La pizza è veramente buona! Fatta con ingredienti di massima qualità. Le revisitazioni che fa il pizzaiolo alle ricette tradizionali sono fantastiche! Personale molto gentile :) Consigliato al 100%

For sure, the best pizza I had on my trip to Sicily ! Even though the restaurant is a bit far outside and not imposing considering the first impression, it's a trip more than worth. My pizza was in the middle perfectly thin but not wet at all, while the boarder was perfectly fluffy. I loved the amount and the quality of toppings. Not to much to overload it, but enough to combine the different flavours. Finally a pizza, with the right amount of extra salt. Decorated with fresh herbs, it was pretty hard for me to make a photo instead of starting directly eating it. The services was great and done by a young, dynamic and highly motivated team taking care of local and foreign guests at the same level of commitment.

Finalmente una pizza buona a Pietraperzia, ingredienti di alto livello, impasto leggero e soffice. Impasto e tipologia di pizza totalmente differente da quella che si é abituati a mangiare in zona. Pizza molto simile a quella Napoletana contemporanea. Vasto menù, che spazia dalle pizze più tradizionali a delle vere e proprie pizze gourmet. Una pizza per palati che sanno apprezzare lo studio e la ricerca degli ingredienti migliori, che non si limitano a riempire solamente la pancia. Da rivedere leggermente il servizio, oltre alla Sig.ra Morena che é super professionale gli altri ragazzi sono molto giovani e devono imparare... Rapporto qualità prezzo decisamente buono. Ci torneremo molto volentieri....

Non ho mai mangiato una pizza così buona, tutti i condimenti di qualità e super freschi, anche il vino locale era ottimo! Per essere in un piccolo paesino merita davvero tanto, tornerò sicuramente!

Eine preisgekrönte Pizzeria, mitten im nirgendwo. Die Auswahl an Pizzen ist groß und ausgefallen. Man merkt, dass die Pizza mit viel Liebe gebacken wurde und der Teig lange geruht hat, typisch für eine ausgezeichnete Pizza. Die Zutaten sind alle frisch, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Wer vor hat, dort essen zu gehen, sollte vorher besser reservieren. Die Pizzeria kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Preise sind mehr als fair.
