    The watchman don't have basic manners he acts like he owns the place. He doesn't even tell the timings properly. ಯಾರು ಗುರು ನೀವೆಲ್ಲ watch man ಸರಿ ಇಲ್ಲ😠. I gave my bike to service and they charged 1400 and didn't even wash my bike. Worst experience😭😭

    Service is pathetic here. They won’t take any responsibility for what they deliver. My scooter problem was not fixed but they claimed it was fixed with in 2 hours from the service it started giving same problem. The service is very poor

    Worst experience... sidvi suzuki really need to upgrade... Behaving with customer are poor....MAINLY SERVECING IS VERY POOR. WHAT EVER MENTION IN THE JOB CARD THEY WILL NOT DO IT PROPERLY... SUZUKI BIKES ARE GOOD, BUT AFTER PURCHASING IN CTA WILL NOT GET PROPER SERvecing dont buy suzuki bikes in CTA...

    Had good experience at sidvi suziki. Abhinandan sales executive is more informative and helped to get my two wheeler fassle free.

    Very worst service and worst customer support. My Dads bike had battery issue even though the bike was under warranty they don't care to check and replace the battery.. pathetic response from the service manager and the concerned team. They just know how to sell bikes that's it.
