2nd update! So they asked me to delete my bad review. When i didn't, they deactivated the gift card! Now not only does this place gladly sell molding food, they try to force you into keeping quiet by only offering a partial refund if I remove the reviews. HORRRRRRIBLE UPDATE: so they contacted me, ignored me for 7 days, then sent a $40 gift card and demanded I remove my reviews..... talk about UNETHICAL AND SHADY BUSINESS!!!!!! PHOTOS ATTACHED. They even sent me the link to one 🥴🥴🥴 I could vomit, literally. I spent over $100 on food for it to all arrive with a MOLDY container of hummus. I don't know about you, but I'm not eating anything that came in the same bag as that, and unfortunately all the food was in 1 bag. I called them 3 times, no answer after ten minutes each time. Absolutely pathetic restaurant. If you're prefilling your hummus then PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS NOT MOLDING. Disgusting.

It’s always nice to return to eat at Rice, their food is so good! I like the options they have now at this location where you can build your own bowl with many ingredients and even two proteins! Of course they also still have their kabobs, which are also very good.

The other 2 Rice Mediterranean restauats I know of had bad service. Due to that, I never asked into this one. I tried it 10/21/2023 and this service was good . I ordered the bowl with steak and lamb. I like chickpeas and a salad base. The choices are a lot, which I why I like rice. The protein and sauce choices are very wide.

When a place does poorly it's a patrons job to call them on it but if you go back and they upped their game then one should also update the review to reflect the improvement. This was my experience here at Doral Rice today. After earning a bad review from me a few months back it seems the administrative team made the necessary changes and are now back on the ball. Today, Sunday, February 5,2023 the service, quality and portions were awesome! They were what Rice has always been known for and I will gladly continue my patronage. This showed me that the management truly is interested in making adjustments based on sincere feedback and that earns my trust and support. By the way, the two girls that ran the counter today were ROCKSTARS and I hope you guys can keep them a long time.

I ordered the fish platter for pick up and the fish was over cooked and very dry. It tasted rubbery. When I called and sent them pictures they claim it was no problem and refused to rectify. I have attached pictures dry fish taste terrible. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from there again. Attached is also the text interaction

Wow I loved this place. Thanks for brought it to Doral. I used to go to Coral Gables but wow, I have it closer. The food is AMAZING. I love the lamb and all the dips. The black lentils are definitely a must. It’s delicious.

Thought it was a little more upscale restaurant. Its a nice, and welcoming restaurant with the chipotle way of doing things. Order at the front, if its a full dish they would make it in the kitchen, create your own bowl type of chipotle way of doing things. Not bad, just fast casual. Food was really good, place was clean and tidy.

First time here. Wanted something different for lunch other than burgers and Fries. Tried the vegetable Bowl which comes with a base, all of the choices of vegetables and sauce. The basmati rice was very good. The ingredients were very fresh. Service was nice and pleasant. A welcome healthy and filling lunch.

I have always ordered from here and it has been good today was not the day , my bowl was supposed to hav chicken and turkey , I got some cooked vegetables and something that was not chicken . They got my bowl wrong and it ruined my lunch :(

Very small portions. The platter came with 4 small chicken cubes, tastes good, but not enough to feed a young person. Bathroom flood was not clean.

I ordered a bowl with the braised lamb and turmeric turkey and was very pleased. The sauces are very tasty and the portions are nice. They have a subway/Chipotle style line where you choose everything you want right there in front of you. There's a nice dining room with plenty of space and a couple tables outside. I'd definitely recommend this place for some really good food.

I have always order Rice for lunch when working on the beach. This was my 1st time dining in at the restaurant. Ordering was super simple and the staff is really helpful with explaining things. I got the beef special that came with salad, hummus and pita bread. Everything is so delicious! I got a side of the brisket to try too and it was also very tasty. Can't wait to come back and try a bowl.

The food here is amazing. I recently discovered Rice on my lunch break earlier this month, and I’ve already eaten here 3 times since. The food is is good quality, however I do wish that for the money they would give you more than just 4 pieces of meat. 4 pieces of Sirloin steak is understandable because it’s pricier, but 4 pieces of chicken…. Not so much. Otherwise, good food here.

Food is absolutely delicious. Friendly staff, clean surroundings, and quick service ,So many toppings. So much flavor! With what seems to be an endless array of proteins and toppings, its hard to find a combination that won't satisfy your taste buds.

I tried 4 or 5 places, this the BEST so far. The food is amazing. Simply, it is fresh, clean and the portions are great. You can literally have more than 5 items in one bowl. Prices are not high. The place is so clean and organised. Definitely, one of the best halal places in Doral if not in Miami. Very much recommend this place and I will visit it again.

One of my friends wanted to eat here, so I agreed. Wow! I'm glad that I did. What a novel and delicious dining experience! This is not a fancy restaurant. It was very clean, the service was propped, and it was a pleasant visit. The food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. I'll definitely be back in the future to this location or to others.

Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would recommend the lunch specials, they have a nice balance of good food. You can ask them if they have any other sides besides the ones shown on the board.

This used to be one of my favorite places. What a surprise when I visited last week and found out the prices doubled and the portions were cut by half! The Chicken Joojeh used to be 4-5 pieces of nice a plump chicken, now it was 4 tiny burnt pieces that left me hungry. Never again!

First time at Rice. The food was delicious. The hummus so delicious . I love all the different spices in it.definitely going back.

Love the food , friendly staff , not liking the fact that I have to pay extra for the small piece of Pita bread also the hummus . It should be included in the price. Suggestion : don’t use (poor quality) disposable cutlery. Keep improving I will come back !
