    I almost always go this Pet Samrt to buy things for my pets. The staff is always very attentive and willing to help. They always have a detail when I take my dog. It is a place with big parking and there are also other stores in this mall that are very convenient.     First time going to this location and I was surprised on how clean, organized and helpful was the staff. I went to return some left over supplies I purchased at another Petsmart for a fish tank that I didnโ€™t use. I went to the store because I always go to the target in this shopping mall. So I decided to ask questions to the cashier about dog training, grooming etc since we are waiting for a puppy. She was extremely helpful explained everything and did recomendations. She even called another associate I think the manager to give me info on the training. I was very surprised because normally in other stores they are not that helpful and are always on a hurry. She gave me information about Bandfield the vet services there and the convenience of taking your pet there. I was really surprised and will define give it a try to this Petsmart for any of there services.

    First, Fritz wish to say all his accolades go to Christine, Manager at the grooming salon. She is The BEST! Also I would like to say that Mercy at the front, is something else. She new every item in the store and help you in everything. Thank you PetSmart for a wonderful experience for Fritz and for us. Thank you kindly for be THE BEST in everything! Many Blessings to ALL!     My puppy attended training classes at this Petsmart. Dani is an EXCELLENT dog trainer, very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Class size was small so we received plenty of one on one training, unlike other places. My puppy learned how to heel, stay and place, among other commands. Highly recommend her classes!

    Compact, has everything you need & associates come up & ask if you need anything rather than avoid like some stores I've been to. I wish the aisles were more divided by the kind of pet, like keeping all fish products in the same aisle as the fish tanks or the bunny/gerbil/rodent stuff within the same aisles, or a "line starta here" sricker on the ground because I was confused the first time I came, but nothing is always perfect, & customer service compensated for it!

    The groomers are very friendly and my dog gets along with them if there is no bath time, haha. Otherwise on a weekday I can do a walk in for a nail trim for my dog. They also have to many food options for small breed dogs.

    I take my dog here because I have tried other grooming services that didnโ€™t meet my expectations but since I started bringing Pepita here we only have good comments about her haircut. Christina is the one that I always request!! She knows her and does an excellent job!!!

    i am beyond livid. If i pay for my cat to be groomed then it is so that i do not have to manhandle her and do it myself, in which i have no experience and all the fear that i may hurt her. upon arriving home she was still matted and I had to take scissors and attempt to finish the job myself. I am so disappointed and upset that this has happened again, because Marty(?) the stylists does not listen to what i ask for. She left my girl looking patchy and unfinished and with mess on her behind. The first time this happened i forgave, called, and went back for it to be fixed. this time i will take my cat and business elsewhere.

    Extremely disappointed. I called yesterday regarding the Easter bunny photos for pets and was told I did not need to make an appointment and could just walk in. Never was told that there was a place online to book an appointment. I called again this morning and was told that if there was no more availability online I could go in and stand in line but if someone showed up with an appointment they would go before me. Naturally I understand that. But it appears that after waiting for half an hour, each dog takes about 10 minutes taking a picture (which you have to take yourself) so after waiting for a while I realized that there would always be a pet with an appointment. My message to this location is to communicate better and let staff know about online bookings. This is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I used to love coming here but the lack of common sense is too much to ignore. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere

    I love this store, but more importantly my schnauzer loves it too. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is always clean and everything is easy to find. I've been a customer for years and there's no reason to change that now.

    Good stock and eager employees. I was able to buy the crickets i needed with no fuss. Employees in a good mood, and it was contagious. Very good place to frequent for pet supplies!

    I was so pleased this afternoon at PetSmart in Dadeland Station, because they quickly refunded my money for a large bag of Purina cat food I purchased along with a large plastic storage container - I had the receipt but I had thrown out the cat food bag. On Monday, I bought a storage container along with large bag of Purina Pro cat food that comes in a paper bag - thinking I would save money for the better price, plus the bag is more eco-friendly since it's not plastic. For the next 4 days, I realized that my two regular cats wouldn't eat the food, even though some strays would. Long story short, I ended up noticing a moth in the container. I was thinking I needed to return the food anyway. The container I bought didn't seal tightly, but also the supervisor explained to me that they have been having a few other customers complain about the large bags of Purina as bugs had been getting in small holes in the bag while in transport. I am not 100% sure if the bugs got in from my house to the container or from the truck, but definitely the food was spoiled prior. I don't normally write reviews here, but I was so pleased with their willingness to return the product and help me, I wanted to write that here. Usually, it's no problem to return an item with a receipt, but I was concerned since I put the food in the container and threw out the bag. After the return, I purchased the smaller bag of food - unfortunately it's a plastic bag but the cats were better about the food.

    this pet smart did a terrible job with my dog. For one my dog only had tiny knots on the the back of her leg and i had told them to do a light trim on her body and around her eyes and instead they shaved her body down completely and shaved her really bad and unevenly, they even cut of parts of her tail and ears and then she tells me that i singed a paper where it says that she will get shaved when i only singed the check in, even then groomers are supposed to call to verify that i want the shave. they also said that my dog was aggressive when sheโ€™s a baby with missing teeth. oh and she stinks they they probably didnโ€™t bother to bathe her. groomers name was marti.
