The staff here were so kind, helpful and patient. They had good suggestions of different jeans that I would like and were checking in on me periodically to bring different sizes. Can’t say enough positive about the Cobourg store.

The staff at this store is absolutely amazing! Of all the stores I shop at this store by far is my favourite. I enjoy each visit. The dynamic of the employees there is not something you see at other stores. They are attentive, helpful, and they are fun, making your experience enjoyable each time. I will always shop at this store before going anywhere else.

We had an amazing shopping experience last weekend at the Cobourg location store. Steve and Sue were wonderful. We didn't feel pressured in anyway and just enjoyed browsing and shopping. Plus we received some great deals. The Cobourg mall is looking a bit shabby, but the Rickis/Bootlegger store and Staff adds some brightness to it. Wishing all stores would have the same wonderful Staff. Thank you

I had the BEST experience at Ricki’s today with my 4 month old baby. I called ahead of time to ask if they carried a black vest that had sold out online. They said they were all out of my size in store but they would try to order one in for me. I guess this is a popular vest because it was completely sold out in all sizes online; so the friendly manager Kathy, called around to a few stores for me and she was able to get one shipped in from Thunder Bay! Marcy was so nice and she willingly entertained my baby for me while I browsed and she even helped me put on the vests that I was trying on. I felt very pampered and like I was having a high end experience in the small town of Cobourg. And as a new mom, this really made my day. Thanks ladies! I’ll be back soon.

The customer service gal that waited on my sister and I was VERY helpful. She knew the stock instore very well and was fun to work with. We both spent lots of money and would certainly go back. Her name was Marcy at the Cobourg Mall. It was actually a fun shopping experience!

I popped in there for 10 mins on my lunch break. Working that day was Kathy and Marcy. We had an absolute blast. They catered to my every need. We had matching sense of humours which lasted the whole time I was there which turned into a 1hr visit and a small fortune spent. This shopping experience was so much fun with these two, I can't say thank you enough. You are so lucky to have them work your store like they do.

Every single employee here is absolutely amazing and was literally some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, employee named Marcy (sorry if I misspelt) helped me with every item I needed, she made it sooo easy for me, it was a fun experience. She might be the kindest employee I’ve ever met :) Great prices here aswell! We need more people like them!!!!!

I went to the Ricki’s Cobourg store 332 to get some work clothes. There was a lot of sales going on. The staff Susan was extremely patient and helpful! I had such a great experience shopping there. Highly recommend!

The staff here are fun, dedicated and know their stock. The store is bright, open and roomy. I enjoy shopping here very much and always stop by when I'm near the mall.
