Such nice staff. Always helpful with information when I get a new medication. Can call ahead and have my prescription ready and waiting for me. Answers my questions and makes suggestions. A+++ pharmacy!

Small but great. They even know your name. And they are all very helpful. Robert, one of the pharmacists even helped me set up an account for a discount card the doctor had given me. He took the time to do it when I was having trouble with it.

For many years now our family has been getting prescriptions filled by Main Drug Mart. It's so convenient as our doctor is in the same medical building. They are a small pharmacy but the personal, knowledgeable and friendly staff are remarkable and professional. This cute little pharmacy at Gerrard and Clonmore is my 'go to' place for prescriptions and other items. I have been a regular for over a decade wouldn't go anywhere else. Robert and Samra take care of everything in a friendly and efficient manner with far shorter wait times compared to other bigger pharmacies. It's nice to pick up your prescription at a place where they remember your name!

Too bad I couldn't add more stars! They know me by name as soon as I enter, or when I call. They answer any questions I have and are always so conscientious about providing me all the information I need. Even though they are small, they always have the out of the ordinary over the counter products I need even when the larger pharmacies don't stock them. They refill my prescriptions immediately and follow up with my needs. Amazing is not a strong enough word.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy as long as I can remember. I’ll never go anywhere else. Even when I moved to Ajax I’d come here. Your prescription is filled immediately no wait, no come back later. It’s fantastic. They know me by first name, they greet me with a hello Brian every time I walk in the door.

Words fail. One must experience the warmth, efficiency, and bend-over-backwards service to truly appreciate this gem. The culture shock was extreme, moving from large high-traffic pharma (where ignorance, mistakes, and crippling poor attitude were the norm) to this smaller neighbourhood establishment that beats the 'Big Guys' on every count. From friendly phone reminders to post-operative door service in a hotel... the tears flow upon reflection that this level of professionalism still exists.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to! There are several pharmacies that are closer to me but the staff make it worth the extra distance. Samra, who works there full time, knows me by name and can pretty much predict what I need before I even ask for it. If I have questions they are always there to answer them and have troubleshooted misdirected prescriptions for me several times. It's a small pharmacy but the service is quick, efficient and I'm always greeted with a smile!!!
