I’m not quite sure what my opinion is on this place. We have visited it twice. It excels in alot of things, cocktails are great and a recommendation, they’re a good size, original and taste good, a wide selection and generally swiftly served out. The location is great, on the beach with a nice feel and sound. However where they have their parts of excellence they lack in alot of area’s. On a busy night the servers seem to not be able to handle the pressure of a filled terrace. We even spotted a girl quite literally running around with drinks and glasses. She did this the our entire visit. This gave a very chaotic feel to the atmosphere. The general public in this business is young adults, especially on a “cocktail night” (thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays) Like most medium to large sized businesses there was staff working specifically only taking orders. However, after sitting down and having a first drink ordered, they rarely if ever show up to ask if you want another round. We had to get up on several occasions to ask for another drink, and when we did, it was often forgotten to the point where it felt like the staff was ignoring our orders. One of our two visits we ordered a glass of water with 3 different people and waited over 15 minutes for it. Until finally we ordered with a 4th person and then waited another 5 minutes until we got a simple glass of water. We have not ordered any food here so I cannot speak on how good it is. There seems to be a general mood under staff that guests will keep showing up because of the location, kind of like how you get treated at a terrace in say, venice. I feel that if staff was more attentive and better trained on how to handle busy nights, this place could far excel other businesses and solidify itself as thé place to go out. But currently, with the moody staff, and chaotic feel, long wait times between rounds, and bad treatment of customers I would not really recommend it. No matter how much we enjoyed our cocktails and sisha. This place has alot of potential which is damaged by the service and treatment of guests.

I’ve been client of this place for years and the quality of the food has been decreasing year after year. Right now the food is just OK and the cocktails are good. If you go at night or when the place is packed the service can be VERY slow. Events, shows and the DJ are awesome.

Avoid this place at all cost I tried to get 3 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas for my wife and daughter. The guy over charged me told me it would be €40 when the other place is charging €30. He tried his best to make out like I was acting aggressive you know the usual stereotype blah blah.. when he relaised that wasnt working , He then turned around and said he was not going to give us any, so we walked away...Don't go to him guys he will try rip you off!!! I ordered the goats cheese salad which was very fresh and the dressing on it was tasty and just the right amount. My friends also enjoyed their food. The pińa colada was delicious. 5 stars for food and drinks. 3 stars for service as the girl serving us was rude, the male servers were friendly though. 4 stars for atmosphere as it was generally good apart from the table we got being right in front of a speaker and we had to yell to hear each other. I would go back for the meals and beverages provided we could sit in a quieter area.
