Such a good experience! It was my first time getting a wax and Rashmi was very understanding and very friendly! She is easy to talk to and is also very professional. With each application of the wax I noticed she would throw out each applicator so I know they don't double dip and that they are hygienic. Which is great for someone like me who cares about these things. Will totally go back again!

Urvashi is lovely! I initially went in to get my ears pierced as it's been over a year that one side of it closed. She made sure to check both ears if the piercing hole existed or not and then accordingly measured and pierced that one side needed. I also booked a 24k facial as she recommended that there was a great deal! It was great!! I am so glad I booked this facial as my face majorly needed a cleansing and exfoliation. Urvashi really made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I loved how she did a hand & feet massage with cleansing as well as including the hot stone back massage. She was very gentle doing my facial and explained what she was using and how the products would make a difference to my face. It was all wonderful! I highly recommend Urvashi :)

Although I've never done anything like a lash lift or waxing, Rashmi is an absolute sweetheart whenever I come in! The first time I went she kindly explained every step of what she needs to do for the service, and always manages to distract me from the discomfort. I recently did my lash lift with her and I've never been more impressed. She was considerate of my time constraint, patient with my sensitive eyes, and performed a lash lift/tint that looks extremely natural.
