Please
do
not
believe
all
these
positive
reviews
like
I
did!
They
incentivize
positive
reviews
to
enter
drawings
to
win
prizes
(electric
toothbrush,
etc).
Me
and
my
husband
moved
here
last
year
from
out
of
state
and
when
I
found
Dental
Arts
of
Seminole
and
saw
all
of
the
positive
reviews,
I
thought
I
had
found
our
new
dentist
as
we
loved
our
prior
one
back
in
our
home
state.
The
cleaning
was
fine
but
they
said
since
I
was
a
new
patient,
I
would
have
to
get
X-rays
as
they
wouldn’t
accept
the
ones
from
my
prior
dentist.
They
advertised
a
new
patient
special
of
$99
for
X-rays
&
cleaning
and
the
dental
hygienist
confirmed
that
as
well.
The
dentist
used
some
sort
of
camera
tool
in
my
mouth
to
show
me
spots
he
was
concerned
about,
things
I
had
never
heard
from
my
other
dentist
which
seemed
unusual
as
I
have
always
had
very
healthy
teeth
&
gums.
He
recommended
that
I
get
a
root
canal
on
my
back
right
tooth
and
to
get
a
crown.
I
was
pretty
shocked
as
6
months
ago,
my
old
dentist
never
mentioned
anything
about
me
needing
a
root
canal.
Things
got
even
stranger
after
my
appointment
when
I
was
taken
to
a
small
office
room
where
a
women
who
was
very
sales-like
and
didn’t
even
have
an
extensive
dental
background
(she
told
me
she
came
from
a
medical
background
as
she
didn’t
know
how
to
address
some
of
my
questions)
tried
to
pressure
me
into
scheduling
my
root
canal
appointment
and
crown
which
would
be
over
$1,000.
The
whole
thing
felt
very
off
and
I
had
never
been
pressured
by
dental
or
any
medical
staff
to
get
a
procedure
ever
in
my
life.
At
my
husband’s
appointment,
they
did
the
same
thing
afterwards
where
they
tried
to
get
him
to
commit
to
a
$5,000
dental
plan.
To
be
fair,
my
husband
does
have
issues
with
his
teeth
but
it’s
very
strange
and
unprofessional
to
take
patients
into
a
private
room
with
a
sales-like
person
who
tries
to
pressure
people
into
expensive
procedures.
It
felt
like
we
were
trying
to
be
pressured
into
buying
a
gym
membership
or
something!
After
all
of
this,
we
felt
very
turned
off
and
decided
that
we
would
just
find
another
dentist.
I
wasn’t
going
to
even
leave
a
negative
review
until
I
got
a
bill
for
$268
almost
a
year
later!
I
called
today
to
figure
out
why
and
was
told
by
Courtney,
that
the
bill
is
my
responsibility
after
insurance
paid
only
$78.
I
asked
about
the
$99
special
and
was
told
that
it’s
only
for
people
with
no
insurance
even
though
no
one
told
me
that
prior.
So
because
I
have
insurance
I
have
to
pay
$268
vs
$99!?
And
she
stated
once
again
that
it
was
my
responsibility.
In
what
world
does
that
make
sense!?
I
would
have
just
went
there
and
not
even
used
my
insurance
if
I
knew
it
would
be
$268
with
vs
$99
without
insurance.
Overall,
this
is
the
WORST
experience
I
have
ever
had.
A
simple
cleaning
turned
into
almost
a
$300
dollar
bill
&
I
find
it
very
concerning
that
the
dentist
would
want
to
perform
an
unnecessary
dental
procedure
on
a
healthy
tooth.
This
place
cares
about
one
thing
and
it’s
not
their
patients,
it’s
money!
Please
save
your
money
and
find
another
place
that
won’t
try
and
pressure
you
into
unnecessary
expensive
procedures
and
doesn’t
charge
ridiculous
prices
for
a
routine
cleaning.
