I've
never
had
worse
McDonalds
servicing
in
my
life.
First,
two
out
of
four
self-ordering
terminals
were
out
of
service,
so
had
to
wait
in
line
only
to
place
my
order
(at
one
of
the
remaining
two).
Placed
a
quick
order
of
2
small
fries,
two
donuts
and
2
hot
drinks
and
had
to
wait
30
minutes!
And
probably
would
have
waited
even
more
if
not
started
complaining
as
they
somehow
lost
my
order
in
the
flow.
I
asked
several
times
where
was
my
order
after
it
disappeared
from
the
monitor
above
the
counter
(approx.
10
minutes
after
placing).
They
kept
telling
me
that
it
would
come
shortly.
But
it
turned
out
no
one
was
taking
care
of
it.
After
30
minutes
when
both
me
and
my
family
members
(who
had
waited
in
the
parking
outside)
lost
our
patience
I
started
to
complain
calling
the
staff
at
the
counter
and
asking
for
a
supervisor.
They
took
my
receipt
and
started
to
search
for
the
order
in
the
system.
Only
then
someone
finally
started
to
quickly
prepare
it.
But
when
the
guy
brought
it
to
me
I
didn't
even
hear
a
'sorry'
or
'we
apologize
for
the
delay'.
After
such
a
terrible
service
and
attitude
we
didn't
really
have
any
food
appetite.
