One of the fastest deliveries of my life!! Ordered some ornaments this Tuesday and they arrived Friday in Calgary in the blink of an eye! The ornaments are to die for! They are so adorable and of great quality! Such a large selection of items online and I will definitely be ordering from RetroFestive again!

Went on a Thursday around 4:00 pm, thankfully there wasn’t that many people usually you’d have to wait in line on the weekends, the store is very cute with a large variety of Christmas decor , lots of decor you can only find here and no other Christmas stores. We bought a snowman glitter light and a colourful glitter light up tree, definitely worth the price with long battery life and good quality! The ladies at the cashier were extremely nice and helpful. Definitely come on a weekday, less people and a lot easier to make your way around. Parking is also limited.

This store is so fun! Went for xmas tree decorations 🎅🏼and didn't disappoint. They have a lot of retro brands and pop culture stuff. Knitted Ugly sweaters and so much more. They have personalized tree ornaments with someone painting names on the spot.🎄the Grinch was on scene for photos too!!

When the package arrives I'll be able to adjust the review to reflect the quality of packing. I would say the price point of the products is good. Shipping is typical Canada Post bloody expensive and slow. My bigger issue is that though the buying process was easy, and the confirmation of order placement was quick, I have zero knowledge of if my order is in transit as there's no shipping tracking applied. Additionally, they're also an operation that believes they need to spam people's inboxes with an offer every day. Once a week is good. Daily is just annoying. Normally I'd unsubscribe from messages, but I'm holding out hope that I might get some tracking information eventually. It's been eight days and no sign of the package yet.

I love that they ate CANADIAN, no shipping, and the range of such unique items is amazing! I just started collecting ornaments this year - ones that remind me of my childhood (I'm in my 50's) or other good memories in my life. I had done SO much searching online for related ornaments, but they were hard to find, expensive, had paid shipping, or were from the U.S. Last night I happened upon this site - they have over 700 ornaments alone and so many unique ones! I narrowed them down to buy just12, but will definitely buy more next year! And, I'm about to search through the rest of the unique store items. Can't wait to get my ornaments in the mail. Surprising store that is more than meets the eye. Lots of awesome finds inside, and staff were helpful with the many phone calls I made about stock and hours of operation. Bought a really cool Minecraft baseball hat for my son, and it was in-stock days after I called to inquire.

I came across this site a few years ago by chance. I have ordered since then a couple things or more each year. The personalized ornaments are fantastic, never had any mistakes, so many to choose from and everyone loves them. Lots and lots of items that you can’t find anywhere else. It’s also a bonus that it’s here in Canada and you don’t have to spend outrageous prices on shipping, and gets here pretty quick. Looking forward to see what’s new the next Christmas season, and of course to start shopping!

I absolutely love this shop. They have so many fun and unique things that make great gifts and every time I've purchased from them the process has been easy and the items were great quality with quick delivery. I did my first curbside pickup today and the team there is absolutely lovely, very helpful, and have a good setup for when you arrive. The process was speedy and I'm very grateful that the kind woman assisting me went through the items with me before I left to make sure all was well (especially since some items were custom). Accidentally entered the wrong email address and didn’t receive any email confirmation, and I also couldn’t log in to check the status of my order, because the email was wrong. Contacted customer service, and within 5 minutes the owner himself was helping me. Changed the email so I received the order confirmation, and reset my password right away. And this was at 9pm! My package shipped the next morning, and arrived in 2 days! Amazing customer service, and fast shipping. Very happy to have found this site.
