You can't beat the price! I have stayed here 4-5 times in the past month for business and have been very happy. Although the furnishings are worn, the place is actually very clean and had no bad odors (non smoking room). Staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The owner is continually upkeeping--brought a brand new fridge to my room even though the old one was fine. They keep up with the trash careless visitors leave in lot. As a rule, ANYWHERE you go, even if you go to more expensive places, you should always bring your own sanitizing wipes for touch ups. You can't see everything with the naked eye. They also have a washer and dryer available.

I can’t give it no stars! When I say the lining was so dirty! It was shedded hair in the bed! Omg! I slept on top of my own covers! The heat did not work. The hot water for the shower did not work! Every single towel was dirty as hell as if they just re folded them and let them hand dry without washing! It was horrible!

My husband and I were in the middle of moving to the area and the renovations on our new house took a few days longer than expected. To save money we choose the days inn in pine bluff because from the pictures online and just driving by the other hotels in the area of cheaper hotels it appeared to be the best. We checked in and were staying 3 nights. The man who checked us in was very friendly and told us that we had to put down a $50 deposit that we'd get back when we checked out which we thought was reasonable. Our first room air conditioner didn't work and it being the end of June was too hot. They moved us rooms with no issues. Both the non smoking rooms we had smelled like smoke and had ashtrays in them. That didn't bother us but if you have an allergy or don't like the smell of nasty smoke then take that into consideration. The rooms were reasonably clean the first room we saw wasn't as clean or had as good of mattress as the second one. It was mediocre but what we expected for the cost. The pool looked clean but we never swam in it. The free breakfast was a joke. A few old muffins and some bread you can toast or cereal with milk. They had the waffle iron but never any batter. They had apple juice to drink and coffee. Overall our stay was good as could be expected until we went to check out and the owner said that our deposit hadn't been recorded so we wouldn't get it. This made us mad because we needed that money and kept everything in perfect condition while we stayed. We came back up there to the night clerk that checked us in and asked him what the deal why didn't you record our deposit. He pulled out a book and showed where he in deed had accurately recorded our name and the amount of the deposit. We were told that the manager is known to do this type of thing to people. My husband took a picture and he came back the next day and showed the owner who said that the employee had stolen our deposit and was so incredibly rude. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't recommend anyone ever stay at this establishment

Came for Christmas needed a room for the night, and found this hotel. Not only was it at a good price but the staff and the room was great. Thank you Days Inn you will always get my business when I come from Texas and need a place to stay in the pine bluff area.

Hands down, the worst hotel room ever. BED BUGS! Shower was not.clean..the smoke.smell was horrible and we were in a non smoking room. After we discovered the sheets were stained, the bed bugs came out. We packed up and left. Bad area.

Very clean rooms and staff were very friendly the house keeper cleaned our room while we were gone and did not touch a thing. Wallet full of money and gun remained where we left them. Although never had a maid clean a rented room before the time was up unless asked overall it was a great lil motel to stay at for the price

Our house burned & we stayed here from 11/15-11/18. There were only 2 towels in the rooms. We asked for another towel because there is 3 of us. We was refused another towel. At check in we told front desk we had a dog. The hotel manager had one of the front desk employees call us on the 2nd day & asked if there was a dog in the room. On the 3rd day which was check out, the hotel manager came in the room while we were taking our stuff & asked very rudely was we leaving. Check out was 11 & it was 10:30. When we checked out we asked for a receipt & couldnt get one because "we weren't in the system".

Horrible experience. Shower curtain and rod fell with weight of one towel. No lock on bathroom door. Questionable fresh stains on bed linens. Would have moved to another location had I read the fine print on booking company's website. Prepaid and no refund. 1 of top 3 worst hotel experiences.

Rooms smell like old basement. Sheets have stains or dirty including a footprint on one of them. Check in area smells of marijuana. Pool closed. Told of waffles, fresh fruit, pastry for breakfast. Only bread and water with stale cereal and no milk. Check out clerk gave me bad attitude and told me it wasn't a " Holiday Inn". I agree.

The rooms are not clean by any means. I had to clean the shower and toilet before I could even use them. The beds are only made and the towels are “replaced” daily. The phones in the rooms are disconnected so you have to use your personal phone to reach the front desk. I asked for new towels and was told to bring my old towels to the front desk in order to get new towels. The showers leaks. The carpet is extremely dirty. I can’t believe they try to charge 4 star prices for this 1 star hotel. I do not recommend this place at all. I am so sad I booked this hotel. Disappointed.

My wife and I had to come into pine bluff for an emergency. We called ahead before we made the 6 hour trip, a nice lady answered and said our reservation was indeed confirmed and our room will be ready for us. We drive here to then be met by an older man in the office, who then tells us that we do not have a reservation it doesn't exist in the system. After a 45 minute call with the customer support he rudely finally gave us our key to our room. Upon entering the room it had a strong mold smell. ( Not mind the fact it was not the room we rented) went back up to the office where he then did not answer the bell for another 30 minutes. Out of all my traveling this is by far the worst hotel I have ever visited.

I had to have 3 different rooms because the first one, the hot tub was dirty, the second one, the air conditioner didn't work, the third one was good and after moving 3 times I was ready to come home. That's all I can say about it we left early in the morning we didn't even stay very long, yeah, wasn't a good experience for us and for being the first time without a 100 kids. I thought I was gonna get to relax. But maybe it'll be better for you.

Room was pretty clean. However-would have been nice to have been informed that in between paying on Priceline and lying down to sleep for the night-that there was a $50 cash deposit that was that was due upon check-in. Probably would not stay here again just because after the fact-I had a close contact who was very concerned that I had stayed in this town at all given the fact that the crime rate for this town is very high. As a matter of fact-the crime rate has significantly decreases the population going back to at least 2010 or so. I did have the luxury of traveling with two companions who have no problem at barking when things don't seem right and also a companion who has no problem "carrying". Thankfully he did not have to use the objects he carries.

Looked nothing like the pictures. 1st room wasn't a suite like I had paid for. 2nd room smelled like smoke. It had mold. There was throw up on the floor. Very dirty. I used one of my credit cards for the deposit. I only used that card at the motel. The day after I checked out someone had tried to use that card at Dominoes in Pine Bluff Arkansas where I had stayed.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. It reeked of weed and less than 5 minutes, not even fully out of the truck yet, and the first thing my daughter found was a joint roach on the couch. You can see drips down the walls. Prints all over everything like theput clean sheets and unopened cups and called it good. The cable was blurry on all channels, and the room stunk. we had to sprays body spray on everything the sheets were the only thing clean !

The 50.00 fee on top of price for room is ridiculous. And the owner is very disrespectful... And pretends not to understand English very well. Everybody else that works at the front desk people. But the owner needs to take a few hospitality and communication classes!!!!!!!!

At first glance I thought this might be a 5-star room, but I had to deduct a star when I realized that it obviously used to be a smoking room (based on the smell as well as numerous cigarette burns), and then I had to deduct another star when I discovered the wifi wasn't working... and then I had to deduct yet another star when I discovered that the TV wouldn't even turn on. Oh well, at least I brought a book (and so far the lights are working).

The clerk told me the wifi password was on my room key. It wasn't I called he gave me the wrong password. frustrating. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the price wasn't bad

I don't know if it was because we had dogs, but the room we were put in was pretty bad. It was first floor and the curtains didn't close. I put up a towel and triesd to draw one curtain across. Didn't work because the sun was blazing in by morning. Like getting hit with a spotlight. The bed was comfortable but the room smelled odd. The outside of the motel looks really nice. Inside is tired and needs remodeling. It wasn't a $100 room, for sure. But we came from from Monroe, LA from a Motel 6 that either has been or will soon be featured on a murder TV show or podcast. It was hard to complain after that. The breakfast waffles were great. Would've been nice to have some eggs but there were sausages, toast, blueberry muffins, and cereal, so at least there was something to tide you over for a while. Front desk help was wonderful. Can't say anything bad about her. Just that this motel could use a remodel. Tired as we all were, it sufficed.

Me and my husband always have a wonderful time here. We spent a whole week here in peace I cannot for the pool to open so I can go swimming. The location is perfect it's by restaurants, gas stations and it's also close to my husband 's job. The people are very friendly and the room was clean. I cannot wait to stay here again. And the price is right.

Bed bugs, ROACHES, not enough towels. Water leaking from shower, no pool, racist overtone from management. Good location.

The room was fine. Tub had a hole that looks almost like they just spackled it. Can’t imagine that’s going to go well in the long run. Forgot my caribou tufted beadwork in the hotel and of course the staff “didn’t find it”. They were made with strong intentions and you can’t steal them and then wear them without consequences. You get what you pay for, both us for $70 and the new wearer in the long run.

Will not return. Had to move to 3 different rooms before being placed in one with the simplest accommodation LIGHTS. This room was clean yes, but roaches presented themselves and that's just.... scary. Staff was ok, will not return though
