This was our first time at a BurgerFi and wow. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the general vibe of the place was cool. We will definitely be back.

Saw the Juicy Lucy being advertised and decided to try it out...but the expectation is wayyy different than the reality that is served here. It wasn't a lunch rush or anything for this burger to be served so poorly in quality and presentation. There are signs in restaurant talking about grade A beef being better than competitors but I've NEVER had worse looking and tasting beef than from here. Looked worse than undercooked high school cafeteria meat and I even but into two hard cartilage as I chewed the beef. Is it so fresh that they grounded up some bone cartilage or cow teeth in this beef? Really disappointing lunch. No complaints about the cashier service and other cleaning staff working there. I used my deal for first time making an order on the burger fi app and those were fine but to pay $13 after tax and tip for a burger I can get at McDonald's for $1 is horrible. I'm a big cheese lover but the flavors melted in here weren't satisfying, there was barely any fi sauce or sweet relish spread...overall, wouldn't return here and would recommend shake shack with wayyy better smash cheeseburger melts and higher quality taste and bang for buck!

Food and service was excellent!! Had the CEO Wagyu burger, Large "Urban Style" fries, Red Velvet Cake Milkshake and my daughter had a kids cheeseburger meal. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Prices are a bit higher then other burger places, but the quality of food and level of service received made it worthwhile. 👍😁👍

The food here is usually good but often cold by the time you get it to your location for takeout. I usually get the beyond burger with or without the twist tie that was included inside my sandwich on my last order

This is a great BurgerFi, it is in a very busy plaza full of shopping and next to Costco. So while you are doing errands you can get a bite. Get the app and get points for free food.

They changed the burgers!! They are not the same like they use to be. They use to taste like Shake Shack, now they are these double thick burgers and just not as good as they were. You also can't just get a single? A burger is $10 for just the burger. Shake Shack is better and cheaper! They also changed the shakes, even though it was still great. They also changed the cheese sauce, which sucked. Definitely won't go back. The staff is usually quick but they are just ok, nothing special or welcoming.

Disgusting. Will not return. 16 minute wait for a single “to go” burger. I had to ask the counter for it several times. They didn’t put it in a bag to go. Oh, and they dare ask up to a 30% tip on the screen? No thanks. Will not return.

We have to say, from the last time we were here in Jan. '23, it's greatly improved. Cleaner and better service. We can say for sure the better service was from your employee Daniel. He was polite and very attentive. Big difference from the service we got 6 months ago. At that time I would put the food at 3 Stars, now for sure a strong 4 Stars. But the service went from a 2 to a 5! Big improvement, and it'll deserve a return that won't be 6 months later. Nice kid, very good service and now decent food once again.

It was an hour and a half before closing, and the staff continually was stacking chairs, moving tables and closing off the entire restaurant. During our dining time, we constantly had staff members moving chairs, stacking chairs near us, cleaning tables next to us, and basically shutting down the entire restaurant, even though there were still over an hour and a half before they were closing. People kept coming in and moving the chairs back and the staff members continue to stack the chairs after people were entering the restaurant. This caused a poor dining experience. We were extremely disappointed in the way in which they treated us and everyone else in the restaurant. Even when we began to order, they were on their phones, asking others for phone chargers, and not even looking at customers. It was a very disappointing experience, and we have been here many times and to spend $30 on hamburgers and have people basically clean up around us is awful. as you can see from the photos, all of the chairs have been removed, and all of the garbage cans have been stacked to encourage people not to sit inside.

The food is always great, especially the CEO Burger. The only challenge is the sound of the metal chairs on the cement floor. Otherwise, it's a great place!

Food is always great but the service and excellent! The Manager (Andrew) is always around, super respectful and helpful. Qualities you don’t often see anymore. They hired good ppl here!

Went to BurgerFi and it was my first trip to a BurgerFi and my family was in the fast-food business, I'm glad we are out of it for reasons like the commodities of places like this, is it more expensive, yes it is but it's also our of this world. The place is modern minimalist but the food is ALL cooked to order, everything is fresh, the shakes are out of this world, or grab any soda combo you want from the new drink stations, order ahead, curbside pickup take out, delivery, or dine in. Apple pay, Samsung Pay, and Google pay as well. It was busy, but clean, the crew was amazing my order was rung up wrong and without a question, they remade my missing item fresh and let me keep the item they mistakenly gave me. Can't give more than 5 stars and I wish I could because this place deserves them!

This location is always top 5 and gives the best service. I didn’t have to wait long for my food at all and the manager is beyond nice. I don’t care to go to any other location but the one in Davie! 10/10

This location just got new digital registers to self order with is great. My service complaint is now the staff just hands you your food without a thank you or acknowledgement. I am all for using a Kiosk but for the price of these Burgers you still need to treat me like a patreon. Machines do a better job at least saying thank you!

Interesting. The time on the door says you close at 10pm. I walk in at 9:55 to place a burger order and I can’t. I’m told they’re closed. Really!? Doors are open and people inside. Then say you close at 9:45 so customers don’t come in after driving to you for 15 minutes due to the app not working and being able to place an order. Not cool. Definitely disappointed

Found this restaurant one block from my hotel, and I'm glad I did. Yes, it is a little pricey, but all craft burger joints are. The food was good and the service was good, I have no complaints.

This by far is the worst BurgerFi I’ve been to, their customer service skills have a lot of room for improvement, the burger bun was dry, the lettuce was almost rotten, I really bad experience, hope their management does something to level up.

Saw the Great reviews was excited to try it got my order sat down looks amazing bite into the burger to find out it’s dryer and older then a boot from world war 1 by far the worst burger place Iv ever been to fries are great value 5 guys fries did you want a sauce for your onion rings? THATS EXTRA 45$ later for 2 people to get a burger and fries and onion rings I realized I should have went next door to twin peaks where at least I would have had better service and a better excuse for a bad burger for that price.

I really wanted to try this place as it was recommended, and the reviews were great. I wanted to try the wayu burger, but it was not available, so i went for the bacon one. Honestly, this is one of the most plain hamburgers I've tried (and for the price, I would have preferred Checkers/Five guys) The size was okay, but the burger had no flavor, and the fries were super greasy and clearly not fresh. On the bright side, I liked the outdoors sitting at this location and the fact that they have beers as part of the menu. The service was great, too. Overall, I would say go to Five Guys. better prices and quality

best burger place ever!! the service and care they put into their customers, the food and desserts are top of the line for their prices. i loved my server selene she always came back to make sure my food was good. the place is an overall great atmosphere and great place to eat. don’t feel scared to check them out if you’re in the area!!

The burger and the milkshake were good but the fries were a little overdone and also not crunchy. This BurgerFi is located in the Tower Shops. There are many retail shops to walk around and other restaurants in the same Plaza.

I've been coming here for years specifically because of the great fries. For some reason without notice they just changed the fries to steak fries which don't even get crispy if requested well done, and I end up throwing them away. They include a few regular cut fries in it for some reason so they seem capable of serving those still. Makes no sense.
