We used to love coming to off the wall Davie because we could let our son and his friends jump while we enjoyed their two for one drinks on Friday nights. Unfortunately on our most recent visit we realized it would be our last time at one of our spots- this is due to the fact that they changed their promotion of two for one drinks and yet falsely advertise it within the business. When I spoke to the bartender they told me that that stopped running that promo for two for one drinks a few weeks ago yet they haven’t taken any of the signs down. I kindly asked to speak to a manager regarding my concerns, when the young lady who was supposed to be the manager approached me with the security guard like she was ready for some fight. I felt very uncomfortable by this and at no point did I raise my voice or get upset, I explained that a business is responsible for correctly advertising their offers to their customers and it was not acceptable that they were still advertising it without honoring it. The “manager” said that they did not have a lift to get the signs down which is not a valid reason. Off the wall definitely lost a customer today and I will not be surprised when they go out of business for making poor business decisions that affect the guest perception of the business and the service offered there. Off the wall could vastly benefit from training their very young and care free staff on how to handle guest complaints and how to offer a service environment to their customers. I will be sharing my experience with every mother I know so that they do not also have to experience this terrible business. We will be going to flying squirrel in Weston which is clean and the staff is engaging!

This is where you go when you don't have a baby sitter but you want music, a full bar, pool tables, ax throwing and a private music booth. Your kids have the arcade and trampoline area to play and you have the adult area to enjoy yourself.

Very nice place to go hang out with friends, family, and teammates. Lots of great games, trampolines, and actually a good selection of prizes. The location is great. The service is very professional.

We had a great experience this morning at Off The Wall Davie! The jumping area isn’t too crowded, the gaming area is big and has a lot of options. Prices are reasonable. Even the food was great! Only thing I would change is that there were a lot of staff members walking around the jumping area but not one was actually managing behavior or even making sure instructions were followed. They were just hanging out with each other and checking their phones. But I know how to take care of my children so we had a great time!

Love the bar - BUT apparently you can’t hang out here in these lounge chairs unless you’re putting. And they are SO busy today!! As you can see!

Disgraceful business practices and organization. Group of 6 employees gathered together in a circle talking nonstop; different employee on the trampolines on his cell phone facing the back wall. Was approached by one employee from that circle, after 10 minutes, who wanted me to put socks on while watching my children off to the side of the trampolines, even when another employee I spoke to allowed it along with several other parents just wanting to keep an eye on their children jumping. I wasn't jumping, and I certainly wasn't taking off my shoes. I also wasn't going to leave them where I couldn't see them, as there are plenty of blind spots and clearly employees who aren't doing their jobs monitoring the areas. No signs posted anywhere saying NO SHOES or socks only on the carpeted side areas. But there WERE signs for no food, drink, or cell phones. Here's a patron doing 2 of the 3 things, yet no employees approached him. I would never spend another dime in this place. Games have gone up in credits to an asinine degree, and kids can't even get a piece of candy for under 40 tickets. I have hosted birthday parties at this location and have gone here plenty of times with my children in the past. Today was the very last time I would ever set foot in this place. What a disgrace. Wasted $66.53 after 15 minutes because I didn't want to take my shoes off even though I wasn't jumping. Logical

Was greeted at the door and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Came while on vacation and it wasn’t super crowded but very kid friendly. I hav a two year old and he is very excited. Many games and trampolines for all to enjoy

I've been going to this place since I was a kid, it has always been a good time. They keep the children there safe, and they have a very family friendly atmosphere.

My boys loved this place. You have to register and complete a waiver. Then you can purchase 1 hour of the jump &/or the game card. The video games take a lot of credits compared to In the Game or Dave & Buster. They have a full bar which is nice. The place is very clean and there are lots of tables.

First time we went since Covid & 3 days later my daughter got Covid from here. Went back a couple days ago & my youngest daughter woke up the next day with a fever & not feeling good at all ! Nothing but teenagers work here and group up and just hang out while they're working & I definitely don't think they sanitize or clean like how they should. Definitely went down hill

We had our daughters birthday party here yesterday and it was incredible! The staff handled every aspect of the party from setup of decorations, to refilling drinks and everything in between. And a dedicated party host handles everything from checking kids in to keeping your party on schedule. This allowed my wife and I to just enjoy the party and watch the kids jump and play in the arcade. The kids had an absolute blast jumping on the trampolines, jousting, and trying to dunk a ball on the trampoline basketball area. I highly recommend having your party here. You will not be disappointed and your kids will thank you for it!

I gave it 3 stars since there was water dripping on me while I was on the motorcycle game playing. However, it is a very affordable place for people to take their kids or just to enjoy yourself for a little while. It wasn't too busy so that was good because we got to enjoy it. You get a nice amount of items with tickets, so that was nice. My Spouse was able to get three marvel plushes for me ☺️

We went in the afternoon and it was very crowded hard to move with stroller. Very nice place for kids to play and jump The birthday rooms are very small.

For a relatively new biz, They got it going on here! Only reason I took away a star, is that there were a few blips and glitches. I have every reason to believe they will be resolved. Very ambitious concept... didn't know what to expect lol. But truly something for everyone! Just stay away from the kid zone if you are like me tee hee. So the issues? #1 A/C substandard #2 No bathroom in adult side and the existing restrooms need better oversight #3 As cute as the karaoke cube concept is... I don't get it/don't like it. Claustrophobic, overpriced and probably would be hot. To me, karaoke is about being social/silly/having an audience. But with just 5 of your friends? So please rethink this and I will be back. Positives: Cool seating spaces and lots of them, fun social media photo backdrops, huge putting green and great lighting. Big bar, good service and surprisingly delightful eats for bar food! Our facilitator dude for Axe Throwing was Christian and he was A+++++. Friendly, warm, profession al, calm knowledgeable and really put everyone at ease and explained everything perfectly! Corey was also working that area and was just as fantastic. Take care of these guys when they help you.

I had been here before and didn't really pay attention to the place. This time I came in for a family event and noticed a few things. It's my opinion that there needs be some improvement to the place to improve their brand. It would probably be better to use a flat screen instead of the keyboard and mouse - yes. mouse. An easier user experience.I felt I took me a while to complete the registration process. But finally got in. There's a bar area with a restaurant in the back. It's next to the arcade area. Party rooms are not as big to have room between the table and chairs. Coming out of the party room the arcade is right in front of you. The trampoline area is towards the back of the building. The jumping area is big and with multiple trampolines in different sizes. It would be in their best interest to give an upgrade to the place.

The experience here has always been nice. To play games or do any of the other activities they have to offer is always so much fun and goes so smoothly. This a must for date nights , especially the axe throwing. Drinks are always made perfectly. The only issue we have is with food . There's either not enough , too cold, or just feels like it was microwaved. We went in for a date night and we order the cheese (3x) platter and the platter only came with 3 mozzarella sticks , 3 tequeños , and a bunch of random cheese bread in the middle. Complained the food was cold , and we heard back from the chef saying that we have to eat it right out of the fryer and right away? There's no way food out of a friar gets ICE COLD and soggy in 5 min but okay. Probably won't order food here again but will come back for the arcade/axe throwing.

The kids have a blast! And the best part there are activities for the adults as well! We enjoyed the summer pass this summer and hoping they continue this!

Family was visiting from out of town, wanted to do something fun with all the kids. We thought we would be there a couple hours and ended up staying for 8 hours. I had a party of 9 between the ages of 12 - 57 and everyone had a fantastic time. We will be visiting again.

If you plan on being here more than an hour, just buy the all day jump! It’s cheaper! My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. While they were exhausting all their energy my other mom friends and I enjoyed drinks at the bar, the appetizers were good for a kids play place. We enjoyed ourselves!

My experience was ok. I just think the employees doesn’t have great customer service skills. I order a drink and never got it until I said something to the guy who took my order. Also the pizza was disgusting whatever sauce or ingredients they’re using is disgusting. The pizza crust was hard and the pizza was too expensive and too disgusting it wasn’t worth the price at all. I left with an horrible taste. I actually threw the pizza in the garbage. This place should upgrade their food and customer service skills. The food is expensive but not worth it at all. I was better off bringing my own pizza from papa johns.

Had my son's 9th Birthday party here......Julian the GM there is no words for! He is an example of a leader, a man of integrity, and most of all a person who loves his job and his only priority is making guests happy! I have never met anyone who is so compelled to putting together memorable experiences for everyone...... Thank you!!

Nice place offering arcades and vintage games (air hockey, Space Invaders, claw machines). Staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. Pass by to see the Psychic Chicken (aka Coconut Creek’s Zoltar)!

Love the bar and pool and axe throwing area is, not much of the acade machine work correctly, the trampoline area is good , love how you can use points for the pool table

We had a great time! The place was clean and staff was great m. We just wish the prices where lower for just 1 hour of jumping. It’s double the price of other trampoline and arcade indoor parks.

Great place to celebrate your birthday. We did ours at 10:00 AM and almost had the place only for us. Very good staff.

I recently had my sons 8th Birthday here! Everything turned out great and the kids had a blast! The manager Tosin was very helpful and interactive with the kids and provided GREAT customer service. She even showed us their new Social Room for adults. I will definitely be having more birthday parties here in the future!

Great overall experience, but honestly they should really have a more strict child behavior policy. If your child is pushing kids around they should have them removed from the trampoline area for the rest of their visit. My daughter broker her leg here so they should really care just a little more about the safety of their guests.

This was a great experience! My kids had so much fun, they wanted to go again. The arcade is by far their favorite part. Although there isn’t a lot to do at the trampoline section. But overall it’s a very fun place, we to planning to go again!

The Ax throwing was fun. They had a DJ on the AX side, loud and nice music. It's super loud, with a bar and kids everywhere. Weird combination! But we had FUN-That's all that matters.

The new addition is an awesome concept and as a local I would love to start coming back regularly…but $35 for mini golf…..you’re killing me guys. Maybe offer different options instead of just that one $35 for 4 clubs for 1 hour deal..? Like, what if I want to just play with 1 other person? Just a recommendation…I GUARANTEE the public will respond better to that.

Slow service (short staff). It’s a mess in here on saturday’s. Kitchen is back up for about 45-50 mins. Took 20 mins to get help if you are not sitting at the bar.

Celebrated 2 birthdays here and it’s been amazingly fun. The safe is very friendly and definitely makes you feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend

Horrible experience! My daughters was invited to a birthday party. She was not given a band to enter the jumping area since they were going to serve the food for the birthday party in 15 minutes. We Spoke to the manager hoping he would let her jump with her friends those last 15 minutes but the manager did not seem to care about our concern. She ended up crying and watching her friends jump on the other side. Horrible experience, and very disappointed. Will not be returning or even planning a party at this place.

I take my daughter here all the time. It's a great place for her to get all her energy out, and for me to just sit and watch. She loves the trampolines, I prefer the arcade. But that's why it's a great place since it has something for everyone, plus they even serve alcohol.
