The worst room I've ever stayed in. Mold on the walls, holes in the doors (where someone has punched through it). The hotel refused a refund. The people up front were so rude. The only breakfast that was served was pop-tarts. They didn't even have enough pop tarts to feed our family either and refused to get more. This place needs to close down and reopen when they are fully remodeled and have staff that actually care.

Stay away from this place. It is a dump. It perplexes me how this place has the nerve to be in business in this high-tourist area. Worst hotel I have stayed. Here is a list of what I experienced during my stay: 1-Even though I had a reservation, I had to wait 45 minutes to be checked-in because rather than processing first the guests with a reservation, the two front desk staff were processing a walk-in group of 12 people that needed several rooms, had complicated sleeping arrangements, had issues with their credit card, and English was not their first language. 2-There is no Front Desk, just a makeshift desk at the end of their "Lobby". However, the two gentlemen serving as Front Desk staff were trying to be as efficient and diligent as possible in spite of being short-staffed and the chaos around them. 3-As I was waiting in line to be checked-in, other hotel guests were coming in to complain about non-functioning room lights, no hot water, no guest towels, and more. 4-Specifics of my room: no towels; the sink faucet was leaking at the base of the handle; shower room light not working; shower room ventilator not working; toilet seat had one broken hinge; holes on the wall, the doors were full of nicks and scratches; room carpet was dirty and worn out; bathroom floor tiles were sticky, and all the wall pictures were on the floor. 5-Right in the middle of their parking, the had overflowing dumpsters with what seemed like construction rubbish, to include used mattresses. I complained to the morning staff when I was checking out in the hopes of a discount for the poor service but no, they gave me a rehearsed response about the place being in transition because of new management and still charged me full price. I was scammed. I am never staying in this hotel chain again. See the attached photos of my room.

We stayed two nights in hell! The office ladies are very rude and were making fun of people. They changed us $75 more for a deposit that was never told to us until we got there. They wouldn't let us check in 50 mins early even though I am disabled. Asked for a handicapped room and did not get a handicap room. When we did go to the room the room smelled musty and there was no toilet paper. Had to get toilet paper from the people next door. The drain in the bathtub was missing and was just an open hole. When I pulled down the sheets on the bed there was a piece of toilet paper in the sheets. The sheets were stained. The TV didn't work. The handyman came and worked 2 hours on the TV he went to the front to get them to let him change the TV out and she told him no so he managed to get it to where I could watch TV on the TV antenna couldn't watch cable. We sat outside mostly all the time because the room smells so bad. We couldn't get a refund so we were stuck there. The cops were there both nights in the office because of other customers complaining so bad. Everyone that walked by us complained of the rudeness of the ladies up front and how dirty the hotel in general is. Someone in our party ended up getting sick from just the smell of the room. The only upside about the stay was the handyman he was very nice and considerate. But all the other employees were not. Advise to run to the next hotel do not stay here!

Do not think should be charged full price for this room. This is what my family walked into when we got there and checked into this hotel. When asked to talk to someone about a refund or partial refund was told once you check in you clame the room as yours, the room as is and it's up to you to fix the problem,do plan on contacting the department of health and human services tomorrow and send them these pictures.we were so worried that the beds were not clean we went out bought plastic, disinfectant, sheets and our own towels so we could take a shower and have a safe place to sleep on the beds, since we could not get our money back and needed to sleep after being on the road for 20 hours with a 10 year old and a 8 month old working, this place does not need to be open, the white manager said it's due to the remodel that they are doing,no this is just people not doing there jobs, management not caring and for management to tell a guest that and not refund part of there money and use the remodel as the excuse is just sorry on there part and should not be in there position... But what's done is done and we will see how it turns out once proper author's is notified Monday morning... Please if anyone is reading this post please do not stay here and do not let anyone you know stay, just pay extra and stay somewhere else in this town...

DON'T GO HERE!!! The location is great, BUT there are TONS of other hotels in the same area, choose one of them. We got there at 2:15pm and they absolutely refused to let us check in before 3. When we did check in, we were surprised at the $75 charge for incidentals, which is refunded 3-5 days after check out. The ad showed a continental breakfast, which turned out to be coffee and Pop Tarts. The room looked NOTHING like the ad. There was mold on the lamp shade, fecal matter on the toilet, black specks on the bathtub mat, and the shower was dirty. The sheets looked like there were love stains on the top layer. The bathroom door was falling apart, the floor was sticky and dirty and there was makeshift patching in the walls. I found it funny we had to put a deposit down when the place was in such disarray. The Internet was patchy, we received 1 towel for a family of 4, there wasn't a phone in the room and the staff was very rude. This hotel is in the middle of a remodel, but honestly should NOT be open. Don't let the pictures and the location fool you, they should be condemned. Please don't waste your time on this place.

Very unwelcoming and inattentive attitude at the front desk. None the less, nothing could beat the unforgivable disgustingness of pubic hair here and there left on the unchanged bedsheets. I understand it's a budget friendly inn but unchanged bedsheets!? I don't mind old room nor old sheets but please, guests deserves a clean sheet.

So the location isn’t bad. Right in town. I’m giving a 1 star though because there is absolutely nothing else good about this place. No blankets, only sheets. And the sheets have stains and holes in them. It stinks. Thankfully I didn’t see bed bugs, but others have. Office workers are rude af and ghetto. Go somewhere else or sleep in your car. The beds are lumpy and just not comfortable. Best part of this hotel are the walkways leading out of here.

This hotel is absolutely horrible. If I could do ZERO STARS I WOULD! There is literally nothing good about this place. The staff is rude- we went to check in and the girl was on a personal call and found it to be more important than getting us checked in, she made us get our own towels from the laundry which I had to find myself because she would not tell me where it was, then I get to the laundry room and have to knock several times only to be confronted by another rude employee who asked "what" then told me to go get the towels myself. They had a whole lobby full of people waiting to be checked in, 2 workers were in the lobby and only 1 was checking people in (when he was in between personal phone calls that is) so many guests waited for who knows how long and were very frustrated. Breakfast - it lists breakfast on their website, there was none. Rooms- dirty, period! They are not getting cleaned. They are spraying some air freshener and going on about their day. Pool- filthy Deposit - there is a deposit they do not advise you of beforehand, when you check in you have to pay a $75 deposit and they won't take cash. This was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel, I wish I had done my research first. Lesson learned and that will NEVER happen again.

I have never been so disgusted or upset in my life at a hotel. Your place is a dump. To find out you typically charge around $50 a night and charged me $280 a night made me more upset. The booking said free breakfast, that was a lie. The pool is green and the hot tub is a mosquito haven. We come into our room and the lid to the back of the toilet is up, our toilet doesn't flush! There is mold under the rubber mat in the shower. The carpet is filthy. If you walk from the bathroom to the front door your feet are covered with dirt. I have videos of all of this to reflect what I have said.

Had a few minor issues the first night but staff was friendly and very helpful as well as immediately assisted with our issues in the most polite way. You can see they are actively in the remodel process and trying very hard to better themselves. My husband and I have stayed here multiple times while visiting the area and have seen the struggle to better themselves. Got to stay in one of the renovated rooms our last visit and I can honestly say when the work is completed finally it will be a much needed upgrade for such a large property. Are the rooms amazing right now? No not all of them but honestly if you have an issue and just politely address it with the front desk they will go above and beyond to make things right. Can't wait to see the final product once it's complete.

This was the worst experience in a hotel. The room was never cleaned. Only given 4 towels for a week stay. When i went to get more, the guy at the front desk acted like it was a burden. Our room was renovated but had no smoke detector or phone. The wifi was never accessible either. The day we checked in the front desk, workers were very rude. Talking in another language about customers. Never stay here!!

All the reviews are absolutely accurate. We didn’t even check in. We canceled our reservation right there. She didn’t want to help us and told us to call a number. We persisted and she finally canceled for us. The staff was extremely rude. Even made the comment “I’m over this place I don’t even care”. She even asked everyone in line who was canceling. That says something. Most everyone in there was canceling. One lady even said they had moved to 3 different rooms because the TV didn’t work. We saw the tv she brought in there it was literally shattered. We didn’t see the rooms but the lobby/front desk was enough to let us know to trust our gut and the reviews and cancel. We ended up at comfort inn up the road and while it was more money it was so much better!!! Spend a little more money & go somewhere else other than this place!!

Room quality has gone down since last year. Room price is still good but the ceilings have water damage. The office chair in our room looks to have not been cleaned all year. Breakfast was cold despite being in warmers. Overall quality is done but still better than Green River which has bed bugs.

Half the light bulbs were missing. Fridge was missing. Hair dryer missing. Broken couch in the room. Bathroom vent didn't work. Walls were filthy and boogers on the headboard. And least comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Also only 2 chairs to sit in for a double room doesn't make sense.

Hotel is under construction and under transition from one company to another. Take this into consideration and don't expect a red carpet welcome as everything is in transition. This is a great place for an over night stay or a place just to lay your head and store your belongings. The room we were assigned was newly remodeled with great and clean beds and linens. The staff at the front desk were efficient. There is a $75 incidental fee that is charged to the credit card and it was refunded about a week later, without my prompting. This isn't a resort, but it is a decent and clean space for sleeping.

NOT worth saving a few dollars a night. Rooms let in all the noise from people walking by and from the extremely busy road. The plastic table and chairs directly outside the rooms are constantly filled with smokers and obscene sexual conversations. There were signs of bed bugs in the past (which can be dormant for months after "eradicating".) The hotel attendant admitted that a remodeling dumpster was scheduled to be dropped off at 8am on a Friday, while it was being dropped.....REALLY??? After 11am on a weekday would be smarter scheduling because people on vacation want to sleep late. The room was otherwise clean but the humidity made the floor slippery in the bathroom area. The bathroom fan is also extremely loud. I recommend going to another hotel until this one has remodeled completely, especially if you are on your honeymoon or with a family. Vacation memories should be happy times not ruined by business owners who only see immediate profit over repairing issues first which would enable them to make much more money from a perfectly operated business. AND..... instead of responding in a defensive manner, maybe use the info to actually help your business change and grow. You have to know the exact issues in order to succeed. Cheap paint doesn't fix underlying problems. ALSO.....This hotel has an absolute ZERO REFUND POLICY....for any reason. Ye Be Warned

Disgusting, dirty, busted, stinky. Door was missing a knob, frayed carpet, huge water stain on ceiling from bath on the floor above, filthy mattresses, broken toilet seat, leaking faucet, dead bugs and spider webs in the corners. Walked in and the smell of poop was soaked into the room. Mattress was turned upside down, I can only imagine what they were hiding. Asked if they had breakfast as advertised and they did not. Only offered a refund of one night of two. Front desk was polite. Praying for everyone walking up to the front desk while we search for hotels in the car.

This place is horrible, bed was like a pallet in floor, sheets on wrong side out so bed wasn’t made good, complained to manager, made reservations through Expedia, nothing about this place is good except location. Manager said some remodeling is in process but nothing for this room. I asked for more washcloth then no bath towels were left in room. If you can avoid staying here, you will be glad. It was filthy. It took about 45 minutes to get checked in , it was 5 PM and only 1 staff

NIGHTMARE OF A HOTEL!! If I could give this place a zero star I would. Customer service or the “GM”, as she called herself, was TERRIBLE. We came in town early to get a hotel before our cabin and walked in to FILTH! The smell was horrendous, bathroom ceiling had a huge hole and stuffed with toilet paper, floors were not swept or mopped, floors were sticky, coffee machine was disgusting, sheets and pillows had holes and stains on them, crumbs all over the bed and presumable bed bugs from pictures we took. We did not stay and would never recommend this place to anyone!! We have contacted customer care and have reported this place and the “GM”. We called the “GM” when we were leaving and she did not answer. We called again the next morning and she told us “that is a new room”. Again, this place has been reported and needs to be shut down.
