I have a Fossill watch that needed a battery and went from Jeweler to Jeweler and was told they could send it away to have a battery fitted....I tried Royal Smokers at Cascades and they did it in 5 minutes and it did not cost me a fortune! Very friendly staff too!! Thank you!

Bought a cuban cigar by a brand that I've smoked before from them and it was nothing like the cigars that I've bought from my favourite cigar shops. The cigar was pricier and smaller than similar Bolivars you get, and on top of that the cigar was horrendously dry when I opened in the same day. The wrapper was cracked and tore apart making for very unpleasant smoke.

totally un-professional service the staff dont know prices, it was taking forever to get a price, so i had to leave without the items i wanted. Let's hope the owner sorts this issue out or he will definitely loose customers.
