Moved here to retire and enjoy all the activities. Surprise to us you can only enjoy the activities if you are vaccinated for Covid. The welcome to the community person Stan wanted nothing to do with us after I told him we were not vaccinated. We were never told this information before we purchased our home. Not such a welcoming place.

Everything seems fine and staff seem to cater to certain people ie snowbirds who have left and have a Palo Verde growing over my drive and scratching my car and nothing has been done. And also unless you are on the list stupid things you are not notified when water is being turned off for a day at a time. I hope someone will do something about this as office staff don't seem to care.

If you want value for your hard earned money, look elsewhere. This isn't it. If you want good response from Management with fairness to ALL and not play favorites, same...look elsewhere. In fact, just plain look elsewhere. This place is going to h-ll in a handbasket and quickly. January 2023, it's not getting better. We just had a verbal promise made from mgmt. to do some work and then denied. They said "oh, you must've misunderstood what we meant." Nope, I'm not deaf, I heard it correctly...you just don't want to pay anything out of pocket.

Our first week here...we absolutely love it. People are very friendly and most everybody waves when driving by. I walked to the clubhouse today and walked around the pond...so gorgeous. I met two friends Buddy and Jugs!

Came here to meet with a client. Found the gate agents always courteous and kind. The streets are wide and everything is so clean and tidy.

A jewel in the Desert supported by great staff, and a strong sense of community. Close to amenities.

I do a lot of work in this park. It is a very nice place filled with very nice people.

Thesman resorts are high quality 55+ retirement communities that are well managed and beautifully maintained with an abundance of fun activities and world class entertainment. Local to freeways for ease of access, retail, banking and a host of restaurants to enjoy...what makes them special....the residents....our neighbors!

Residents beware you may not be able to get your ride or delivery. Gate agent is a ……. Who would let me pickup my passengers so they had to come to the gate.

Great place. It really feels like a resort living. The people in the community are so friendly and welcoming. It really is super nice.
