    The workers are usually rude but I can get in and out quickly so I'll usually stop. However, it seems this Royal Farms is getting like the 7-11 further down in pikesville. I stopped at 6:55 on Tuesday, January 24 2023 and they were taping paper signs in the windows with writing that said "Sorry, Temporarily Closed". There's nothing worse than a business that isn't dependable.

    I always go to this location to get a car wash. The past few times I have been going they have only been getting worse.I always get the top tier car wash. Thinking it would clean my car the best, but I am wrong. If you are looking to get a car wash do not come here. They need to up there came asap.

    Out of all the Royal farms I prefer this location. Most of the staff is very attentive to customers needs. Amber no matter the day or hour always has a pleasant attitude. Hopefully, management reads these reviews.

    I go 9740 royal farms almost every morning great customer service u got Ms Amber and CJ making chicken and good breakfast sandwiches every morning they r always smiling saying good morning clean and in order ❤️and if u have a problem or issue they will fix it 💪🏿💯❤️❤️

    Not trying to be bias, but my son John Key works at this location and I know he's one of the people who works their fryer. When I tell you his chicken is fingers-lickin-good,I am not joking it is really that good. Don't just take my word for this, ask some of his co-workers who has brought chicken there doing his shift.

    I purchased a car wash and some gas at the pump. Once I finished pumping my gas, I preceded to enter the car was, but it was inoperable. So, I went into the store and asked for a refund. The employees were rude and did not give me a refund. I was told that the car wash purchased is non-refundable. There is no sign outside at the pump that states the car was is non-refundable. The cashier pointed to a 6 inch by 6 inch sign that's at the end of the counter. I again stated that I bought the car wash at the pump where there is no sign. This is an illegal and deceptive practice. I personally will support this establishment anymore. Not to mention that on 2 occasions I purchased a 3 piece chicken meal and both times, when I arrived home to eat it was only 2 pieces of chicken in my box. This location at 9640 Reisterstown rd. seem to have either thieves or incompetent employees.

    Normally come here on my lunch break , yesterday ordered chicken salad sandwich, I became very sick after eating it which also triggered an asthma attack . I will not be coming back to this royal farms . There is also a woman who drives a black Hyundai (always outside smoking cigarettes in the car) who works there , she is VERY rude .

    Great experience using my rewards. I am not familiar with using the phone app for points and redeeming stuff. The sales person was very helpful and courteous. I am really grateful for the patience and support I was given.

    Outstanding customer service, starting from Karen, and, Anne, Mira and CJ. They always have a smile on their face and ready to serve. Anyway they can. I love coming here because they always are so friendly, and so sweet with a smile on their face. You’re very lucky to have employees like that it makes all the world of difference.

    My best friend and I were ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was awful. Both of us became very sick and the staff is rude too… you guys made us and the chicken smelled expired , I will never come back here and tell the short mid age lady making sandwiches to show a little respect instead of being so grumpy if you don’t like your job then quit

    I recently had a disappointing experience at this location that left me feeling unfairly judged and singled out. Upon entering the gas station, I was initially pleased with the convenience and seemingly well-stocked store. I proceeded to select a smoothie blended from the refrigerated section, fully intending to purchase it. Before I even reached the fridge, a staff member alerted me from the counter that there are no more lids for smoothies, but I was welcome to have one anyway. I didn't pay much attention and took it as I browsed for other snacks. I didn't find what I was looking for in the frozen items, so I made my way towards the registers. The employee was paying very close attention to me in particular and was watching me throughout the store as I walked. The staff member asked if I planned on buying anything else when I neared the registers, which seemed odd. I stopped and I said I was still looking around, to which she responded along the lines of how there were reported thefts of people drinking the smoothies without paying for them and leaving, and she was "just communicating" that to me, which I clearly understood. I assured her that I had full intention of paying and even offered to leave the drink on the register counter to ease her concerns of me potentially shoplifting. I quickly chose another item, paid after being carefully watched as I scanned each item, and left with my printed receipt, incase I would need to dispute and accusations of theft. Despite other people also in the store at the same time, I felt that I was met with intentional suspicion and distrust, perhaps because I'm young and walk with a limp due to a disability. Perhaps if I walked with my cane at the time it wouldn't have been as "suspicious". I did feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in that situation leaving and driving home. While companies have a right to asset protection, I do feel that if I was wearing my work hospital scrubs, I would not have been singled out in the same way, and that I was being singled-out because of stereotypes set by others. I understand there are two sides to every story, but I would never ask someone if they intend on buying something else only because some people steal things sometimes. While I enjoy the convenience factor of this location and the car wash, I may not go inside as often since I feel distrusted as a customer. The interaction also made the smoothie taste disappointing.

    My husband and I came up here From Texas to Baltimore and the Representative at the store named CJ was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. If we ever come back up here, we'll be sure to stop by Royal Farms again and visit CJ. Thanks again!

    Everything time I go here the costumer service is amazing . Everyone is so kind ,the food is always fresh ( I love the tenders!!)and the store is always clean compared to the others I been to🤩!
