Not helpful and not caring. When clinic was open wait times were average for doctors office but usually have to wait 20-30 minutes even with appointment. I attempted to talk to her about my mental health issues and she told me to go watch a funny movie, exercise and walk outside and disregarded me when I asked for a referral for a psychiatrist. She disregarded my mother's back pain and arthritic pain and was not helpful or empathetic. Seems as though she's always in a rush for the next client and does not take the time to understand your concerns and is quick to get the appointment over with.

Not professional at all. I went to the clinic for myself and my daughter. Dr. Nadia asked me I have to pay $50 each because our health card is from Alberta. That was odd for me so I begged her so we pay $50 for both of us because I can’t afford. When I was about to pay I gave the receptionist a 100 bill cash and the doctor commented “didn’t you say you don’t have money, here you have $100”. Something that I wouldn’t expect from a professional person

This clinic is good for flu cold and fever accept that. Not recommended.th doctor so rude she has no manner to talk to sick person. She don't know anything her license should be cancel.

I started having more problems after coming here when the doctor prescribed antibiotics for me. The doctor is not knowledgeable at all and she rushes through the session to get it over with. There is no healthy interaction with the patient to truly understand what they are experiencing to diagnose the problem, Dr Nadia just rushed to send you for tests x-rays and ultrasound. I only came here because the wait time is very short but I come to regret that now.

Very bad experience today, do not recommend this clinic at all, doctor is so rude, i having allergy issues, so i visited their for treatment. She didn’t even care what my problem is but said you need a family doctor for that. I am sure all the positive reviews are from her own friends and family. You shouldn’t call yourself a doctor. As a doctor its your duty to treat people, what else you are working for, just for money. Wasted an hour there, useless. 👎🏻

This doctor, she is extremely RUDE that's why the clinic is never busy by word-of-mouth people know this about her. I found her also not to be thorough enough and doesn't take the time to listen to you and rushes you out so she can go to the next patient.

I wish if i had the option for giving negative stars to the physiotherapist in this clinic. I was in severe back pain and waited for 6 weeks for an appointment and after all the wait what I received from her was a reference to visit another physiotherapist that she knows ( may be she is earning commission from that person). This clinic is a complete wastage of time, if you are in pain please DO NOT COUNT ON THIS PHYSIOTHERAPIST.

I went for a walk in checkup. The receptionist was friendly and supportive. There were around 3 more patients in the queue before me. Had to wait about 40mins to get to my turn. The doctor was nice and caring. Took all my details and gave the prescription. The pharmacist was even nicer and very well explained the medicine and how to take them. Overall it was a pleasant experience for me as a newcomer to Canada and first time visiting a walk in clinic.

Dr. Gad is incredible, I'm proud to have an amazing personal physician like her in my life. Such a great office and doctor. very friendly and professional! been our family physician for over 12 years. She is a very patient person who genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. She is diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. Thank you Dr. Gad

not caring or empathetic by any means, doesn’t ask questions to figure out what’s going on, would rather get you in and out and just prescribe some medication. Also very rude dr, not sure how she even got her licence. Do not go here unless you have to.

Receptionists have 0 manners. You say " Good morning" they ignore you, simple continue typing and asking " the reason" you there in front of everyone, I don’t think it's ethical, it's a private matter. I truly believe they need to be more instructed to how to deal with patients and welcome them. Be caring & smile.

Nice people friendly but if you want a real doctor they don't really prescribe you any real medication you have to get a real doctor

hours on Friday say open until 2pm.I showed up at 1:15 with my very sick baby, to be greeted with a sign that said the clinic is closed for walk ins. The kind receptionist said she’d ask the doctor to see her since she’s a baby and very sick. I heard the doctor basically yell “absolutely not there’s no way”. I think it’s abhorrent to turn away a sick baby when you’re not closed. As a doctor who takes an oath to try and help those who are ill, this is absolutely disgusting. I didn’t show up after hours, it wasn’t close to closing. There’s no excuse for this terribly cruel behaviour. A sick baby is a sick baby. Not wanting to help one makes you a bad person period.

Waited an hour and a half after they checked my health card and checked me in right before I was about to see the doctor. They told me my health card was expired by less than a month. Just a waste of time incompetence At its finest

Stopped in for an emergency eye issue. Took me right away and sent me to an eye specialist the next morning. Provided a prescription. Amazing staff and doctor.

Just left this place with my kids I will not let then near my children after how rude the receptionist is I'm sorry you work a minimum wage job in your 60s but that ur problem not mine take ur attitude some where else doesn't belong in a doctors office or around kids

I went to this clinic once for my 4 year old son because all other walk in clinic has reached capacity for the day, im surprised how rude and uncaring this doctor she was absolutely the worst i ever met, she keeps rushing my my son to open mouth, remove shirt and my son had high fever so was slow to move and that doctor was annoyed with the 4 YEAR OLD..it’s unbelievable that she calls her self doctor.

worst place ever for new walk ins, tried taking my sick mother here 3 times been turned away every single time. first they decide to randomly close at 1:30 pm because it’s “too busy” and the next time they have no receptionist and the doctor didn’t wanna take walk ins at 9:00 am…. seems like the doctor doesn’t have what it takes to be a physician, if your from ajax your better off at ANY other clinic

Very efficient. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help you. Sadly, we can't go back because we are moving away.

Doctor was rude. Didn't let me finish sentences or list of medications I was on. Said my eczema was self inflicted, talked down to me like I was a child who had never heard of her own diseases and didn't understand anything. When I've lived with my issues my whole life. I've got cancer and basic problems like asthma and copd and eczema and she went on to preach to me about my own medications I've been on for several years. Didn't give me the prescription refills I needed so I ended up in emerge. I DONT. Recommend this walk in clinic to anyone who actually wants results or what they went in for. Another doctor practicing far more then she knows and can handle!

It's better to go to a different walk-in clinic. The doctor does not care to listen. She is rude, and she lacks concern towards her patients.

Did not need to wait & Dr. Gad was ready to see him. Dr.Gad examined my son's eye to discover there was a foreign body in it. She insisted she get us an emergency appointment with an optometrist today and called 3 until she landed us an appointment immediately. People should be less concerned with bedside manner and care more about seeing a great doctor! Very impressed.

I’ve had this doctor for years now and never once have I had a good experience. She has never even cared to learn my name these past years and treats me if I were new every time. Super rude doesn’t care about your situation at all. Doesn’t even take the time to listen to you or explain anything. When you try to explain things to her she doesn’t listen and I had to correct her about my information multiple times. Her lack of care for my situation honestly makes me worried about my health and the treatment i’m getting and I fear she will make a mistake and I get harmed in the process. All her reviews must be fake since never once has she shown an ounce of care in the several years i’ve had her. Avoid her if you can.
