I love me some taco bell, this location has been iffy every time though. Missing an item, none of a drink in stock, gave my order to another customer, forgot to make my order, down system, etc. That being said...they are really trying. When the issues are brought up they get solved quick as possible. So 3 stars. It's not awful and maybe it's just bad luck haha

Day time and night are two differences. Explained to the GM what happened to my order the night before, didn't hesitate to made it right! Food always taste better at this location than the other taco bell down the block. Thanks

I’m a regular customer for Taco Bell and I have visited Taco Bell in many cities, but this one is really a worst place to order food. I have received the food in a very bad state. The burritos were just filled with lettuce and less than a spoon worth of meat and and it just feels like I am eating an empty tortilla. Cheese quesadilla was over cooked and burnt, my four years old couldn’t eat one bite of food. Homeless people inside the store forcing to pay for the food. The gentleman who takes the orders did not respond and keep asking the same thing repeatedly. I went three times last one week, and every time it was the worst experience for me. Absolutely pathetic food. I wish Taco Bell takes this seriously and work on this to maintain the reputation. I am going to reach out to the next level from the TacoBell management reporting this issue.

I will not be visiting this Taco Bell anymore. Your drive thru person is extremely rude. I spent over $50 on food and all I asked for was some mild sauce and he gives me fire sauce. Then he gets upset because I asked for mild sauce again and gave him back the fire sauce. Like really. Hold the attitude and put somebody who actually wants to work with a much better attitude than the person that was working today. Seriously ridiculous.

ordered from here twice , both times wrong order. Now I see why, even the 3 stars and up have a complaint with it. You want something quick go to McDonald’s at lease they would get your order right lmao.

Horrible service. Everything in the taco was spilled all over.

No one is there to take your order, you have to use the Kiosk and help your self. I find that out after standing there for a while and the workers just looked at me and don't say anything, Later a lady worker approached to me and asked if i was there to pick up an order. There is when she told me that I have to use the Kiosk. I told her that if there is no one to take orders a Sign need to be in place to guide custumer. She doesn't like my recommendation.

The worst Taco Bell in Miami or in the world really. The food always gets me sick. The service is terrible. The food presentation is horrendous. The drive thru service is the worst and rude. Worst Taco Bell In the world. It Doesn’t even deserve a one star. They never have anything. Today they don’t have drinks lol it is horrible.

We were in the area and felt like getting something to go, debated going to the taco bell further down US 1 because we generally go out of our way to avoid this one but figured, it's just taco bell. What could possibly go wrong? We've been waiting in the lobby for our order in the ballpark of 20 minutes while the employees in the back scream and shout at each other, insulting other customers orders and generally just goofing off. It's like one guy back there trying to corral a bunch of miscreants to actually do what they're supposed to. Airing their drama out for the whole lobby to hear, and now joking that a dog in the lobby should be the ones taking orders and not their person in the drive through. If I was in waffle house I might feel at home but I just wanted to get some tacos and go home, I don't know how you fail to uphold the rock bottom standard that taco bell has already established for itself but visit here and be amazed

When you order through Uber eats/door dash etc they purposely don’t put any sauce in your bag and I was also missing 3 tacos this has happened more then 3 times horrible service I don’t understand why but this is the last time I ever order on door dash because it seems like they do not care

Ordered a grilled steak burrito and small coke at Drive thru. Not a piece of meat to be found! Nothing but a Bean Burrito!!! A Rip Off. Total was $9.27 and I gave the window employee $10.27....no $1 refund. Manager had to open drawer with key to issue $1 change.

I would not recommend this place, whenever, I come here, they always get my food order wrong or not listening to the order half the time. There is another location on Coral way, would recommend going there over this location.

Worst experience ever dude at the window was super rude and disrespectful the other lady they had there didn’t know what she was doing or what order she was handing out. A total disaster everything was cold and nasty a waste of money first and definitely the last time I go to this Taco Bell

I went here to get Doritos locos combo. I also ordered the black beans. I added steak and three cheese to the beans. The meal was low priced and fast. The there was no one waiting for long periods .. thins moved. I like ordering from the kiosk as the customizations are easy to do. Overall god
