    Our stay was just okay! The staff was exceptional and I loved the service we received. However, the rooms are not worth the price. The pictures will definitely make you believe this hotel is top notch, but you will be a little disappointed when you arrive. The lamps in the room were slightly rusty. The bathroom sink stopper was broken. And the bed was ripped on the side. It just wasn't clean to my standards! But the bed slept good and it was extremely quiet.

    Has to be the worst night I’ve spent in a hotel in years. Mattress was completely worn out,sagging, like laying on a hammock. Should have been replaced long ago. Air conditioning blowing damp air into room,even sheets feel damp. Whole room felt dank and smelled off. It’s 330 am and haven’t slept one wink. So much for my important day coming up. I’m facing it with no sleep. Writing this review while lying in a dank bed breathing damp air. I expect nothing to be done after reading the repeated canned responses from management about recent poor reviews so this is my last night ever in a Best Western because of this dump !

    there was a booger on the wall, stains on the bed sheets, beds are very uncomfortable, there is a lack of towels in the bathroom, and the curtains rip very easily (im sorry).

    This was the best hotel for the price. The rooms were very clean and comfortable although a little dated.The location was kind of sparse but I felt safe. I will definitely consider looking again my next time through.

    PLEAS BEWARE!!! I WISHED THAT I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!! I hope that I can help someone make a better decision with accommodations in the area. Please do your self a favor and sacrifice the few extra minutes to stay at the Holiday Inn. Let’s start with the up keep. The vents and every corner of the bathroom had dust and dirt. There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. The water in the bathtub drained very slow. Now let’s go into my bigger issue. I checked in on Friday for one night stay. Then next day I left for breakfast because the breakfast at the hotel was disgusting. 20 minutes before checkout I called to extend only to find out that the hotel “Manager” Charlotte checked me out of my room early. She lied on my complaint and said that the hotel cleaners had went into my room and saw it empty but that was a lie because I still had stuff in there that I had to replace. When I spoke to the general “Manager” he kept cutting me off and lied and said there is a policy that there was a policy that allowed for them to check me out early. Their is no hotel in the world that has a policy like that. If that is the case what is the point of a check out time. He then went on to say that it was fine if I wrote a poor review. That really showed how much he cared about his customer service. They really need to get Charlotte out of there and put Tay back in the management position. She was the only person during my stay that actually cared about customer service.

    Where do I began....upon checking in I had to listen to Ms. Wille's entire phone conversation about her granddaughters unfortunate situation of being thrown out of a motel. Only to get in my room and see it hadn't been clean. Trash in trash cans, towels piled up beside toilet and etc. I notified Ms. Willie who contacted her boss Ms. Kia. Ms. Kia said tell me I can just go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel with availability. Then Ms. Willie contacted head person Manul and he said 10% off. I'm convinced that good customer services exist no longer. What happened to giving me a new room? Offering to clean it? A simple apology. Then to add insult to injury..upon check in Ms. Willie said I hope this one is clean. Why not take 1 min and check and be sure it's clean. By any means necessary AVOID this place.

    Very clean lobby and rooms. I enjoyed my stay here. The free hot breakfast was just ok. They had tons of options and all was good but is seemed like the hot food was just microwaved.

    I was supposed to stay but my flight was canceled so I called the help line in the email I had received for confirmation. They told me that I was within the 24 hour cancellation time and I was transferred to another department to just move my reservation to the next week. They were not open at the time so I left a message with all of my contact information. They did not call back. I called back 2 other times to take care of this issue with them telling me they would transfer my issue to another department. They charged me the full price even though I never stayed there and have so far not returned my money. I will not be staying at this hotel or any other of theirs for personal or work going forward.

    Clean, budget and pet friendly. Great for an overnight stay during a long road trip. Great hot breakfast choices (eggs, bacon/sausage, country potatoes, waffles, sausage and gravy, biscuits, muffins, cereal and juices/coffee)

    Bryant at the front desk was so hospitable from the time I called to see if they had any rooms available. He truly made our entire experience by being so professional and helpful. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and our English bull dog was welcomed, too! Breakfast was filling and yummy and was the perfect way to start the day off to finish up our drive home! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

    I never get the room that I asked for whether it be this hotel or another one. However this room will work I'm not going to complain. But being a Rewards member we are supposed to be allowed in early check-in and a late check out without being charged, and the one in Pine Bluff absolutely refuses and said that none of the rooms were ready yet. Also I asked to be on the first floor by an exit and I'm on the third floor in the middle of the hall. I also asked to use my rewards points only had like 6,500, but I wanted that in combination and then we pay the difference in cash and they didn't work it out that way either so I'm just a little disappointed at this point.

    The room has an overpowering odor resembling damp mold, and there are visible mold spots on the bathroom wall. The microwave breakfast was unpleasant, and the attendant serving it displayed rudeness. On a positive note, the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was not worth the $500 that I spent.

    Nice comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was very good. We had a shower head that was not working well. We were only there to take a break from driving. We just let them know at the desk when we checked out. I would definitely stay here again. Some of the reviews make you leary. It was clean and safe place with hot breakfast which is what we needed!

    Right across the street from the casino and next door to a big movie theater. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nicely appointed. The front desk lady took a minute to warm up, but she was alright.

    Was told three different things about cost for pets. The person that had been there for 10 yrs, according to her, said she told me $20/pet, per night. I did not hear per pet. But she repeated said she did say it. . We would not have kept the dogs here at this price. Original call we were told $30 for the 4 day visit. Another season said or would be $20 per night for both pets. When we checked out, after looking at the receipt , the person said it would be $30 for visit but since we had already paid and to call the mgr the next day. We did. The person who had worked there as very adamant about telling me that I was told incorrectly. And that she had told me that it was $20 per dog per per night. We would not have kept the dogs there for $160. Did have a place that they could have stayed but was ok with the $80 or $30 price. Next time we will not stay there. I consider this to be fraud.

    I like Best Western Hotel chains. Staff is always acomodating, rooms are always nice and clean, and there is no change with this hotel. But there are a few concerns that I have with my room. 1. I'm a larger man, and the desk chair is designed for a smaller frame person. 2. The shower head needs to be replaced. It has options to change the spray, but it is coming apart 3. The sink faucet needs to be replaced. The filter screen is damaged as if someone attempted to dig something out of it. 4. Bathroom towel are old. I say that because they are thin as 8f they had been used a thousand times.

    We were not thrilled that the pool has been broken during our stay. My kids were looking forward to it. There were some food crumbs under the table in the room and the bathroom fan didn’t work but the beds are comfortable and we appreciate that this location is pet friendly

    I usually do not rate rooms although most are excellent atleast get the job done. This room was absolutely nasty/disgusting. All jokes aside. Me and my husband spent the first 40 minutes deciding if we wanted to get a refund and find a last minute hotel nearby. Checking for bed bugs etc because upon arrival there was a dead bug smooshed into the ceiling I’m guessing from previous guest which means the room had not been actually cleaned. The lamp on the side of the bed was CAKED with dust to the point it was an entire thick coating. Lamp covers dirty, one of our towels in the bathroom had hair already on it. Hair in tub and I cleaned. Toilet dirty. There’s no way they are actually sanitizing or cleaning these rooms. I was absolute disgusted ti the point I didn’t even eat or go downstairs the next morning to get free breakfast and I LOVE to eat, especially when it’s free but I chose to pay. Upon check out my husband notified an older lady at the front desk about the dead bug on ceiling and I kid you not her reply was “ ohh Mann, well! At least it was dead!” That’s sooo nasty and disgusting. She said they call exterminators weekly or monthly which is a double red flag. The fact it was in the ceiling pointed toward a roach unless and mount. Do not stay here you will be very uncomfortable if you’re a clean woman. We only stayed because we were only there for overnight to continue traveling.

    The rooms smelled gross. Well, they smelled like gross was being covered up with cheap air fresheners. The elevator was broken and the t.v. was broken in our first room. They moved us to another available room. It still smelled.

    Water pressure and showerhead are not to best Western standards. The ACs are very old and it would not come on and when it came on it would not shut off thus staying extremely cold. The outside window was missing a screen. The room had an odor and the door was just simply left opened when we checked in so anyone could have gone in and out.

    We stayed here on our way to New Orleans from Kansas. Great location and very nice place to stay. Friendly check-in and clean commons area and rooms. We were close to the main highway and places we wanted to eat. Highly recommend this hotel if you're passing through Pine Bluff.

    Good hotel. The staff was friendly. My room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed completely, but it wasn’t bad. Breakfast was good, just wish there was something different everyday. The AC worked great!!!

    I just need a bed to rest in, a shower to clean up and a tub to soak in for an hour. I drive a lot. I slept well and breakfast was ready at 6AM. The hotel met all my needs.Ill be staying there again . Thank you. The room and bathroom were clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was fim and the bedding was fine..Bonus, Dillard's Clearance store right next store.

    The hotel was rather dated but very clean and very nice. The staff were very friendly very helpful. The location was convenient for what we were looking for and the breakfast was exceptional for what we often find as free breakfast in many hotels we go to. The whole hotel was rather dated at our age we really like to discover that the toilets are the convenient height. A little hard to go that down that far down and then managed to get yourself back up on a standard height toilet. Of interest to nobody except seniors like us.
