Great place to watch a movie. Clean and friendly staff. Quick service. Seats were awesome. Recliner and heated. Lots of feet space. Safe atmosphere. Sonic two was a good movie. Family enjoyed the film and our experience at this location was great. We will be back.

All I’m saying is SHAMEFUL!! We wanted to go to a “luxury movie theater” We paid $13 something for our tickets each and $14 for our soda and popcorn each!! Marcus Pickerington Cinema you need to put some TLC into your seats or lower your prices! Next time we will keep it local and go to our movies ten with our $4 tickets $ 1 popcorn and $1 soda with nice seats they might not recline but they are in one piece 👀

Not a fan anymore. They raised their prices and took away members popcorn. Also it's more cost effective to go to other theaters for matinees Marcus is over priced for what they give you.

Real nice cinema, they were out of Nachos, but overall a good experience. 😊👍

I love coming to the movies! The only complaint I have is the bar is limited to just a drink list. The food is good and the app is ok still a bit buggy. Overall enjoying a night at this theater is always a treat!

Went to today to see Top Gun. The movie was amazing. The popcorn was good and the service was fast. Only annoying thing was an 11 year old talking and playing with is seat next to me. Other than that really good experience

I am glad it's back to in theater food purchases. I never really know what I want in advance. There is still interaction and so I never understood the pre food purchase. No complaints about the theater at all.

Starting to go into disrepair. For example, the seats are worn. Also, beware of the cotton candy- the bags are full of mold. Just seems like little care is being put into keeping it clean and nice

Movie theater itself was great, patrons sucked. Answering your phone in the middle of a movie is ignorant. Turn off that stupid flashing light too.

It was ok not the return to the movies I was envisioning. The concession area was disgusting and dirty with a couple of very rude employees and the drink center floor was flooded with slushy juice creating a slip hazard that I watch no one clean up for 40 minutes while I was waiting for my movie to start and eating my over cooked and extremely hard pretzel bites. The theater itself was fine it appeared clean. But after the show while on a hunt for my sons phone that slipped out his pocket we found 4 nasty used mask just balled up in the creases of his chair, not something you want you 8 year old son or yourself to be touching. Do better Marcus!

Great environment to see a movie with the family. Clean and comfortable. But what makes movie theaters think they can charge $15 for a ticket, $8 for popcorn and $5 one bottle of water..? That's just crazy. I had to take away one STAR for greed.

This is my home theater, and no matter how far away I move it's still the theater I prefer. From the comfy chairs to the space between the pull out lazy boys and the rail in front of you I love this place. And $5 Tuesday with the popcorn included makes it an out of the way trip I'll happily take.

Overall great experience. Ordered tickets and concessions online, which sped up my entry into the theater. Very clean environment as well.

LOVE my local theater 🎥 ♥️ They are amazing 👏 I have been coming here most of my life. It's gotten better over the years. The Food is astoundingly good, so delicious. The workers are very kind and usually pretty quick to help you. The only thing that would be great if they update the seating. There is some wear and tear but over all I still give the experience 5 stars! Hopefully in the near future we can get some updates but all then that great place for anyone and everyone to come to enjoy a movie 🎬

I watched the new spiderman now way home and it was amazing whenever there was an explosion or heavy blow to one of the characters, you could feel the vibration through the seats and everything. Everything else was great, have gone here before, and this place will continue to be my go to theater whenever a new movie comes out.

We went to an early showing on a Sunday morning. They weren't busy at all. This location has been around for a bit now and shows a little wear in a few places, but you really have to look for it. Overall, it was kept up and clean. The bar wasn't open yet, but it has one! The movie was in one of the smaller theaters. Again, it was clean and it has the recliner chairs which were in really good condition. Used the app to buy tickets and snacks ahead of time.

Clean and comfortable. Huge facility and lots of food options. As expected food and drink prices are higher than regular restaurants. You pay for convenience. The movie experience was good and the seats were very nice.

Good movie theater. The sound system has a few blown and or crackling speakers in the theaters we've sat in so far this year and on one occasion the seat still had popcorn in it. But overall the atmosphere and experience is good.

I loved the Marcus it's been so long since I've went to a movies! Isaw the movie 65 and it was good I even had popcorn and a slushie in all it was a wonderful day date on 5.00 Tuesdays even though it was 7 for us but either way!😁😁

We got there late and the only seats available where in the front row. My grandsons ages 4 and 6 was having a difficult time watching the movie. I asked for a refund but was given a gift card instead of my cash payment. We were going to leave the Cinema in any event, even if I failed to get a refund or not. The manager was rude and I realize I was fortunate to get the gift card for a future movie.

The ticket guy didn't seem like he was wanting to be at work on a Friday night. Which I get but when you're in customer service being at least polite with a little bit patience it's kind of part of your job. It was a very unhappy guy. Other than that the seating was large and comfortable and everything looked very clean.

Seats are very comfortable and recline, some theaters even have heated seats. The couple seats are nice that the middle armrests lifts up. They have a bar, pizza place, plus regular theater snacks. Theater is always clean and well taken care of.

I ended up paying for 2 wheelchair spots for a sold out movie. The app could be a bit more explanatory. Great value for the tickets and the snacks.

First time back at the theater since the shutdown. This place as gone downhill! Disgusting doesn’t even explain the nastiness we walked into. The beverage area was covered in trash spilled soda and who knows what else. The theater was not cleaned between movies. Our seats were filled with trash. I will be driving the extra distance to another theater. Manager was in the front greeting people to his nasty theater, shame on him. Short staffed or not as a manager myself I would be cleaning the filth. I would be embarrassed.

This is a nice movie theater with some nice weekly deals. They have a great concession stand and a nice bar. The actual theater rooms can be a little dirty and in some rooms the lights don’t dim correctly when the movie starts . But the chairs are super comfortable and recline. The staff is always friendly!

Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable leather recliner seats with reserved seating. I love $5 Tuesdays for all movies including the super huge screen, plus Marcus members (via a free email subscription) get a small free popcorn on Tuesdays! Bought 4 tickets and got 4 free little popcorn bags. What a steal!
