We had dinner and breakfast buffet from here during our stay here. The food was great, dinner we had breads, fish, chicken, pasta, everything was great. The breakfast spread was great, live kitchen gave nice dosa and appam. Enjoyed the breakfast experience with the view of Vythiri forest range. The chef was also present and taking feedback. I recommend!

The rooms were cozy and offered beautiful views of the rain-soaked landscape. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Whether it was sipping hot tea by the balcony, enjoying the spa, or taking a peaceful walk in the drizzle, every moment felt refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature during the monsoons!

Fantastic restaurant with wide variety of dishes. Loved their breakfast and dinner buffets. The service is quick and excellent. The food taste was consistently good. Special thanks to chef Ishrafil for also providing good baby friendly food. The views from the restaurant are also very scenic.

Tasty Food but Pricey Located inside the resort, Augusta Heights offers a good dining experience with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. The quality of food is impressive, and the service is prompt. However, the prices are on the higher side, which is expected given it’s part of a premium resort. A good option if you’re staying at the property and looking for convenience without compromising on taste.

We had been for a dinner buffet and it was scrumptious. The spread and selection was good. The only miss was the honey Indo chicken starter which was kind of chewy and felt inedible. The service from Allen and Vishnu was notable. Would suggest if someone wants to have a good lunch or dinner at Kalpetta

A great breakfast and dining experience. The spread is decent but is topped by a very courteous and attentive service led by Allen. They ensure eye for detail and also make sure all your diet preferences are met!

Chef Israfil’s variety and delicacies were brilliant. Absolutely mouth watering, especially the chicken biryani, felt like ordering again and again. the manager Alan was very hospitable and made sure we were comfortable. He made sure everything was done to perfection and every small thing was taken care of. Also want to mention Mr Vishnu for his excellent service during our stay.

The ambiance was wonderful, and the food was delightful. My advice to anyone reading this: eat wherever you like when you’re hungry. That said, what truly made the visit memorable was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the restaurant team Another delightful surprise was the entertainment. Mr. Rajesh did a wonderful job managing it and made sure everyone felt involved, which made it all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable experience that truly made my day.

Delicious, healthy food, with a variety of spread. Local and international cuisine available. The restaurant has a great view and ambience. Amazing hospitality by the staff. The chef Israfil personally curated a few dishes for us since we prefer a little less spicy and oily food. He ensured we had a great meal for dinner.

Allen is good help for all services

Food was delicious. Portion sizes really sumptuous. One plate will serve two make sure of that before you order. Excellent views. Smiling staffs all around. Over all excellent.

Was only here for the restaurant and not the resort stay. Loved the atmosphere and ambience in the first look itself. However the food disappoints. We’ve ordered paneer makhani, kerala paratha, garlic naan, and crispy vegetables with chilli and honey sauce. Crispy vegetables- The presentation was very good and also we really liked that it was very less oily. However, they are bit bitter in taste and not to liking. Paneer makhani- The quantity was good for 2. The taste could be more better. Also we didn’t feel good after eating it. Stomach was upset for the rest of the day Kerala paratha- personally this is my first ever kerala paratha, it felt like eating a milk bread. My husband says maybe salt is missing. Just not a favourite. Elneer payasam- it was ok. Quantity was very less. But taste wise it was fine. I really appreciate the views and the ambience and the food service. Please focus on more taste.

If there’s one dish that defined our time at Augusta Heights, it’s the beef roast — rich, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. On our first evening, I casually asked about pazhampori, which wasn’t on the menu. That’s when Preeti from the service team suggested a local favorite combo: pazhampori with beef roast. I was a bit hesitant, but we gave it a try… and it was pure magic. The soft, sweet fritters paired with spicy beef was an unexpected delight — and quickly became our favorite. We returned the next night for more — this time, pairing the beef roast with nei choru. It was the ultimatum of our stay — deeply satisfying and comforting. But what truly sets Augusta Heights apart is the hospitality. The staff greet you with genuine warmth every time you walk in. One afternoon, when I was feeling low due to personal reasons, Preeti noticed and gently checked in, even offering turmeric milk to make me feel better. That small, thoughtful gesture truly touched me.

Has been to the resort with family for. a. 3 night /4 day stay. Every day we had breakfast from the restaurant and the food was awesome, catering to the varieties of palette. Staff was extremely hospitable, friendly & caring ., also providing customised dishes despite the buffet setting. Great service, Allen & team..
