I only came because I had heard a lot of good things about this shop. I brought my adult daughter, she got hers done. I waited approximately 45 minutes, they took 2 people that came after me, completely looked over me. Bad experience for me. Definitely won’t be going back. I guess it can’t be good for everybody. I came back to add more info, these folks charged my daughter $160.00 for her nails, no pedicure. I’ve lived in PB my whole life, they are the highest, that’s ridiculous.They don’t deserve 1 star and no complimentary drink was offered not once, after sitting there for 3 hours.

Super nice, asthetically speaking. Was not at all impressed with my nail tech. Massage was actually painful and the hot towels were literally scalding hot. I'll drive the extra few little miles to white Hall from now on....

this was by far one of the worst nail shops ever. there is absolutely no reason i got my nails done friday and they’re popping by tuesday!!! not even a full week!

I rarely leave my own reviews. today will be the exception because their service is so worth it. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door , choosing the best consulting service for me and completing it wonderfully . everything went beyond my expectations . thanks , will recommend to everyone about my experience .

Danny does a great job on my nails and Brian does a great job on my pedicure. My friend loves getting pedicure from Kelly. Everyone that works there are very sweet. This is the place to get your nails and pedicure done.

Peaceful atmosphere! Complimentary drinks offered as I was pampered with a pedicure. I loved my nails, just how I wanted them. Though the Nail Tech accidentally nipped my finger, as it began to bleed he wiped it with the brush. Brush should’ve been thrown out at that point, unsure if it was. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere! I will definitely return!

This was my first time going there and the service was awesome. The man did a great job on my hands and feet will most definitely be back.

Nice customer service and a beautiful place to relax. I wouldn't recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here. Hours of operation are relatable. I received a pedicure, and it was good for the most part. During the pedicure, I was consistently asked if I wanted to get my nails done after making it clear that I don't get my nails done too often. I also initially booked online, but when I got there, I was shown a brochure that upscaled what I wanted. Like I said in the beginning, the pedicure was good for the most part. Try it out for yourself. 😃 👍

This was my first time going and it surely won't be my last. The atmosphere was so relaxing and refreshing. Everyone was so inviting and friendly. My two girls and myself really enjoyed our spa pedicures. This is a place I definitely recommend!!!

I spent $25 on nail polish change that did not include a manicure. I think that’s a little ridiculous. At least the job should’ve been perfect if they’re charging these prices. The polish that I got did not match the color of the swatch that I was provided. the gentleman that helped me did not communicate. My pedicure is not neat. There is polish around my cuticles that could have easily been cleaned up. There are hundreds of polish options, but I only got to look at a few swatches. According to the gentleman that is all that’s available, so I guess all the polish on the wall is just decorative. $60 for everything that feels like a complete waste of money. Would not recommend this place.

Simply terrible and I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was unbelievable. The customer service was terrible. Everybody look tired and mad my nails are so lumpy if I could upload a picture, I would.

Very Quiet, peaceful, clean. The people were nice since we walked in in an hour before closing. Definitely coming back.
