Every time I go I feel so frustrated. Always take so much time for no reason. Food isn’t bad and people serving you aren’t rude but be prepared to wait forever.

Absolute chaos and disgrace. So dirty! Incroyablement malpropre!

I know quality can differ from one location to another. But this McDonald’s must be a new low point. I asked them for less sauce in my sandwich and more pickles…nope, the same amount of sauce, two pickles on one side of the sandwich. Okay, errors can happen fine… but the whole assembly was mediocre at best. Poutine barely had any sauce or cheese, and the fries were extremely dry. Additionally, management should look at what employees do while working. When we ate at the location, we saw an employee in the kitchen take out her phone and didn’t even realize that a line of customers had started to form. A client had to bother the employee to get served. I wouldn’t call that very sanitary either. Oh, and don’t expect to go to the bathroom since there isn’t any “power” in the bathrooms, as per the employee.

Affreux No cheese, no onions no ketchup, no mustard no nothing disgusting disgusting. $14 of nothing. Even the Poutin is half full.

The restaurant has a very modern swanky look. We nearly missed it. It’s clean. There’s a combination lock on the washroom and it’s clean. The staff are friendly. We only ordered ice cream and coffee. I found ice cream in other locations are a bit icy recently. The ice cream in this location is perfect. The ice coffee is not super sweet. We like it.

This particular McDonald's provided me with a delicious egg McMuffin and sausage McMuffin with egg sandwich. In my 40+ years of eating McDonald's, I have never had hash browns that were so overcooked. They were dark brown and very crispy, which led me to believe that they were either re-cooked or left in the fryer waaaay too long. I like crispy, but these tasted really awful, so I couldn't eat them. By the time I had realized they weren't good, I was well on my way back to Ottawa. I just can't imagine how the employee would grab these, slip them into their paper sleeve and into my food bag at the drive thru without thinking that they looked bad, and likely would not be edible. Will I ever eat McDonald's again? Yes, but I will check that the hash browns are golden and not dark brown before I drive away.

Terrible Macdonald’s ! over 10 people standing around talking ! waiting waiting in line, doesn’t move m, go inside do the kiosk because the big sign says they are short staffed ! Over 10 people standing around socializing! I see my order come up. A boy keeps talking, holding the bag for take out, 2 mins then casually walks over and yells out my number . absolutely terrible

Worst McDonald's ever. And I've been to the one on rudeau st in ottawa. You hVe to ask to use the washroom. Ridiculous. It'd a McDonald's. Then when I asked they grilled me to see if I had an order. Just saying yes wasn't enough. Needed ti see the receipt in their hands. Told them to forget it. Should have canceled my order. Then waited forever for my food. Along with the other 4 customers ( was not busy) while the staff were all chatting and doing nothing while 1 guy was working. Manager was a joke. When we finally got our food it was cold. Won't stop there again. There's one maybe 5 klm down the road. It's much better

I do not know if was my accent or the headset was cheap, but was so difficult to be understood to order 1 cappucino and one black coffee, that i mentioned like 8 times. I cannot figure out why.

McDonald’s is not known for great service but this place is the 2nd worst McDonalds . Sometimes they don’t even open the dining room and there’s cars a mile long at the drive through.
