Visited on May 22nd. this place sit at the end of a strip mall. We walked in and didn't have to wait long. You order and the food is brought out to you. There is also a condiment bar. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. They do have specials. The prices aren't bad..

My go to Tex-Mex restaurant for lunch 🌯! The food is always fresh and delicious. I recommend the pork as it has a rich flavor. Also the margaritas were refreshing and perfect. The service is fantastic and the prices and portions cant be beat!

We used to frequent this restaurant often but it has seriously gone downhill. I can forgive finding a hair fried in to our basket of tortilla chips but when one of the cooks starts hugging the cashier from behind and hitting on her it gets very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the cooks were taking their cortadito shots with the same gloves that they are using to make our food. Watching as their gloves touch their mouthes and then they go back to making food 💯 grossed me out. I walked up to the cashier and asked them to please change their gloves. I had the steak taco salad which was thrown together with a massive chunk of steak that was never fully cut in to strips, just all held together by a large piece of cartilage. We won’t be back.

By far the worst taco rico (pinecrest location). Management is terrible and there is no cohesion with the employees there. They even modified some of the recipes so it tastes off compared to the others. Does not hold a candle to the other branches.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant, food is deliciously fresh and tasty, the staff is extremely attentive and welcoming. The Birria Tacos are to die for, was recommended by the owner's daughter and I came for the second time and ordered the same thing. Highly recommended this little gem.

We were starving after having subjecting ourselves to inedible food court food. Driving home to the Keys in commute traffic had us irritable, so we stopped at Taco Rico, and we were so happy we did. The burrito was generous, and the Baja bowl was really good. The horchata was the best I've ever had. Will definitely stop again when we're in the area.

I have not been here since Covid... I used to love it and it felt so good to be back. I absolutely love these folks. Mexican food at its original best.

My fiancée and I love picking up burritos from here when we are hungry. Even the regular size burritos are very filling. Service quality varies and it usually takes a while for your order to be prepared. Today, we placed our order over the phone and went to pick it up 20 minutes later. When we arrived, we were told the person on the phone must have not put in the order. The recovery was good though, and we only had to wait about five minutes.

Great food always. Nice people usually behind the counter. You get to use as many salsa as you wish. Free tortillas!! This is my favorite “Mexican” food place in Pinecrest

Great little place to eat some Mexican food. Being honest not the best I have been to. The Chipotle sauce is nowhere near delicious. Quesadilla is ok and Birria is awesome

They dont use safety seals when packaging orders for uber eats obviously a huge concern but they didn’t care, wont be ordering again

I had never been to Taco Rico before but ended up meeting a friend for lunch here. I was pleasantly surprise. Considering today's inflated prices this place is an outstanding value. I got the Tacos al Pastor which included 3 good sized tacos, yellow rice, and refried beans for $10.50. I strongly recommend it.

Great spot when you are in the mood for a small Mexican food restaurant. Your food is cooked a la carte when you order it. Very fresh and tastes delicious.

Honestly this place has poor quality. The tacos are a step above Taco Bell. Don’t waste your time eating here. There are much better taco shops in Miami. The restaurant feels dirty and so is the bathroom. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Staff was really nice

I had the tacos Al Pastor, it was so good! I don't know where they get the tortillas or if they make them in house, but they taste freshly made! I am so happy that this restaurant opened in my area, I will be eating more tacos!!!! This was supposed to be for the store that just opened in Palmetto Bay

I didn’t know we had a Taco Rico TexMex coming to Cutler Bay until it was already here. Had dinner here tonight and the food was excellent!!!! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely go again as well as make every effort to dine here multiple times a month.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was trash and the ladies working there simply would talk to each other instead of paying attention. Ordered every taco except beans… was given 2 bean tacos.. disappointing because I’ve ordered from other locations and had such a good experience but this was poor. Never coming back here. Also, while sitting and waiting for the second order, there was a banging noise like a dryer with shoes in it. So annoying.

I have been coming here for decades. The last time I ordered from the lunch special over the phone. When I came to pick it up, they had charged me regular price for everything. When I addressed it, the woman started arguing with me. When I asked her to I didn't want to argue, she simply stated, "You have to tell me it is from the lunch menu when you order." So be for warned. I will no longer be coming to this one TacoRico that smells like sewage and garbage when you enter. The quality of food, service and cleanliness has gone done considerably. Be warned of this staple establishment.
