Great styling and decor. Fireplace in the lobby, decorated for Christmas. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, cinnamon rolls eggs, sausage, bagel, cereal etc. the only thing missing was fresh fruit. The pools looked nice although we didn't use them - indoor, outdoor, land azy river. Close to the main strip and attractions.

This hotel is Awesome!I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is always one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a free breakfast buffet for the guest that is really good. If you get a room with a river view you will have a excellent view of the river and if your room is up on a high floor you will have a great view of Mount Leconte and the surrounding Smoky Mountains! The location of the hotel is conveniently located in downtown Pigeon Forge within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend the Music Road Resort Hotel if you are looking for a place to stay while in Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains.

Our room was very nice and extremely clean. I do wish we had upgraded to a room with jacuzzi and fireplace like my daughter’s. It was very nice with a gorgeous view. Our view was of the parking lot. So I recommend requesting a room with view. The bed was a little soft for us, but still a nice bed. I appreciated the fact that it was not 3 feet tall, as I am only 5’2” and have a hard time negotiating those tall beds The bathrooms are beautiful and there was good water pressure in the shower. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and the gorgeous fireplace in the lobby. We were also able to take back roads to Dollywood (albeit very curvy) that saved lots of time by avoiding the heavy traffic. This will be our go to for return trips to Pigeon Forge!

We had stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and loved it. The staff was great, they had great amenities and the rooms were very well tended to. This time as soon as we arrived we noticed that quite a bit of the hotel was falling apart. We got to our room and we're checking it out and there was a cockroach that crawled out of the microwave. We were trying to find it and we're unable to because we think it climbed into the back of it. We went down right away and talked to the manager Ken and he told us that we could wait to be moved to a different room that was the same or we could be moved to another room that evening that was smaller. We voiced concern over the fact that our niece was with us and we didn't want her to sleep on the floor and Ken assured us he would not make her do that. We decided we wanted moved into a smaller room and we got in there and there was no place for our niece to sleep. We went back down to the front desk and asked them why they put us in that room and they stated that was all they had. They brought us a rollaway for her and that took up every little bit of extra walking room we had. My husband spoke to a gentleman at the front desk who said we would be refunded $479.38 due to us being moved to a smaller room that did not have all of the amenities that the original room we booked had and it was much smaller. (We never got this back). We woke up the next morning to a room full of marijuana smoke and immediately called the front desk as I have a severe intolerance to it and it makes me sick. The manager came up and she stated she was able to smell it as well and would go figure out where it was coming from. When we left 15 minutes later you could still smell it in the room even with the door shut. We left and I ended up being nauseous and had a migraine for most of the day. We went back to the hotel and explained that we were checking out for the remainder of our reservation and that we would not be paying because of the issues we had. I woke up the next day and noticed that there was a total of almost $1500 charged to my credit card and immediately went into the hotel and spoke to the manager Lori and she assured me that we would be getting $915.29 back within 7 business days. We also talked about the fact that we were to be checked out as of that day and they charged us another day. Lori stated she would speak to Ken that day and call me back that day or the next. I still have yet to hear from her about this. We won't stay here in the future unless they make some drastic changes to their property and the way they treat their guests

It's like a home away from home for my family and I! This makes our fifth or sixth time. Absolutely NO complaints! Clean! Friendly and helpful staff! Delicious Continental breakfast! Quiet rooms. Wonderful atmosphere! Love seeing all the families visiting. Love this place. Recommend to anyone traveling that way!

We are attending the Southeast Shrine Convention and this was one of the recommended hotels. Our room is great, clean and well maintained and with pleasing decor. We have a balcony with a view of the river, and there is no adjacent structure to require us to close our balcony curtains. The hotel is placed so as to reduce the direct sunlight in the morning, allowing a very pleasant wakeup. All of the staff we encounter are very pleasant and appear very happy in their roles. The included breakfast is very much like I remember from growing up in this part of the US. The drive to Pigeon Forge required a detour through Cherokee area, that one of our best scenic drives ever. We look forward to next years convention and will allow more sightseeing time then.

This is our last night at the hotel. Stayed a total of 5 nights. The first two nights were great. We were able to use all of the amenities that we PAID for. After the first two nights it was awful. They started renovating the rooms directly next to ours. They also started repairing the roof and water lines so we had no water for a full day. On top of that the outdoor pool that we loved and the reason we booked this hotel has been closed. They have an indoor pool but have the hot tub closed now for some reason. I am very unhappy with this stay. Also if you want to sleep in just forget about it because the housekeepers will blast music so loud you hear it through the walls. Very disappointed. I had high hopes.
