    Was told that it was going to be $4000 dollars to fix my smile so I went ahead and started treatment got a route canal done, partial put on and it came off a few weeks later, this was after dentist already dropped and lost the 1st temp they made. Dentist did other route canals and just filled with composite. Temp crown came out on top left canine and went back to get permanent crown on and was told the dentist had left and moved and I was turned away and told by the dentist that took over that the dentist that started the work had no business doing what he did to my teeth and that I should have seen a specialist and refunded me the money I had paid to get perm crown on . I went to see a dentist at different Greenberg office in Clearwater, the 1st was in Largo. The dentist at the Clearwater location also confirmed that all the original work that was done was not of quality work and needed to be redone and wanted to charge more money. Explained to him that I already had all the work done and no one seemed to care just wanted to charge extra money for work that was already done and also when I went back to 2nd appointment there they didn’t even have it in the computer and said they were backed up and forgot. Had enough and went and seen what is supposed to be a really good dentist in Tampa at Greenburg said the original Greenburg dentist in Largo didn’t do quality work and left decay in teeth that he filled with composite and now they need $6900 dollars for a job that was originally suppose to cost $4000 dollars! This has been the worst experience I have ever had and I have reached out several times to customer service and all that happens is I get a lady trying to argue with me who clearly doesn’t have the right information and tells me good luck I have to prove it. I have all my treatment plans and records of work that was done and witnesses to what took place and all I am asking for is for the Greenburg company to make it right. I would not recommend going to them for any dental work as it has been a night mare and I feel that I have been taken advantage of and treated like a number and not a customer. I feel they need to make this right and I shouldn’t have to come out of my pockets for shoddy work that was done by their dentist.

    They were very nice my first visit. I went in and got half of my crown done and they said they would call me in a day or two to schedule the other half and the rest of my asap dental work that I need. At the end of that apt my bill was even $50 more then I was originally told but I understand that happens and paid it. It has been 2 months now and I cannot get them to answer the phone, Iv left half a dozen messages on there answering machines and iv called there other affiliate practices and was told it was going to be resolved and iv asked for a manager to call me several times only to be told she is out of the office and transferred around 10 times before being hung up on. Iv been promised repeatedly that someone would call me back and resolve this and iv not even sure anyone has given the manager my messages. I’m in pain, upset and can’t get my dental work completed so I do not recommend anyone go to this practice.

    The dentist I saw did not follow the dental plan agreed upon. He did not apologize for his error and walked out when questioned about the issue. A dental assistant said to me, that's messed up. I still had to pay for the error and my plan with the insurance was ruined by this mistake. I never received contact from admin regarding my complaint. Don't go here.

    I have been having regular dental appointments (every 4 months) for many years. I had to change dentists because of an insurance change at work. I was due for a cleaning, so made a hygienist appointment at Greenberg dental. When I got there I was told they do not have a hygienist, and I needed panoramic x-rays (despite having all my records from my previous dentist, including x-rays). I asked not to have more x-rays because I had 40 in the last year. The dentist did not want to see me without x-rays and because they do not have hygienist, I couldn't even get my cleaning done (the point of the appointment in the first place!).

    Dr. Reyes is a good guy. I had some bad tooth decay in one tooth on the right side of my mouth. Kept putting it off and eventually I couldn't sleep at night.... so it was time to get it taken care of. Very happy I went to these guys. They guided me through the process of getting a root canal for the tooth and the crown. Really appreciate Dr. Reyes's kind demeanor. My crown turned out great! So far so good, hope there's problems in the future. (Knock on wood) Only thing I would say is that the x-ray procedure was a little uncomfortable, but I don't think that's enough of a reason to lower my rating. Overall I am happy with my experience! Very thankful. (Dr. Reyes no longer works here)

    I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks woth no reply. I paid $400 for a temporary that does not fit. The dentist told me that it wasn't from a mold of my mouth but a universal one. Its been out for 2 weeks. I keep calling woth no reply. I hope someone calls me back my back took hurts exetremely bad. I have told them this in 5 emails NO REPLY! Hopefully they make this right help ne with my teeth, so my review changes!

    STAY AWAY! The dentists never stay more than 6 months. They don’t call you when you call their after hours emergency line so I had to go to an emergency clinic after my temporary crown fell out 2 days after put in. We paid for discount cleaning twice a year and we’re scheduled to have them done this past Monday morning. They called late Friday and said they no longer take our insurance effective immediately. We kept our appointments saying we would only have the cleanings we had already paid for. It was the dentist’s first day there (what a surprise) and he told me I had to pay for an exam, that’s how it works. I was an insurance administrator before he was born and marveled at his lack of empathy. My husband was having the same hard time in another room where they insisted on doing X-rays. We were both told it was because we had dental work done elsewhere since we were there last and that wasn’t true. When he asked how to pronounce my name I said WENDY. They were looking at the wrong charts and trying to sell us services we didn’t need. Good luck calling there, seldom do they answer the phone and you will wait days for a call back. Absolutely deplorable. They need to go away,

    I can recommend this office because I did not wait for my appointment and the DR. Andrius attended to me very patiently; He and his assistant Norelys made me feel confident, I have been coming here for 2 years and it has gone very well for me.

    Let’s start from the beginning so my son was last seen at this office in January, which they found a cavity and I proceeded to make him an appointment around the end of February or March. No one will answer the business phone. It is now October I finally made an appointment September because every time I call no one answer the phone. Also the reception is there is not enthusiastic like she does not want to do her job. I specifically told her my son need a cavity filling as she scheduled a cleaning second of all they had us waiting an hour before we saw the dentist and we will not be returning. They did not do his cavity filled in that day. They did a cleaning when the schedule appointment was for a fill-in for a cavity. The office is very unorganized and we will not be returning to this office this dentist . The dentist was very polite but the Operation is a unorganize.

    I am satisfied with the attention they gave me, excellent work on my teeth, especially the delicate treatment by Andrius Vikialis and his dental assistant Norely Sanchez when performing an extraction. Excellent work. I recommend them 100%
