We
had
stayed
at
this
hotel
a
few
times
in
the
past
and
loved
it.
The
staff
was
great,
they
had
great
amenities
and
the
rooms
were
very
well
tended
to.
This
time
as
soon
as
we
arrived
we
noticed
that
quite
a
bit
of
the
hotel
was
falling
apart.
We
got
to
our
room
and
we're
checking
it
out
and
there
was
a
cockroach
that
crawled
out
of
the
microwave.
We
were
trying
to
find
it
and
we're
unable
to
because
we
think
it
climbed
into
the
back
of
it.
We
went
down
right
away
and
talked
to
the
manager
Ken
and
he
told
us
that
we
could
wait
to
be
moved
to
a
different
room
that
was
the
same
or
we
could
be
moved
to
another
room
that
evening
that
was
smaller.
We
voiced
concern
over
the
fact
that
our
niece
was
with
us
and
we
didn't
want
her
to
sleep
on
the
floor
and
Ken
assured
us
he
would
not
make
her
do
that.
We
decided
we
wanted
moved
into
a
smaller
room
and
we
got
in
there
and
there
was
no
place
for
our
niece
to
sleep.
We
went
back
down
to
the
front
desk
and
asked
them
why
they
put
us
in
that
room
and
they
stated
that
was
all
they
had.
They
brought
us
a
rollaway
for
her
and
that
took
up
every
little
bit
of
extra
walking
room
we
had.
My
husband
spoke
to
a
gentleman
at
the
front
desk
who
said
we
would
be
refunded
$479.38
due
to
us
being
moved
to
a
smaller
room
that
did
not
have
all
of
the
amenities
that
the
original
room
we
booked
had
and
it
was
much
smaller.
(We
never
got
this
back).
We
woke
up
the
next
morning
to
a
room
full
of
marijuana
smoke
and
immediately
called
the
front
desk
as
I
have
a
severe
intolerance
to
it
and
it
makes
me
sick.
The
manager
came
up
and
she
stated
she
was
able
to
smell
it
as
well
and
would
go
figure
out
where
it
was
coming
from.
When
we
left
15
minutes
later
you
could
still
smell
it
in
the
room
even
with
the
door
shut.
We
left
and
I
ended
up
being
nauseous
and
had
a
migraine
for
most
of
the
day.
We
went
back
to
the
hotel
and
explained
that
we
were
checking
out
for
the
remainder
of
our
reservation
and
that
we
would
not
be
paying
because
of
the
issues
we
had.
I
woke
up
the
next
day
and
noticed
that
there
was
a
total
of
almost
$1500
charged
to
my
credit
card
and
immediately
went
into
the
hotel
and
spoke
to
the
manager
Lori
and
she
assured
me
that
we
would
be
getting
$915.29
back
within
7
business
days.
We
also
talked
about
the
fact
that
we
were
to
be
checked
out
as
of
that
day
and
they
charged
us
another
day.
Lori
stated
she
would
speak
to
Ken
that
day
and
call
me
back
that
day
or
the
next.
I
still
have
yet
to
hear
from
her
about
this.
We
won't
stay
here
in
the
future
unless
they
make
some
drastic
changes
to
their
property
and
the
way
they
treat
their
guests
