Horrible, almost got out of line before paying when the drive thru attendant didn't know how to ring up my order with an app deal. Wish I would have, food is terrible(see photos) left over Big Mac cold with stale bread and no cheese, fries were leftover and reheated....tasted like I took them home and reheated them but I parked and ate in the parking lot. Fries were so salty to try and hide that the were reheated. Stay away this place is disgusting!!!!!!!

I found three black curly pubic hairs in my eggs for breakfast they took my name down and said they would give any back another breakfast and they refused their fries are always cold the food never comes out right when I order it if the owner of this establishment would like to get in contact with me I still have the eggs with the pubic hairs

Incredibly slow and very rude get to the order point and told “go ahead” wasn’t sure if they were walking to me or not. Ordered, waited 14 mins for a cold quarter pounder. And here it is in all its glory a cold mess. Don’t bother with this store keep driving!

It’s crazy you come in and pay $25 for two people to eat and you still can’t get the things you ask for. I ordered the steak egg and cheese Mac muffin and ask the my muffin be cooked fresh and the manager yells they are all fresh. I don’t like when the muffin is chewy, but why do I have to explain that we are customers and simply getting a muffin dropped fresh only takes a few mins and after that it’s straight attitude if I asked for and thing like ketchup. I didn’t even eat my biscuit because I didn’t want to have confrontation about asking for Jam. McDonald has had a bad reputation and it’s time to fix the attitudes especially when one is not being giving just simply wanted to have a good breakfast with my son. My muffin was so tuff to eat.

normally i don't leave reviews but i feel like good fast food experiences go unnoticed as bad ones surface to the top. i've had some pretty bad experiences with mcdonalds everywhere, but when i went at 2am today i was greeted with smiles at the window and good customer service by two different young ladies. nothing special happened, but i work in fast food so i understand how tiring it can be to keep a smile on your face after a long shift of dealing with rushes and rude customers. not only that but the food was exactly how i ordered and tasted fresh!

Really good food! Large potions too! Clean, staff is nice and personable. We will be back. Enjoyed this place for the second time. We are now regulars!!!

I used the app. My daughter went to pick it up. She told them that I paid for the order, gave them the order number. I had accidently sent it to pick up inside. She told the young man who claimed it was not there. My frappe was melted o. The counter.. that was the one he gave her for me. I have a picture as well.

Every time I go in there there's a bunch of kids working there not in uniform they never have ice cream cone . The food is cold all the time in drive thure . The kids on night shift treat ariwn ups wit no respect... other people there act like they can't stand there job there. 34th street and 66st location both of you restaurants need to tighten up.
