Absolutely dreadful. I can't even begin to describe the level of disappointment I felt during my experience. From the moment I stepped foot in that place, it was clear that nothing was going to go right. The staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing me a favor by just acknowledging my presence. Their lack of professionalism was astounding, and it made me question why they were even working there in the first place. The service was beyond slow. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity just to get a simple order taken, and when my food finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. I've had better meals at fast food joints. The presentation was laughable, with haphazard plating and no attention to detail whatsoever. To add insult to injury, the entire place was filthy. It was as if they hadn't cleaned in months. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and the bathrooms were a disaster. It was absolutely disgusting, and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I should have known better than to trust the positive reviews I had read beforehand. It's clear to me now that they must have been fabricated, because my experience was anything but enjoyable. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money.

I am satisfied with the service and the result. Manicure and pedicure takes time - around 3,5-4 hours. Howeever this is needed to do precise and nice job. I also has ajurvedic massage there - nice experience. It is personalised to your needs, which makes it special. Person, who does it - seems to really live according to ajurveda. What makes me happy there is honest and true talks, which are real. And if course presice and nice results.

I regularly visit this salon and use manicure services from master Anastasia. A wonderful master, she provides high-quality service, and the other salon employees are also professionals. I recommend!
