The staff are nice people, this review is not directed to them but to the whole store. Since when did XXL become the new XXXL?? I understand sizes generally passed 3XL need to be ordered online but this Store specifically this location in Vaughan never has any XXL clothing, I’m not even fat I’m a power lifter bulking for the winter. Don’t bother going here unless your built like a twig. ORDER MORE XXL!!!!

Plenty of parking, lots of friendly and helpful staff. Wide range of prices for footwear, workout attire, fan wear, bags, balls, socks, sports related items.... Hit & miss on special deals. Will drop in wherever in this area.

Went with my Dad to buy another zip up top. Emma was a great help she took the time to help him pick the color and proper size. Honestly amazing people and staff great selection definitely recommend and will be back again soon...thank you for all your help Emma...

Great place for shoes (including safety shoes), sports clothing, equipment, etc.! They have a wide selection of products, reasonable prices and seem to always have sales going on. The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Always was great deals on shoes, and friendly and helpful staff. My first place to look for shoes. Sizes for kids soccer shoes are limited but they have lots of variety. And price is reasonable.

Okay. Where to begin. First of all this store is huge. Secondly staff is so friendly and kind and willing to go above and beyond for clients. Sophia behind the cash and Adeel in shoes were AMAZING! So helpful and knowledgeable. They both made our experience excellent. Will definitely return!!!

Huge store with great deals. Anyone looking for sports shoes, sports clothing, socks, accessories etc. must visit this store for unbeatable prices on men, women and kids products. The store staff is very helpful. I was looking for a particular color, style and size; one of the staff members went above and beyond to help me find the product close to what I was looking for. Highly recommended to go to SVP Sports before buying shoes, socks, activewear from elsewhere.

Good prices, have to dig a little to find but very well organized and staff are great.

You can find great deals in this store! The only drawback is that it’s tricky to find shoe sizes for our kids. We’ll be back and revisit this review afterwards.

Stop in here after a recommendation after a frustrating day shopping for soccer cleats for my 12-year-old twin boys Was really happy with the selection and the pricing and the service from Paul. The entire store has a great selection of soccer jerseys shorts socks equipment and shoes, and plus a whole other range of sports clothing and equipment. There were lots of employees to help out, and everyone was quite friendly We'll be marking this down as a place to be visiting as we get ready for Christmas shopping

Great prices for quality. Good selection for men, bit less for women/kids. One tip from the staff is that women can buy men's shoes for much more variety...we did that with good success.

Worst return policy experience at SVP Brampton. They claim 30 days return policy but I went to store to return my nike shoes they didnt return the shoes. The manager Dean was not at all cooperative and other employee tried to assult us.

Very thrilled with my experience and this location today. I came in with my very picky mother today and luckily, we had a ton of options to choose from. I usually don’t come to this location because it’s further away from me but, that will definitely change! A young girl named Julia helped us find the proper fitting size and style with very professional & kind customer service. Covid protocols were being followed & maintained. Was VERY impressed on the pleasant, helpful staff. Donny was such a joy and ensured he found the shoes closer as they didn't have it at this location. The cashier, was a young man who I commended the pleasant behaviour of all the employees. He was engaging and excellent customer service. One thing he left my son and I with was the message that: All of the staff's reflection is due to their upbringing. He is ABSOLUTELY right! Well done to the staff here. Victoria was your first shift but you're getting the hang quickly.

Best store for the cheapest sportswear. They carry Adidas, Nike, Puma and New balance for the most part. Their products are great and most importantly their prices are very very good compared to anywhere else. My go to for baseball hats as they're almost half price if not less. Highly recommended

Staff is very helpful and the store was organized and well staffed. Went in the middle of the day so don't know if that makes a difference. The only thing is they never have my size in everything I like but I'm a I women's so it's a popular size

My grandsons and I went into your location this morning first thing the young lady at the door with the hand sanitizer was friendly and nice then we went in to get soccer shoes for my little grandson the young in that department was very nice also his name is Gianluca he was very attentive to us making sure my grandson got the right pair that suits him my other grandson wanted a pair of shorts we met Daniel he also made sure my other grandson got the proper pair of shorts we were taking a medium but he explained to us because its men he needed a small , also the cashier her name is Shiv S she was nice to me as a gramma it's always nice when you go into a store that the young people take their time and make sure you are taken care off. They were respectful and I thank you for that, please let them know that they made my day keep it up and again thanks.

Well-stocked and clean store. Vik was very helpful and patient in getting shoe sizes for me. Vanessa was cheerful and friendly at the POS. All of the staff were ready to help. It was a very pleasant experience. Prices are reasonable and great compared to the mall. We ended up buying more than what we came for. Highly recommended for everyone to check them out first before going to the mall. They have branded shoes and apparel at discounted prices. With prices going up amid the pandemic, at SVP you can buy more for your buck!

The customer service at this location is great! I visited the store right after the it opened at 10am, usually you’d expect less staff and maybe zero service, wrong! They had a staff at the door welcoming customers, and the girl working in the shoe area was amazing, I forgot to get her name, but she helped me find a specific pair of safety shoes at a specific size in their Pickering location, and went above and beyond, she actually offered a store location card, on which she marked which store has what color and size available, and told me to call the specific store to have them put on hold for me, so I can go at a later time to try them on, wow! Although I did not make a purchase at the Vaughan store, I’m definitely going to be a returning customer. Good job, SVP sports!

I came into SVP looking for a pair of nike runners and the staff was very friendly. I was approached multiple times and was offered bags which was thoughtful considering the fact that I was carrying many items. An individual named Vic was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the merchandise and types of runners suitable for me. The cashier that cashed me out was also very enthusiastic and kind. Overall great experience, I would definitely return to this store for a purchase due to the excellent service offered.

Amazing customer service!! You are greeted with a smile and bag to shop with when you arrive. You don't find customer service these days like you do at SVP. They really set the bar in the retail world. Highly recommend and always have lots of great products

Great location with a ton of products. Excellent customer service ! I always go here to buy products Customers might have to give their shopping bags as you cannot carry shopping bags from “other stores” around the SVP store. This is something I didn’t experience in other SVP sports ( not a downside but heads up to my followers)

The Staff was amazing have to thank Larisa and CJ for their great customer service. Today's days in time were we lack this I have to say I was impressed they need to be recognized and appreciated as it's hard to find great customer service they definitely applied it 👊🏽💯🙌🏽 They went out if thier way to look for the correct size of soccer cleats for my son , checked the computer stores and system we got what we needed they made it happen!
