I
found
the
apartment
to
be
very
good
in
relation
to
quality
and
price.
The
location
was
perfect
as
it
was
close
to
all
the
interesting
places
to
visit.
Maybe
I
would
have
given
it
five
stars
if
it
hadn't
been
for
the
serious
problem
we
had
on
the
day
of
departure:
When
we
arrived,
we
confirmed
with
the
hostess
(she
had
already
done
so
by
message)
that
we
would
leave
the
suitcases
until
2:00
p.m.
on
the
day
we
were
leaving.
The
hostess
told
us
that
there
was
no
problem
in
storing
them
and
that
we
had
to
leave
the
apartment
at
12:00
p.m.
and
she
would
keep
the
suitcases
for
us
until
2:00
p.m.
and
leave
them
in
a
place
she
indicated
to
us.
We
returned
to
the
apartment
at
11:43
a.m.
(that
is,
it
was
not
yet
12:00)
and
we
found
the
hostess
and
another
person
cleaning
and
preparing
the
apartment
for
other
guests
and,
in
addition,
they
had
manipulated
our
belongings
(she
had
put
some
of
our
things
in
suitcases
and/or
bags),
it
is
supposed
to
be
able
to
collect
and
clean.
This
is
what
seems
very
serious
to
me,
since
the
time
in
which
we
had
to
have
everything
inside
our
suitcases
and
ready
was
at
12:00
so
they
had
no
right
to
manipulate
our
belongings.
We
could
even
have
been
still
inside
the
apartment
since
it
was
not
time
to
leave
it.
The
hostess
told
us
that
she
would
keep
our
suitcases
and
would
leave
them
for
us
to
pick
up
somewhere
else
to
be
able
to
admit
the
new
clients
(that
seemed
good
to
us).
In
short,
I
think
it
is
a
lack
of
respect
that
they
had
with
us
when
they
entered
to
"prepare"
the
apartment
for
other
users,
before
departure
time
and,
what
is
even
more
serious,
they
had
no
right
to
handle
our
belongings
.
