Great prices, tons of good quality products that are easy to find. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible, fast and friendly customer service

I live in Port Colborne Ontario, I shop at food Basics alot, spend alot, there produce at Port Colborne store is terrible, all the time, may have to change grocerie store very disappointed

I basically make this my main shopping place for groceries. Centrally located with ample parking. I normally use the self check out but on occasion go to the cashier. The ladies are always pleasant. The only flaw is that their meat section is limited.

This store has the only western union and the only coin star for kilometers. They've both been broken for 2+ years, the inside is absolutely disgusting, and the workers all snap over simple questions. The fact they won't fix their monetary machines proves this place isn't making money, don't shop here.

Well stocked. But where are your cashiers? Having one lane open isn't going to force people to use your self check outs. People will just walk out, leaving their frozen products sitting in the cart. I'm sure this also increases theft. Stop pinching pennies and hire some cashiers!

Like the prices are sometimes good but the selection is pretty good too I usually come here a couple times every week

I really love this store, and though the store is a little out of my way I shop here every chance I get. Lots of variety on almost everything without the price hike including organic items and produce, customer service is great and cleanliness is spick-and-span. 5☆

The floor staff are very helpful but recently I find the cashiers to be very unhospitable you can say good morning to them as much as you like but that doesn't mean you're going to get a nice response from them I've been shopping here for quite some time now and things have changed. I'm thinking of doing my shopping elsewhere or I'll start using the automatic machines that are offered. Sad that people don't care anymore about being friendly, Sunday morning seams to be the worst

Nice clean store. Good staff. Lots of stuff. And buggy are free no quarter.

I go here because I'm familiar with the lay-out. Prices are lower than Sobeys. Lines are shorter than No Frills. Selection is worse than Sobeys but better than No Frills. They seem to retain a lot of their staff over the decades, so the owner/manager must be pretty decent

Great store with reasonable prices friendly staff and I go here at least once a day my favorite grocery store to date
