Yesterday,
a
dog
pursued
and
chased
my
dog,
cornered
him
under
the
mulberry
bush,
and
bit
him
to
the
point
where
he
yelped.
When
I
approached
the
owner
to
let
her
know
the
situation,
she
had
already
previously
known
that
my
dog
was
uncomfortable
around
hers
as
she
already
called
her
dog
away
from
mine
once.
After
this
second
incident
happened,
she
did
not
apologize
for
her
dog's
behaviour
and
for
not
intervening,
but
instead
indicated
that
was
her
dog's
play
style
and
that
I
am
making
my
dog
a
target
because
he
had
a
ball.
Of
note
is
that
there
were
3
other
dogs
at
the
park
whose
owners
were
playing
fetch
with
balls
and
they
were
fine.
I
was
disappointed
by
the
interaction
and
fearful
for
the
safety
of
my
dog
so
we
left
immediately.
Identifying
features
for
this
person
are
that
she
is
medium
set,
was

her
phone
FaceTiming
the
entire
time
I
was
there,
says
she
is
a
dog
trainer
and
brings
several
dogs
to
this
small
park
at
the
same
time.
Identifying
features
for
the
dog:
medium
size,
wiry
haired,
part
belgian
malinois,
responds
to
the
name
Koda.
I
am
leaving
this
review
here
to
caution
those
frequenting
this
park
to
be
vigilant
around
this
person
as
their
presence
makes
the
space
unsafe
for
other
dogs
due
to
their
negligence.
I
believe
that
everyone
has
a
shared
responsibility
to
ensure
that
dog
parks
remain
a
safe
space
for
all
dogs,
but
from
one
dog
owner
to
another,
this
person
is
an
example
of
someone
who
does
not
share
these
values.
You
may
find
yourself
having
to
step
in
to
correct
their
dogs
for
them
because
they
will
not
do
it
themselves.
