We went for the Christmas package. This was our first visit. Great atmosphere. Without exception, the staff were friendly, welcoming and courteous; smiles everywhere. Our room was comfortable. The resort was decorated beautifully. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness. I observed cleaning staff dusting baseboards around the lobby area by hand and another on her hands and knees picking up small items (food scraps?) from the floor around one of the sofas. I've never been in a hotel before where the staff were so diligent in cleaning.

Staying here at the dream more resort and spa for 3 days 2 nights for my daughters birthday weekend. We chose to stay here for the perks of Dollywood and because of the reviews and of course Dolly. It’s a nice hotel staff is nice room cleaning service however not so much on the clean side. We traveled with friends whose child has epileptic seizures. She had one while using the restroom and made a mess if you know what I mean without getting to technical. We had the room cleaning service (3 people), manager, and security all came the first time. I requested the whole restroom be cleaned due to contamination in the whole bathroom. Couldn’t stay to make sure they cleaned properly due to us having tickets to the stampede show and was already running late. So we left them to “clean”……… Came back room still smelled so I look in the shower and there it was not only that the floor didn’t get mopped. I even requested the cleaning supplies so where I could clean it myself but was denied due to policy I guess. It is now 9 pm and my child is needing a shower. Cleaning service still came but once I seen the woman cleaning with no gloves and touching all the doors I couldn’t… Let’s just say I’m glad I had Clorox wipes that will hold me over until I can get some bleach first thing in the morning. Other than the cleanliness it’s not a bad place. Just think if they don’t clean a known fecal accident properly I hate to see how they clean not knowing what happens in the rooms.

Dollywood's DreamMore Resort exceeded all expectations! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with charming decor throughout. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the proximity to Dollywood theme park was a huge plus. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Smoky Mountains. Can't wait to visit again! 🏞️🏨🎢👌

DreamMore Resort and Spa was everything I had hoped. We felt welcomed and comfy from the moment we walked in. Everyone there was courteous and knowledgeable and as warm and friendly as you'd expect from a southern experience. The room was a great place to relax between adventures with every possible comfort. The view outside our room was lovely and at night we could watch the drone display from our window. The Spa was a terrific indulgence and having it right there in the resort was a luxury. At Song & Hearth the dining was wonderful with a full selection of deliciously prepared dishes and exemplary wait staff to make your experience a joy. The hostesses at the front of Song & Hearth were friendly and funny and immediately made us feel like welcome guests. Rick and Karen waited at our tables and were perfect...there when we needed but not intrusive. Karen especially went above and beyond finding treats that fit my restrictive dietary needs...she was truly an angel! The shuttle to and from Dollywood was well timed and the drivers were all informative and friendly...especially Charlie. On top of all that, what seemed like my own personal concierge was a text away to answer my every question. All in all we had the best experience ever with everything we could possibly need to feel pampered right there at our fingertips.

Rooms clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet was great! Everything decorated for Christmas. Love people hanging chilling in the lobby eating, playing games, listening to the piano. Just enjoyable. Enjoyed the trolley and getting help to park our bigger truck.

I've came to this place 2 years in a row now and each time I go I have the best time. The food is amazing, the rooms, clean and spacious, service is amazing. This year (3rd year) I will be going with my wife and I know we'll have a good time. The trolly service to take to you to the park is really easy and the drivers are friendly. Update, my rating stay the same. Work pays for my trip here and there was a misunderstanding on the day I was staying but the worker there (forgot her name but she worked Friday night, we checked in around 9 or 10 the night of 09/15/2023) she got me a room that night even though she didn't have the credentials to do it herself, she made a phone call and got our little problem resolved and situated in just few minutes, we were able to stay the night and we got a room update. Thank you so much for the great service!!!

My Sister, my Autistic nephew Anthony, and I spent two nights at the Dolly Woods Dream More Resort while visiting the Dollywood Amusement Park. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and had two "Queen" beds. However, we found that the beds were more like full beds in size. Although the room was clean, we felt that the cost of over $200 per night was a little steep considering the lack of amenities. The room had a small refrigerator, but no microwave. Additionally, there was a small coffee maker in the room, but no complimentary coffee in the lobby. As a result, we ended up paying around $5.00 per cup of Starbucks coffee. Furthermore, the room was quite small, leaving very little space to walk between the bed and the wall. There was only one luggage rack, which meant that we had to keep most of our suitcases on the floor. On the plus side, the resort was conveniently located near the Dollywood Amusement Center, and a trolley left every 30 minutes from the hotel. We were also given fast passes for the rides, which were free of charge. However, since the park was not crowded during our stay, we didn't really need them. Nevertheless, we appreciate the gesture, and we're sure that they would come in handy during peak periods. Lastly, the staff at the DreamMore resort were very friendly and accommodating. The resort itself is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for children. We tried out the pool but found it to be a little cold. However, the large sauna was very warm and inviting.

What can I say about this wonderful magical place. Everyone who works here is happy and polite. They are very happy to have a conversation with you and no one rushes you off. You know all the people here were just happy. I did not meet one person who worked there that was unhappy to be there. The whole staff loved my daughter and said how much Dolly would love her glitter shorts! Having good employees is one thing but having employees who love what they do is another. Dolly your reaort is in good hands! This place is a blessing. So much to do for the kids. Swimming, hiking, stores, bedtime stories and crafts for the kids. The stone soup was great. I never had it and I hope I can find the recipe! We can not wait to return and we look forward to staying at the new resort too!

Truly a beautiful place & perfect location. Staff is fantastic & the performers are so wonderful (esp with kids). The trolley pick up & drop off is so needed & appreciated. The drivers were all so friendly. Extremely expensive (not surprised though), but I did go during a holiday week. They provide pack & plays which was so appreciated! Our room was very basic. No microwaves or closets in the rooms, both were needed. Unable to order the Starbucks coffee from the room service breakfast menu so having flavored coffee in the morning is a struggle due to the super long lines that form early in the bakery.

Our first visit to Dollywood Resort did not disappoint. They staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is well kept with the exception of stained, outdated carpets. It would be nice if they would update this hotel while building the new hotel next to it. Overall we were pleased and will return.

The best-best part of this wonderful/beautiful experience is the friendly staff! They are not snobby hateful about speaking to guests - they are cheerful humans who enjoy their jobs instead of disgruntled "workers" who treat customers like nuisances. In fact, at 6:30 a.m., when I practically shuffled into The Pantry to get coffees, the ladies there were so very pleasant that they truly set the tone for a great day! What a treat! 🥰 It's a terrific resort all the way around, but the staff is what makes it special. 💖 If you don't mind heights, the views from the fifth floor are spectacular. And, BTW, eat here - excellent food and service at the same prices as other family restaurants in the area. 😉

Absolutely loved this resort it’s magical. We went 2 years ago and fell in love with the place. It’s very clean and organized. The designs and decor are gorgeous. The food was delicious as well as the drinks. Everyone at the resort was very friendly and accommodating to us always. I also felt like it was located in a very convenient place. Definitely want to visit again soon.

We are currently here and we have been somewhat disappointed. Logan at front desk was snippy and not very informative or informational. We have only encountered a couple of nice employees, but most of them have been rude. Our room had a fuzzy bug on the wall. My pillow cases upon arrival was dirty and stained. Did I mention I found dry blood stains on my sheets and comforter?! Gross!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! And the housekeeping supervisor acted as if she didn’t even care! She was rushing asking if we were okay. How heartless and inconsiderate. Including the comforter. For as much as you pay a night you think they would have some free welcome things in the room. Bathrooms don’t have fans to help keep steam down either. Rooms need microwaves. Wish the fire pits stayed on all day. Not just at night time. In the bathroom the bathtub was not clean and dust and gross in the toilet area. Towels had stains as well. Super sad, but they don’t really care because they are getting your money no matter what. My husband is deployed and my parents brought us on vacation to have a wonderful and beautiful time and we’ve been so disappointed. The lady at the ticket desk was short and rude too.

The only downside with the resort was the lack of quality of the gym. 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 1 bike. Dumbbells and one bench. This is it. Everything else was great. Self parking is free. Valet is 30 bucks, I believe. You receive a complementary time saver pass to Dollywood Park, and the shuttle is every 20 minutes that also goes to their sister resort. Plan ahead because the 20-minute wait feels like a really long time. It was crowded for the Thanksgiving holiday. There were 3 weddings and lots of kids. The elf theme is super cute with daily activities. I wish there was a kids club to drop off the kids so parents can enjoy some alone time or the spa.

No surprise that something with Dolly’s name it is above and beyond. Every single member of the staff here is fantastic. Helpful, friendly, and appears to really enjoy helping the guests. The grounds are so clean. I scoured the room looking for flaws and couldn’t find any. The bathroom was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. I HIGHLY recommend enjoying some time at the spa. 20% gratuity is included in the price and the time spent was worth every dollar. Room service was exactly on time and the food was hot when it arrived. I enjoyed breakfast and it was such a great way to start the day. I rarely enjoy staying at hotels but this resort is an exception. If I come back to this area for vacation I will absolutely stay here or at the new property that just opened this month. I can only imagine it will be the same phenomenal experience. Dolly does it better!!

A must stay! Total class act right down to the staff that has the least desirable jobs at the hotel! Way to go trainers and especially staff with the most hospitable attitudes. Brought our three granddaughters and they were all treated special as they should have been for what you have to pay to play. See you next Christmas Dolly!!!
