I had an appointment at 8:00am but it’s 8:41am and the doctor isn’t here. His light is on and I knocked the door 3-4 times but no response. I asked reception and another doctor if they know when the doctor will show up, they answered angry. I was mistreated in this clinic for no reason plus my time was wasted. Reception kept insisting on waiting, why should I wait more if doctor isn’t in his office after 40 mins?

I’ve had an amazing experience at this clinic. I’ve used their services multiple times. Their text message feature is so convenient and fast. I have been using this clinic consistently because my family doctor is so slow. The doctor calls back right away and I can pick up my prescription promptly after my appointment. I’m not sure why it gets such a bad wrap. Its quick, concise and straight forward. Thank you SO much!

After having no luck at multiple walk-in clinics in downtown Toronto, my roommate drove me to this clinic that she frequents and trusts. I had a major burn that was infected, and after explaining the situation over the phone, they found the way to accommodate me which I am so very thankful for because the infection was starting to make my entire leg feel numb. The receptionist was lovely, and the doctor was not exactly warm or friendly but was direct and to-the-point which I very much appreciated. The people at the pharmacy are also very nice and helpful which is a plus. This place is amazing, more clinics should try to be like this one.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CLINIC EVER. I grew up going to this clinic. Been going for over 20 years but since they changed over to telemedicine it's been awful and the service is horrible. Twice now they've rewritten referrals that my doctor already wrote causing the government to back charge my family doctor and which ultimately resulted in my getting kicked out of my family clinic. The text bot is useless, you never get a straight or final answer from them and making an appointment is almost impossible. I've never been more upset or disheartened then this. They've left me in a position now that not only will they not treat me but now I don't have a family doctor. Also, you can request a call back but it will never happens. If by some grace of god you finally get a hold of a doctor they don't care about you and just want to prescribe you whatever will get you off the phone the fastest. WORST CLINIC EVER.

I took my son all the way from Guelph to Mississauga, they took my son info and wanted me to wait n my car and they told me that Nurse will contact me soon. Nurse later contacted me to tell that they cannot accommodate me so i can go home but doctor will contact me ovwr the phone. Doctor contacted after 5 hours to tell that he is working from home and after 10 min call he suggested to take my son to walk in clinic. What a stupid idea that doctor is working from home. They obviously ran my son health card to register his visit and claim from govt a patient visit. This clinic used to be very good but now its money making machine. No respect for patients

Absolutely terrible experience. Followed the guidelines and protocols for covid 19 and was prompted to communicate via text, which is fine with me. After being directed inside, myself and two others waited for longer than an hour and watched countless patients seen by a doctor before us. After relentless waiting, me and the two other individuals went to the front desk to see what was the issue and why none of us were seen by the doctor. The person at the desk said our names had been called, and I promise you none of us were called. After being re added, we went back to the waiting room. One of the doctors decided to leave and told us he'd put in enough hours today. This doctor who was Jewish by the cap on his head was definitely racist, and discriminated against myself and the two other individual. You may think what I am saying is harsh and possibly rude, but after today's service I will not be coming back.

Very good experience! It was Sunday late afternoon, most walk in clinics were closed and I had a terrible pain. Went to the ER at the hospital but it had so many people ahead of me... So we found this walk in clinic close to the hospital, called them, the doctor didn't take too long to call me back. He understood what I had, gave the prescription, requested an urine test and I feel much better already. So glad I found them!

I am very thankful to God that this clinic was open after regular hours and I was seen by the doc within 15 minutes of registration. I was in intense throat pain and after doc examined and gave me medication I felt much relief. Thank you to the doctor and the staff for your service. 🙏🏻

I used their tele service it’s was via Text message 1st day no one called back. Next day around 9am got a call back which I missed, texted back to the same number they were fast to respond. Within an hour Dr. Mc Ronald called back he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Right away he referred me to a specialist and asked to call back if I don’t here back from dr by 5pm. No one called by 5pm so I text the same number and said “no one called back yet” within an hour another dr called back. Over all Dr’s seems to be friendly. Texting service could be better. It’s more like I had to kind of keep reminding them hey I am waiting. I would definitely recommend this clinic especially during this difficult time. Also I would like to take the time to THANK all the Dr’s staff for their hard work. They have paid park, I am sure no one os happy about and pharmacy on site

The new process of having to wait 1 hour for a doctor to call you and another hour for the office to give you clearance is extremely time consuming and it’s no longer a walk in clinic. It’s pretty much like a regular doctors office because you aren’t guaranteed to be approved to come in. Once you check in at the front you are sent a text on which floor and room to go to which I did find useful. Doctors do take virtual and phone calls while you are waiting in the waiting room but it goes by quick. The doctor was able to assist me and I was in the building for all of 20 minutes which is quicker then usual. My only concern was the initial waiting for them to give me clearance.

I have been observing this clinic for several years. I had a not-very-good opinion in the past, but over time everything has improved a lot. A laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound and a pharmacy in the same place is a very good solution for patients. More modern methods of communication and management are being introduced. Keep it up.

I give the text system a 5-star rating for its efficiency. It is the smoothest and most effective way to see a doctor in Canada that I have ever encountered. It truly lives up to its name of rapid. I understand that it may not suit everyone's preferences according to some other reviews, but I personally love this walk-in setup because of how well it is managed and coordinated.

The patient is lying here for examination in this room. The doctor is busy opening the door and going out. There is no privacy. Let's talk about what is going on. This female doctor works here on Wednesday. She only works here one day a week. She is very busy when she goes to work.

Rapid Access Medical Clinic is a top-notch healthcare facility that I highly recommend. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The clinic was clean, and I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. Dr. Iqbal was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The clinic also offers a wide range of services, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for all my medical needs. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely be returning for any future healthcare needs.

I have never gone to a walk-in ever and has always waited for my family doctor. But earlier in the week, I wasn’t feeling well and by mid-day, I felt worse. My friend recommended Rapid Access walk-in. I was hesitant at first and still tried to reach out to my family doctor but was told that she might call me back at the end of the day or next day but if I get worse, I should go to urgent care. I already developed low-grade fever and so I went ahead and contacted Rapid Access. Online registration and text message communication to set-up a call from one of their specialists. Wow! Just wow! They are called Rapid Access for a reason! I immediately got a call back within 20 mins, was sent a lab requisition and faxed my pharmacist a prescription for antibiotic! I have never felt taken care of this fast! In a matter of 2 hours, I was able to do my laboratory test and picked up my prescription, my fever went up further by that time. They also called when they received my lab result and called once more the next day to follow-up on my condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again if I need urgent care. They are amazing! Such a convenient and efficient service.

A pharmacist from Shoppers recommended their virtual care service to me after my 20 month old daughter got pink eye. I needed prompt service which my doctor could not provide, so I decided to call them. After receiving a text to fill out an intake form online, a pediatrician called me within 2 hours which I felt was reasonable on a Friday night. He prescribed eye drops for her which I picked up the next morning. I later used the same service for my husband and I for sinus infections and we each received a call back from a doctor within 30 min to an hour. The last doctor with whom i spoke with, Dr. Alhasan, was fantastic. He thoroughly explained my condition and had a conservative approach. The fact that we can do all this from home is AMAZING. No need to wait in a waiting room! I will say that it seems that it takes them longer to call back when it comes to pediatric concerns. A couple times no one called us back when my daughter's pink eye resurfaced. It seems like they are not as well staffed for children's concerns. I would still recommend calling them for straight forward ailments vs. going to a walk in clinic or waiting for an appointment with your family doctor.

Only walk- in clinic which is reliable when you need it the most. Their sms feature is so convenient and easy Receptionist lady is sweet. No doubt they were voted as the best walk-in clinic in 2015 from Readers Choice Awards.

I’m only giving this clinic 3 stars because one of the days that I was there, one staff member kept talking over people, when they asked for help. I don’t want to falsely accuse them of having racial bias or being racist towards the patients, but they seemed to mostly only be nice to me . Other than that, I personally have had good experiences there, the doctors answered my questions and took the time to listen to me and my test results were fast, the check in was fast too

To get into my children's family doctor takes 4-6 weeks for a phone call (if you can get through, the line is very busy); the pharmacist told me to try calling here when I brought my 3 year old to the store to ask about pink eye. I wasn't going to call, but then his eyes got worse and he said they hurt. I called and texted back and forth a few times. A Dr called in about an hour asked for pictures, I texted the to him. He called back and sent the prescription for eye drops which I got from the pharmacy that night. The next day they messaged to see how he was doing. I am very thankful for this clinic. It is good to know someone will be there when you need them. Everyone is overworked lately. Patience and understanding go a long way. Thank you for helping my son :) his eyes are much better

This place does not provide vaccines for kids. After calling them to check ahead for infant vaccines, I was asked to send a message to an automated text system. In trying to schedule an appointment, I was asked to walk in and then check for availability. We went early morning at 8:00 a.m. but was then told that the doctor administering the vaccines is not available until 1:00 p.m. when we went back at 1:00 p.m. the doctor told us that he does not administer vaccines for infants. He was also annoyed at the front desk for communicating the wrong information to parents. There were other parents who were at the facility for the same reason and who had been equally misled. Overall, an entire day lost when the whole thing could have been avoided with a simple, straightforward response from the front desk

Terrible experience. Came here a few weeks ago and the wait was INSANE. After sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours, I left. The doctor called me 3 hours later asking where I am because they just called my name…. Came in again today and forgot my mask. They told me that there were some available in the pharmacy, so I went there but you have to pay for the masks— if you don’t bring a mask, the doctor won’t see you. Then, I go to reception, and they tell me I have to check in online. If I’m standing in front of reception, why would I check in online? Either continue to do online appts like during covid or get rid of this online system, it makes no sense. UPDATE: Got my prescription, but I needed a second one, doctor said there is only one prescription per visit & to talk to reception. I talked to reception (actually, the three teens standing/working infront of reception) and they told me I had to check in AGAIN and wait again. Ridiculous. They are also very rude to the people coming in. I am never coming back to this walk in. Rude staff, messy operation, long waits, it’s insane. I am very upset that I am wasting so much of my time here. After an hour, I did not even see the doctor for my second prescription— ridiculous! Do not waste your time here! If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

I just visited this clinic now. I always have been praising this place and recommending people to visit. I use to visit this clinic a lot but today I had a really bad experience with DR. ZARABI. She was extremely rude and discomforting. I almost had a panic attack talking to her. Writing a requisition was a very difficult task for her. Although I explained her all my symptoms and wanted myself checked, she was very disrespectful. I almost begged her to write a requisition. I’m sorry but I never wanna visit this place and be in a stressful environment again.

They are an absolute scam. My mom broke her nose so we we were told to see the specialist immediately. I have googled to find somewhere to have specialist and no need for referral. I called them they said our service is available through text. I have texted them and explained the same they said come to clinic and specialist will visit your mom. I have made my way for an hour and drove there. Met the receptionist and explained the case again and she tool all my mom info and said we will text you. Text received and we were advised to wait in room 23. After an hour waiting when our turn came doctor did mot even bother to check my mom nose or ask what happened . He looked at her ( only look ) while my mom wearing mask and said here I can not help you . Go to ER or come tomorrow! Clearly he was not in the mood . Then he advised me plz don’t be mad at receptionist ir anyone as they are student and they don’t know where to send people! Half if our day wasted.

Rapid Access Clinic is life saver for many patients who need quick medical treatment. Every service provider, whether it’s a volunteer, receptionist most of all the Extremely qualified Doctors, deserve much appreciation. Just love their texting system that avoids long wait times to check in upon arrival. I had the best experience at this clinic. Big thanks to Dr. Sun for expediting the treatment and his best advice. I would definitely give them more than 5 stars.

Five stars! Dr Wan did a thorough physical and asked lots of questions. He was caring and wanted to get big results. He took many tests and was extremely thorough and detail oriented. He gave me just one medication which I liked and it had great immediate results. My wait time was very short. The blood clinic is on-sight and they were excellent. And I have difficult veins - no pain. Got the vein first time. My whole experience from beginning to end was top notch. All the staff was polite and professional.

This was our first time going to this clinic, for our son. my wife and I were very happy with the quick check in process, and how it separates people based on needs so quickly. Then we sat and waited for 2 couples in front of us with their child. Which was very quick. In and out in less than an hour! Try getting that at any hospital. But, the biggest positive to the whole experience was Dr. Tran that we got to see. He was incredibly calming, and friendly. Not to mention amazing with our 2 year old son! Thank you all!

Have spoken with many doctors at this location. Usually they are fine, but always have the problem of them not faxing the prescription. I called to speak with a doctor about a prescription the other day and went to get my prescription today. They said they had nothing. Messaged the clinic, they said there was no prescription on file. The doctor said they would fax it and they called from the clinic. Who did I speak to?!? Will never come here again. Major privacy concern.

Dr. Ananthan seems to be very comprehensive in his assessment and knowledgeable. He is thorough, understanding with his patients and direct. I was actually recommended by someone else to check out this clinic because some other physicians at other clinics in Mississauga can be dismissive because they lack knowledge. His approach and medical advice is much appreciated and acknowledged. He was more than willing to help and I wish him all the best in his medical profession. Great clinic that should take pride in their physicians’ and specialists’ work ethic.

I was so impressed by the level of professionalism knowledge, and efficiency of this clinic! Everyone was so helpful. I was in and out within a half hour for something I’ve been putting off for a long time! I highly recommend and appreciate the level of care. I will only come here for my health concerns moving forward! Shout out to Dr. Sum and the kindest gentlest Arabic man (sorry couldn’t remember his name as it was quick) that preformed my X-rays with the upmost care and kindest bed manner! 1000% best experience from this clinic! Thank you all! See you again soon!

Horrible clinic. You have to wait for hours to get to your scheduled appointment. The doctor has the audacity to say if you're busy today and you cannot wait (endlessly), go home and return when you can!

I left my work to go walking clinic and I found this walk in and boy oh boy I was so happy it was quick and I even get to see specialist with in 1:30min total stay. I don't remember I went to a clinic and didn't wait to see the Dr for 4hrs minimum. I am very happy and at the same time I am sad we don't have a clinic like this at least downtown toronto and Scarborough area. I wish everyone can experience what I experienced. Thank you so much for the incredible service 👍

The clinic's organization is excellent, the biggest hurdle for me seeing health care providers tend to be the receptionists but at this clinic they are focused on getting you to the right doctor as quickly as possible. The team of doctors are very compassionate yet straight to the point of your visit, which I appreciate. I saw Dr. Iqbal who then referred me to Dr. Sun and they were both wonderful, patient and thorough in seeing to my care. The pharmacists were also great, when I went to get my prescription it was a mildly busy time for them but they made sure I was seen to quickly, explained the prescription dosing and drug interactions and were all in all wonderful people.

My son had an ankle injury. Meeting the doctor to x ray and treatment done pretty fast and everything under the same roof. I was in at 11 and out back after everything done at 12:10. Excellent clinic; excellent doctors. Highly recommended for procedures covered by them … if you don't want to end up waiting 6+ hours in emergency

First time visit to this Medical Centre, the facility is run very efficiently.the wait time on a very busy weekend was under an hour. Dr. Wan was thorough and ordered tests which are performed in the Centre in an excellent timeframe. Follow-up time is within 48 hours of original visit with test results. Much more effective than a trip to the ER.

Waited 3 months to for an appointment with an ENT (referral) to get a hearing test done. Had to send my referral requisition 3 times via text message before they could schedule my appointment. Met with ENT for a few minutes only to be told that hearing test person was not available and that there were no appointments available! A week later, received a call scheduling appointment for the next day. I show up at time of appointment and 5 minutes later (after registration) I am told that appointment is cancelled. I would have at least expected some notice for this cancellation. My time is as valuable and I took two days off, drove to Mississauga for these appointments, to get nowhere. This clinic is a joke, do not waste your time going anywhere near there. Will be communicating this to my family doctor, he should not be referring to this clinic.

I've used the tele services twice so far and love how quick it is to talk to a doctor. It's also nice to do appointments from the comfort of my home, especially since I have a young child. The hours are great because health issues come up outside of the 9-5. The doctors are caring, thoughtful, and follow up near/ at the end of your prescription. I'll definitely use their services again.

This place makes it absolutely impossible to reach out to them. Automated system forces texting and won't allow you to speak to anybody unless I unblock my number. I won't unblock my number for some possible scam. I hope the lady that needs their services has better luck than I had simply trying to let them know they have a wrong number.

I really appreciate the help here. Dr is very friendly. He quickly reviewed the history and recommended few changes. That worked absolutely fine. Dr also recommended necessary tests. I really like the fastness of Rapidacess team which is lacking with entire Canadian health system. Please continue serving the patients with same pace. That definitely distinguish you guys from others during the pandemic and always.

I have used the telephone service a few times over the last month for my mother-in-law who was staying with us. I have nothing but great things to say about the experiences I had with them. From the initial contact through to the end, they were quick, thorough and very helpful. If you are unable to get to your doctor and need medical care, I would highly recommend using this service. Thank you to the doctors and everyone involved.

I used Rapid Access clinic for the first time it was a great experience me. When I needed to consult a doctor during night time I had no idea I could reach out someone on phone I thought may be I should go to emergency services but then somebody told me about this service and I was amazed with the efficiency. They responded within no time I just had to give my few details and once they had it the doctor himself called me and sent me a prescription in no time. I am so grateful for Dr. Iqbal who helped me when I really needed some medicines to ease my pain.

I got very good and fast service at this clinic, even during COVID! Dr. Bao gave me excellent advice on whether to stitch or not. He did a nice job with the stitches and even called a few days later to see how my hand was healing. It reiterated to me how great it is to live in Canada!

Their service was excellent. Call back times were very much reasonable as compared to the two horrible portals (for consultation with a virtual doctor) referred by Health Connect Ontario. I wasted 2 days going though Health Connect where they would promise a nurse would call back but they never do. After repeated calls, when a nurse finally calls in, he/she would go through an endless list of questions only to be told in the end that I need see a virtual doctor on those two useless websites where no appointments can be seen for the next two days. Anti viral treatment needs to begin within 5 days of covid infection, so please don't waste your time contacting Health Connect Ontario. Reach out to Rapid Access instead.

I was sick for more than a week and was not able to get appointment from my family doctor. I went from brampton to see the doctor. I was told to wait for an hour but received call from doctor Iqbal in 15 minutes. I appreciate doctor called me in short time and I did not have to wait for longer but it would have been nice if doctor would have seen me in person as they can diagnose correctly when meet us in person. I was given antibiotics but after taking 3 days in a row , I did not see any improvement and had to book another meeting with my family doctor.

Great service. I had amazing experience in this clinic. A doctor called me and very patiently asked about my concern and informed me that there are doctors and surgeons present at the clinic and I can go either the same day or the next day whichever is more comfortable for me. I had ear wax in my left ear for a long time and I was referred to hearing clinic but after two visits they were not able to remove it and causing more ear pain and irritation . I visited Dr. IGBAl in this clinic he is so knowledgeable and patient and in a few minutes cleared my ear wax and prescribed an antibiotic for the relief of pain and irritation which worked well. Thanks again for the great service

I am very happy with Queensway walk-in and their doctors & care. I don’t drive and am an at home mum of two so calling the walk-in has been of great help to me & being able to wait in the comfort of my home to speak to a doctor is really convenient for me & if the Dr feels I need to be seen in person before the make a diagnosis, they schedule me in to be seen that day or the day after at the clinic. I’ve been seen for stomach and chest pain, X-rays, flu, ultrasound, and more. I don’t recommend the female eye doctor. My recent home call was with Dr.Sekely. He helped my children. He is professional, caring to my concerns with my children, a good doctor who knew his stuff. The process went smoothly, quickly & efficiently 👌🏽🙏🏽 I appreciate & am thankful

The doctors are very professional. The wait waa surprisingly short for my first visit but my second one was very long. I think it depends on the days... It tend to be less busy on the weekends. I like the digital check-in system along with the text message instructions and updates. It's super modern and you basically don't need to talk to anyone until the doctor picks you up in the designated waiting room.

First time going here. Messed up my knee. I have had x-rays done and ultrasound done in a week. Physiotherapist contacted me within minutes set up by Dr. Coomes. He very polite and knowledgeable. Service is fast. Patient after patient taken care of in a timely manner. Recommend this clinic.

The online booking system is great. We were in the parking lot, checked in online and saw Dr. Canny all within 30 minutes. He diagnosed my son with a throat infection and provided a proscription for antibiotics which helped right away. There is also a Pharmacy in the same building which made it easy getting the medication.

I was in and out quickly. Dr. Diagnosed accurately and prescribed antibiotics. The next day, my surgeon was pleased with this course of treatment. It was all done within 30 minutes. Better than waiting in the hospital for 6 hours!

Recently, I ended up here on a late Sunday night around 10pm with terrible sinus congestion. The check-in process was digital via touch screen and the wait time was about 40 minutes. I saw Dr.Sun - he was thorough and knowledgeable. He knew how to treat my sinus congestion and he was very professional. I'm thankful for Dr.Sun for working so late on a weekend to help treat sick folks. Overall a fast and efficient visit!

Staff was personable & caring. The receptionist were kind as was the two doctors I visited. Wait times were pretty quick. Only waited roughly around 30 minutes to see a doctor, which is pretty quick given this is a clinic beside Mississaugas largest hospital. Adequate sanitizer stations & chairs for seating. Will return.

Our family has had the pleasure of accessing this clinic for over 15 years. We have always had a good experience. We live in Toronto, but prefer to drive to Mississauga for better rapid health care.

This is by far the most streamlined medial clinic I have ever visited. In a nutshell... my experience..... Wear a mask.... (eye roll) Arrived and signed in at reception via kiosk. I then received an immediate text indicating to take a seat and wait. 5 minutes later received another text to head to a particular room number. 5 minutes after that I was seen. I was referred to see a specialist, and sent back to reception. Spoke with reception, and was provided appointment dates and left. I have an appointment to see a specialist in 2 weeks. They could, and would have acommodated me earlier but I'm from out of town and my schedule wouldn't allow. Impressed... you bet!

I had an appointment with a Specialist at 11:18am. They asked me to come 30 mins before, so I arrived there at 10:45am. I had to wait two and half hour to see the specialist. And on top of this, the doctor was not entertaining asking more than 3/4 questions; rather he was getting irritated. It was a very bad experience for me: (1) waiting two and half hour to meet the specialist even after booking the appointment (2) The specialist not happy to answer my questions (on my health related issues)

They managed to get me the help I needed efficiently. I recommend to anyone looking to go to a walk in clinic in Mississauga.
