Friday 20 dec 2023 between 8:30pm to 9pm we bought 2 chicken shawarma plates and 3 chicken wrap & one falafel wrap.after ate my whole family got sick. We can’t slept properly all night. We still not feeling well. I don’t know how they make the food. I bought the food from them many times before but we never face any health problem.we are not going there again

The food here is decent, their chicken quality is better than other Osmows locations. I got a medium on the rocks, the chicken was juicy and fresh, rice was a bit uncooked. Overall, it was fine.

Fast and delicious. Half and half chicken on stix and rocks is amazing.

When we showed up and told them that we needed a larger table for our group, they immediately helped us rearrange their furniture to accommodate us. When we took a very long time deciding our orders, they were extremely patient, friendly, and professional, and offered us menu suggestions. I had the daily special (chicken, rice, and salad) drenched in garlic sauce and some hot sauce on the side. It was delicious and their rice was richly flavoured. They also offered an assortment of Osmow's juice drinks. If I'm in this part of town again, I wouldn't mind stopping by.

I don't know how my review got deleted, I came in October, terrible. the pickles they used had gone bad, tasted disgusting. nothing was fresh etc. I also saw they reused the meat from the container from yesterday, I don't have. abig problem with that but I do have a problem if it's kept while everything else is not being maintained, then u cannot trust the left over meat too. this is not authentic shawarna, please stop ruining for us. shawarmas are made by clean people, high maintenance etc. so much lack of cleaninliness in brampton when it comes to food and lack of service.

Will not be back to this Sandalwood location, it is definitely the worst osmow’s in town or anywhere. The wrap was so empty in comparison to other Osmow’s I’ve been to and for a $15 salad that barely had any chicken on top and also much smaller than others I have been to. Prices have gone up and the quantity and quality goes down? Go anywhere but this location!!!

I love to eat hot food although i love this osmow Location i order super size super size chicken hot wrap wed sept21 around 7 pm. But this one is Suicidal hot more than extra hot 🥵 We ever had . Guys focus on your job this one worst wrap ever me And my brother had from this location . 🥵🥵

The absolute most disgusting beyond meat product I have ever had the displeasure of tasting. It tasted like chunks of fat and I had to throw it out. Too bad they got rid of the veggie Philly dish. That was so tasty and a great alternative to meat.

This is one of the better osmows in the area. The other ones aren’t as good, but this location on Sandalwood and Kennedy fails to disappoint. Loved it!

Picked up chicken half and half the fries were undercooked and 1/3 of the container contents were fries and the plater was not even full. 2 years later the food was still a disappointment. I ordered a fattoush salad with chicken and was charged a ridiculous amount for lettuce cucumber and chicken. Look at the pictures I took compared to what a fattoush salad suppose to look like. Also funny how owner take pride in good reviews and take no accountability for the disappointing service people received .

Came to this restaurant a handful of times. Food is always has been constant through out all Osmows chains. This location has been recently renovated. Service has improve from previous workers. My go to dishes are -Chicken salad (your choice of salad) -Chicken on the rocks (rice) -Chicken on stick (fries). Or get half & half (half rice/half fries) The wait time are generally about 5-10 mins.

I’ve been eating osmows for the last 5 years and by now, I definitely have a say, my word matters! Out of all the different locations I’ve ever been to all around the Greater Toronto Area. This is by far my favourite!! My friends from different cities have osmows near them but after I made them try out this location, they all know. If they’re ever in Brampton, this is the GO TO Osmows location for all of us! The food is fresh and always hits the spot. My favourite dish from here is the (Half&Half) which comes with Half Rice, Half Fries underneath Delicious Chicken with garlic sauce as an overlay to top everything off giving it that perfect mouth watering appearance along with amazing taste. Would highly recommend this location If you’re ever craving osmows.

I will say nothing just look at the ridiculous amount of onion they put in my shawarma and less meat compared to this

Always very skeptical about trying a new Osmows location. Pretty much the last 5 new locations I've eaten at, I won't go back to. Restaurant smelled good right through the front door so I had my hopes up. Staff was good and the food was great. Thank you

Picked up a large and medium chicken on the rocks, I have to say it was the worst order I've had from any Osmow's location. Rice was way too soft, basically looked like mashed potatoes when mixed, chicken full of cartilage. Not the first time I've had issues from this location. Previously ordered a chicken on the rocks, once I got home it had no sauce at all! (garlic/hot sauce)...had to drive all the way back to the location only to be offered garlic sauce on my existing cold order, I had to ask for a replacement. Will not be returning.

Long story. I came in to "cater" food for my coworkers. But it wasnt actual catering but individual meals. I apologized many times but the team was helpful and prepared everything smoothly and quickly. It helped that it was relatively dead. Super grateful :)

I went to this osmows shawarma yesterday, and had the regular on the rocks, I never eat shawarma with sauce. The food tasted great, the 2 young men at the counter were super pleasant and professional, they know shawarma well. They were welcoming. Today I traveled 35 kms just to have the shawarma supreme sandwich, and again , amazing 👏 😋 🙌. Thank you guys .

I wish they would bring back the chicken special. The last time I went I got a chicken special but it wasn't like the one they used to have. This one although coming with a refreshing salad felt like there wasn't much meat or rice on the dish. The staff gave a vibe of dudes just hanging out who happen to have to serve food.... didn't feel professional. I would go back because I love shawarma and osmos is Pretty consistent.

I placed with OSMOWS Sandalwood Brampton location which had a big live fly in the box(OS-box), I had placed the order from the skip the dishes application, the bag came sealed from the top with a red tape which has Osmows stamp on it. The fly is still in the house, it’s a big green n black colour live fly which hit my face as soon as I opened the box. Upon calling, Osmows says it’s from the skip the dishes, however the bag itself came sealed. Please do not order from this location it’s not about my 22$ but for the safety of the city and kids who eats it. They’re clearly not taking the onus but blaming someone who just picked up the sealed box.

This location is great. Service is 10/10, food is 10/10, it’s clean and everyone is nice. I go here every time and it always somehow surpasses my expectations. It’s always a great time here too, staff are so nice and understanding. Definitely my fav fast food location in Brampton

I don’t usually put reviews but this experience was bad. Firstly took almost 5 minutes before someone asked for my order while I stood at the cash. While the cashier was busy chatting with others but you know I get it, it’s early on a Saturday. I give my order and it takes about 7-10 mins but they forget to make my fries, and make me wait another 5 minutes for it and then had me my fries without a bag in the tiny paper bag to hold it …. Just lacking common sense all around, disappointing.

Really bad experience. They need to put more chicken on chicken on the sticks. The garlic sauce is also very less feels like they just want to take all food home and give very less quantity food to the customer. They also need to learn how to be more polite. Never going back again!

Last week I had to put in a large catering order last minute. Not only did this location answer all my questions, assist me with the order to ensure I had enough for the amount of people I was ordering for, but they were on time with the delivery! I will order again from them for my catering needs. The food was delicious! Perfect! As well, Qurat- one of the staff members here was so helpful and cannot thank her enough. Everyone here truly made an event even better! Thank you!

This location is so great! The customer services was a 10/10 today. They have a great deal $5.00 for celebrating Canada's National Sharma day and they are so prepared for the rush. Restaurant was clean and organized. Sanitizer filled! Service was quick
