Not the best neighborhood; however, the apartments are a nice size. Doesn't really matter where you live it's how you take care of your home. They have big parking lots which is great because if you have family and or friends over there will be plenty of parking! I gave it two stars because the neighborhood itself is not the best and there tends to be a lot of fights amongst the kids and teenagers! But if your the type to stay in the house it's not that bad especially if you have good neighbors. I say that because the walls are pretty thin so if your neighbors are the loud you definitely will hear them!!! I know this review is a lot of back and forth but I'm being honest💯 and giving you the good with the bad! Hope this helps 💚

This place is a joke!! The inside of the apartments are very nice, if they're taken care of; but the outside is unkept and doused with trash in the parking lots that people just leave there for the yard workers to clean up. The managers there are unprofessional and treat their tenants poorly. They all have attitudes towards the tenants and act like they cant stand to work there. If their job is that bad, then maybe they shouldnt be working there at all! This doesnt help the issues that are ongoing for the tenants! They have schedules for tenants for inspections and are hardly ever followed through. Major things such as broken doorbells for private entrances (for the protection of the tenants) arent working and they never fix them...so then others just let strangers in and thats not safe. They have a really stupid rule about the parking. Its a so called private property and if you're parked there for a night visiting your friend/family member, you will get towed and it will cost $250.00 to get your car out. If you need a permit after the hours of anyone being in the office, then you're basically screwed! Your car will be towed. This place is dangerous if you have kids....too much crime and people robbing/mugging others ...even in broad daylight. I would never recommend someone to live there. also the playground...is a place for the older kids/adults to hang out at night and do their drugs. You will find baggies from drugs on the ground and other various things such a beer bottles. This is not a good place, unless you are ok with living in that kind of environment of noise, cops living in their cars at night to watch the premises, and cops always searching for some criminal at least once a month. They might seem like they're good apartments to live in and the insides are nice, but if you want peace and quiet and low crime area...this is not condusive for your well being.

This is a horribly run complex I have been harassed and stalked for 10 months been through 5 property managers. They did nothing to fix the problem and if your smart don't move here very poorly ran and the management company does nothing to get good staff in here. I received my security deposit back also 45 days after I moved and they deducted for my last month which I paid and someone robbed the rent drop box so they screw you over for money also the new manager miss Taylor is just as bad as the last managers.

This complex has decent apts. But much too little interest in preserving the neighborhood even when constant tenant complaints continue to go unattended nor anything done to correct problem neighbors that constantly ignore rules or concern for people who submit complaints to management team and police needing to be called several times a week for drugs..noise..theft also go unattended by management. Problem tenants are continued to live here. Even when taken to court...This is a predominantly welfare/low income housing complex but it seems to cater to problem tenants and ignore those tenants that abide by rules and cause no problems. Which just brings in more drug addicts/dealers and less people that just want a safe place to live

Poor management for up to two tenants apartments balconies are disgusting and broken when things are broken no one comes out. And if tenants ara maybe a couple days late on the rent an might need a day or two. They right away try to evict you. The management does not help when help is needed when things are broken they don't get fixed. I've seen like 27 apartments with damage balcony that look like they're going to fall apart and still the maintenance has not come to fix any of them. But they expect you to pay your rent on time. And they treat your tenants like garbage. Very unprofessional very poorly very dirty not a time of place I want my kids staying at. it also got signs all over the place saying the kids can't play in the grass. But they expect the children to play in the street which is very dangerous. I feel asso that the health inspector and the mayor should pay a visit to the complex to see how much terrible of a job that the corporation that runs the complex is doing. It's not a place that I would recommend any family or any loved ones that are over the age of 65 to live at.

Nice apartments but that’s about it. They trying to charge people back rent for a unit that burned down. That’s sad those people lost everything and didn’t get compensated. They try to get every dollar from the working people since 85% of the people have no jobs and don’t pay a dollar for rent. Look for another place to live because this isn’t it!!!!

I enjoy living at the mansion apartments I like my view and the people are very very nice also you always find money on the ground parking lot I've been here 16 months how much I found $30 $5 here $2 here
