Every cook has its own recipe which means there is always a bit of surprise when you go there. Which is not that bad after all. To sum up - still the best chinese in town, and I know what I am saying. Even if the trend is a bit worrying. Hope chinese tourist will come back soon to keep the taste closer to the original. Hundred of dishes in the menu, it will take you whole year to try them all. Start with soups. All of them are good. Really. Warm, spicy, yum. Then everything that has dried chilly in it. Mussels fried salad is very chinese. Good place to explore tastes.

Nothing fancy, no fireworks, just nice Asian food. Big large tabes, ideal for large parties and for sharing food. One negative, too much choice, too many dishise on the menu, sometimes less is more. In general, all good, I would visit again.

I was at an Outlet located "9 Drakonai" restaurant, seated at table 10. Pros: (notable parts of my experience ) 1) Very respectful and helpful waiter ; 2) High quality authentic Chinese food ; Cons: ( improvable parts of my experience ) 1) Table 10 had a sticky surface ; 2) Soon after the soup, the hot dish was served ; 3) The hot dish was not nearly as hot as the soup ; 4) There were a few napkins lying under the table ; Overall, I liked the place and the food.

Tried saily lunch - Pasta with duck. Mushy, soggy experience. Disliked whole dish. Was really hungry so still ate half of it. Would not go back there. Birds are flying around and stealing food so not very hygienic as well. No napkins, so you come out all messy. Would not recommend.

It is one of more authentic Chinese food places in the town, where you can see actual asian peaple eating here. For Those who been here before I could say that taste of food is getting more and more "lithuanian" which is not good if you want to experiance real Chinese cuisine.

Very sad experience. Have ordered 3 meals and instead meal with beef we got soy sprout salads. We have called and informed about the situation, responsible person said that we have come and take meal with the beef now or second time. We asked twice does the wordy agreement woks in their Restorant, person assured us that yes. And we Make sure that didn’t work. No one called us back, when we’re said that will to find out and call back. we were later offered to pay for a dish if we want to received it. Your restaurant made a mistake and no one were responsible for that. Such a shame.

Lots of breading, very little "real meat" inside.. Also tasted very much like glutamate..

Nine dragons is restaurant for anyone who loves good traditional chinese food. I reccomend visiting during lunch hours due to very very acceptable prices for the days menu.
