Went here on a Friday afternoon for a few hours. $6/person to get in for the day. Decent amount of parking a short distance from the swim area and boat launch. Swimming area has 2 sections, one shallower than the other. Great areas for large rafts. The lake itself is perfect for SUP boarding and kayaking (as well as boating and riding jet skis). A couple small playgrounds, picnic tables, and a volleyball set-up. I can imagine this place gets pretty crowded on the weekends so go early!

Great people! Worked the kids fishing event as a volunteer. The owner was great to everyone. I dealt with him a few times, seen him interact with families at the event. It wasn’t till later another volunteer told me he was the owner. At lunch I went up to the lodge to get some coffee. The staff up there was so nice and friendly. I really didn’t know this place was here and is such a great getaway. They have cabins and Rv spots, nice fishing docks, playground. Definitely want to come spend a weekend.

I was a guest at Camp Lake View. The tent suites that our group reserved were wonderful. Plenty of shade and near facilities. The approach to cleaning bathrooms is something to be desired, but tolerable. The office is also a little convenience store which made the forgotten items fir camping much easier than driving to the nearest store. Swimming and play area were great! The area is very clean and atmosphere is great!

Love this place, especially for fishing. Definitely a good family environment with a nice swim area, playground, basketball court, "beach" volleyball court to keep the kids busy. There is space to camp in tents, campers, or even rent a cabin. There is plenty to do here for everyone. There are trails to explore, docks to fish, boat launch... Ohhh and they also sell a some basic camping/fishing essentials in the office so if you forget something or run out you don't always have to make that dreaded Walmart trip...lol

Clean grounds and bathrooms. Beautiful scenery and views. Friendly staff. Pets are welcome (newly posted breed restrictions on dogs) Fair priced day pass and rentals available. All around a great place for a lake day.

My 13 year old son and I just got home from an amazing 4 days and 3 nights at this campground! Our original camping, kayaking, and fishing plans were canceled due to high winds at Neah Bay WA, so we decided to look for lakes inland and go for bass instead. We found this campground on Google maps, called them up, and they had available sites. After the 4 hour drive, we arrived to find the staff was extremely friendly, the entire campground was very well maintained, and they had a boat launch with a dock. We were not expecting much because the price was soo low. We originally planned on 3 days and 2 nights, but my son and I met the most wonderful group of campers that invited us into their group for dinner and games. We loved the campground and the staff soo much that we decided to see about staying one more night. After talking with the office, they said all the camp sites were booked up for that night. The wonderful lady behind the counter (I believe her name was Cindy?) told me to stop back by in a little bit as there were a few campers that said they may cancel. When I came back, I was blown away by their friendliness and generosity because even though noone canceled, they found a spot out of the way we could set up our tent to be able to enjoy another night. At one point I stopped to talk with some of the staff sitting out front of the office to ask about what works for bass as we were not catching anything on the lake. One man in particular recomended using either a watermelon or all white colored worm on a hook with no wieght, told us the best locations to try, and even the right times to expect a bite. We chatted for a bit and he told us he fished that lake at 14 years old, and loved it so much that he decided to buy it as an adult. I had no idea I was talking with the owner of the campground. He's such a down to earth friendly person and it's very obvious he treats his employees very well as they all seemed to enjoy what they did. Every night, the area by the swimming dock was full of people, and the last night there was a big party with lots of families, around dark everyone cleared out and the park was almost silent. The next morning at 8am when we got up, there was no signs of any activities the night before. The groundskeepers were racing to pick up the last few pieces of trash left behind like it was a competition to see who could pick up the most, laughing and smiling while working. This is a true family friendly place that puts their customers comfort and enjoyment at a high priority. We definitely plan on camping there again in the future! I made this review as my own opinion and choice to do so, I did not recieve anything or any discounts for making it.

I’ve been struggling to have an answer from the staff to get the refund of our cabin cancellation. It’s been 2 month s now since we started to contact the office to cancel, and it’s being so difficult to have a clear answer about what to do to have a cancellation and refund. It’s been now 2 weeks we have contacted by email and phone the staff an no reply at all. This is so painful to go through, we need your help!!!!!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ For how amazing all the pictures are, nothing can prepare you for seeing this amazing view in person. It is overwhelming in its beauty! The trail leading to the lookout from sunrise can be strenuous, depending on ability. We are occasional hikers and did fine, if a little sore in our legs afterwards...
