That 1 is only for the pizza. Else everything is substandard. Absolutely dirty place to visit. Request to see photos of the place. #Dominos seriously need to protect their brand name. After they emailed me, I went to their provided site to register my detailed complaint. This is interesting, While I am filling #Dominos complaint form, it asks to enter a valid restaurant address. I entered the address of #Dominos restaurant location as per Google Maps as follows Shop No 1, Ground Floor, Dr. Gaikwad Research Center Building Plot No. 292, Sector No. 4 Village Moshi, Pune - Nashik Hwy, Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra 412105 OR JVX2+74 Pune, Maharashtra It seems, #Dominos complaint form does not agree with Google maps. Good way to deny the complaints, LOL. I realised, I have just wasted my 30 minutes extra over and above till now.

Hello Team, I want to complain about this outlet in Bhosari regarding food quality. We have ordered multiple times from this outlet and it’s always disappointing.Quality is not as per expectations and also staff is very rude in replying always. today We have ordered garlic bread and pizza. There was no cheese in garlic bread at all and very less cheese in pizza as well upon complaining to Swiggy we always get a reply that restaurant is using standardised method of preparing food and refund is not possible. And if a restaurant does not have a policy of re funding an amount for not providing good quality food at least they can replace the food Also we don’t think so they are using standardise a method of preparing food compare to other Domino’s. As we are regular customer of Domino’s and we order almost 4 times a month. We request you to look into this and if it is possible to escalate this issue at higher level. We have also sent email to Domino’s for same as well. We would like to have an email resolution for this issue.

Very dirty place and there are three terminals but only one cashier. Store manager doesn't even bother to listen to feedback. All tables were left dirty. No housekeeping done. Trash not cleared. Most horrible Domino's center have visited in my life. Wanted to complain online but they gave wrong store address. They say it is kendriya vihar Domino's center... Liars Even the water dispenser is broken!!!!

Third class service worst Employees 😡😡😡 No clean tables. They are avoiding to clean table after asking for many times.

Place looks too old.. The outlet in not maintained upto the mark. The orders were not taken on the counter. Everyone was asked to place the order online. There were few customers who decided to leave instead of placing the order on line and wait there. The 4 cheese Pizza was made very well. The chicken wings was bland. All in all I may try to avoid visiting this place again unless it is been renovated.

Very Bad Taste Quality of these outlet.. pizza taste very tasteless..base is not proper baked... I was eating Pizza from Last 8 years..but now disappointed with Domino's... Delivery is very slow...On the App showing Order is Ready..but in real they taking too much time.. saying staff in App they have maintained 15 mins delivery time.. Pathetic

Order doesn't show up after an hour and the delivery guy makes excuses for it being cancelled. The delivery guy kept making excuses for not showing up after 30 minutes without any apology.

Social distancing norms are been followed in stores. Best way is to take away and order online.. no cleanness inside the stores ( attached photos) Taste is at the best.. no issue on it.
