An
amazing
place,
getting
results!
I
have
tried
private
sessions
and
group
classes
here
-
both
very
beneficial
experiences.
I
am
glad
I
started
with
the
private
sessions,
because
I
was
brand
new
to
Pilates,
and
these
sessions
gave
me
the
confidence
to
try
a
class.
I
highly
recommend
this
approach.
Caitlin
has
a
calming
energy,
professionalism,
and
warmth.
She
is
genuine,
and
actively
shares
her
immense
knowledge
of
how
the
body
moves.
Caitlin
always
takes
the
time
to
study
how
I
am
moving,
and
focuses
on
helping
me
move
optimally.
I
am
37,
played
sports
my
whole
life,
and
I
was
devastated
and
depressed
when
I
ruptured
my
Achilles
tendon
in
22'.
I
struggled
with
the
rehab/physio
after
surgery
and
started
feeling
hopeless.
I
tried
Pilates
in
Guelph
as
an
alternative
to
physiotherapy,
and
the
positive
effects
were
immediate
and
significant.
A
whole
body,
and
functional
approach
develops
the
mind
body
connection,
which
results
in
greater
confidence
in
movement.
I
have
felt
a
significant
improvement
in
digestive
and
reproductive
function,
increased
core
and
hip
strength,
more
endurance
and
speed
in
sports,
and
I
move
and
feel
better
than
I
did
pre
Achilles
rupture.
And
I
am
not
so
sad
anymore!
Everyone
owes
it
to
their
body
to
optimize
their
movement,
and
training
at
Pilates
in
Guelph
does
that.
Used
to
wonder
if
I
could
afford
this,
now
I
absolutely
can't
afford
not
to.
Pilates
in
Guelph
has
helped
me
reach
a
new
level
of
consciousness,
and
self-worth.
I
am
so
grateful
for
the
work
that
has
been
done,
and
am
very
excited
about
the
work
still
to
do.
