We have beardies and Jackie has 100 crickets for 6 bucks on Fridays, which is perfect if you're not having your crickets breed. Our kids love to look at all the dragons and snakes, it always makes for a fun outing! Jackie is also very educated and has helped inform us of the care our cold-blooded family members may need.

Jackie's critters is a get place to get your feeders and supplies. Jackie has tons of helpful knowledge and really knows her bearded dragons.

I just learned about this place and was very pleased to meet Jackie in person . She has a wonderful little shop tucked away on hwy 2 . I will definitely be recommending this place for all your critter needs .

I was highly disappointed and immediately disgusted walking in. There are bearded dragons in tanks together, let alone with no enrichment, one is missing part of its tail. There are overly obese lizards, bearded dragons with black beards, a frilled lizard with the beginning stages of MBD as there was only a standard house light with no metal cover on the light. The husbandry is below standards. No water in the water cups. The ball pythons are in tiny tanks with next to no enrichment or water, stuck shed. And this was all noticed in under 10 minutes of being there.

Jackie is the best person around for Reptiles. She is so nice and is always happy to help if you have questions. We bought our latest Bearded Dragon off her and he didn’t want to eat when we got him home. I called her and she asked me to bring him back. She took him in for a few weeks and was amazing when we got him home. He eats a little too well now. He eats so much I had to start buying 1000 crickets at a time. Thank you for all your help over the years.

First time toady at this store it was ok but nothing special. Did not receive much info on lizards and the upkeep of them by the employee probably the owner not sure. A issue I did have was this loud annoying bird in the back of the store who was out of its cage and a sign on the cage saying something like "I will bite you if you come close and I dont like children" Why in the world would the owner have a bird that doesn't like anyone, who will bite you to be around people? Doesnt make sense to me I dont think we will return

Fantastic reptile and reptile supply retailer. Helpful knowledgable staff and a nice variety of healthy reptiles. Need feeders? Best feeders I've found around as well.

Very impressed with knowledge, cleanliness and how well and healthy the reptiles look. We drove over an hour to stop at the store and so very happy we did! We definitely will be back!! Bought our 5th gecko from here. 😄

My opening glass door on my exo terra terrarium had broken, so I reached out to Jackie to replace the door. She had gotten a replacement which didn’t fit my tank (not her fault cause mine is an older edition tank). She then reached back out to exo terra to find out that they don’t actually make the door anymore, but kindly let me return the door she got and recommend I go to a glass shop to get the broken one fixed. Jackie also has a very clean store, with all high quality feeders. Thank you so much for your effort to help me get my door fixed Jackie! Such a nice lady & great reptile store!

I can't say anythjng bad about this place. I've had yo take my snake in on a few ocasions to be housed while we had work done in our condo and jackie and her team were phenomenal. The snake always comes back stress free. Partner that with world class advice and you've basically got a spot that any reptile owner should go for advice or products. Thanks Jackie!
