan. The noodles were thick, chewy and cook into perfection. It could have been a 5/5 star if only they served the correct order of my husband. He ordered the spicy pork ramen with egg, but was given the beef. The takoyaki was just okay that I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall, a highly recommended and reasonably priced authentic ramen.

This was okay. Not the best ramen and NO wine options though they did serve sake in cute stemless wine glasses which was nice. My sister had too many noodles (is there such a thing?) she got the classic chicken broth with the smaller noodle and didn’t find it flavourful. I got the classic veg with thicker noodle and i enjoyed mine. Service was fine, ambiance was fine. Would try another location in the future.

Always have a great experience and meal here! The original pork ramen and Sapporo deal is my favorite. My two teenage boys were here and they had the three-course meal that included a ramen, chicken karate and gyoza and dessert. They were thoroughly satisfied. We'll definitely come again thanks so much

I would normally give a 5 star review, especially when the food was delicious and the texture and temperature added to the positive experience. Where I decided to dock points was the server experience. Don’t get me wrong— the employees were friendly and pleasant to speak to.. my only constructive criticism was that we were forgotten and when we made hints that we wanted to leave (placing the stacked empty bowls at the edge of the table), no one came. We did eventually flag down a server to bring us our bill. Just check in when it looks like someone finished their food, that’s all. All in all, great experience!
