Elvira is definitely the best!!! My wife and I have never had a better experience touring an apartment and moving in! She made the process so easy and direct and enjoyable. The place is like a resort with its two pools and various grills. Our dogs love the dog parks and the dog owners train their dogs well. People pick up after their dogs so it’s always clean. It’s almost been a month here and I feel like I am on vacation. I am by the pool now and have to go check on the BBQ. If in the rare chance you find a unit available and run into Elvira, then see you soon! All the best!

Thank You Elvira for being always available and helpful. As a mother, I recommend this place 💯 percent. It is a beautiful and well maintained gated community. The Avenue is pet friendly too. Elvira was extremely helpful with the moving and was always available for our questions. You are the Best!

Beautiful apartments, luxurious living , but the noise on the highway side is awful. And had issues first moved in and had been complaining to try and get moved but at my own expense . the traffic is so loud it sounds like it’s inside apartment. The highway noise is really bad. And you aren’t able to see apartment prior to moving in. If you are a light sleeper or sound sensitive avoid it

Nicholas is amazing and gets things done! I have recently been under a lot of stress with my job and I wanted to extend my lease. All it took was one simple email and it was taken care of. From the time that I started living at The Avenue Apartments, Nicholas along with the rest of the staff have been nothing but positive and welcoming! Thanks again Nicholas! I’m so appreciative of the service techs that promptly repaired an issue I had with a leaking sink. Andy was also so helpful with allowing us to borrow their 4-wheeler dolly while we were moving our furniture in. The Avenue team has definitely left an amazing first impression on my family and I.

The Maintenance team at the Avenue Apartments is second to none! Amazing group of individuals that treat you like family and truly take the time to get to know their residents. Any time I’ve needed anything fixed or repaired, Andy is always there to lend a helping hand. Thank you for what you all do!

Here it goes,… I can’t say enough wonderful things about the security team in THE AVENUE David Complex, especially Andy. I recently made a frantic call to them after not being able to get in touch with my daughter who was recuperating after a surgical procedure. Andy answered my call, asked for my permission to enter her apartment for a well check and immediately went to check on her. He called me back shortly after, confirming that my daughter was well and was in deep sleep, Andy also made sure that I was ok before finally hanging up with me after assuring that all was well.
